This store is a long drive for me, but the owner was awesome. His employees were awesome, and one was being trained. That one will be a great asset. Nice layout, and I guess he is moving the store around a bit, or already has. Plants and shrimp are to the left going in and back. Salt water is in the middle and some to the right I believe. Freshwater and tropical, plus more plants, to the left and back.

When I visited the Fish Factory I had ZERO idea of where to start when wanting to stock my fish tank with new fish. As soon as I walked-in, I was greeted by Ashley with a smile who was more than willing to help. She was SUPER knowledgeable of which fish would work in the size of my tank, what I would need to clean it, and even which fish would get along! I was surprised she wasn't the manager... I was super impressed. Definitely will be back!

One of the best aquatic stores in the state. I have shopped here for the last 25 years. Notable is their fish tank moving service. Worth every penny. Adore the staff. They were invaluable when my 30 yr old 75 gallon sprung a leak.

Awesome store much better than anything around. The girl, EMF that helped me was amazing. Decent prices and clean tanks. Seen some zucchini in a few tanks which I though was pretty amazing. Definitely be stopping back in when I'm in the area, even might make the 2 hour drive just to go to the fish factory. Imo way way better than aquatics unlimited.

Very helpful and intelligent staff. Their stock is all high quality and they put a lot of work into making sure what you take home will last. Their Packer Monday deal is also fantastic because it gives me another reason to cheer every time they score! Parking is not ideal but don't let that discourage you because this place is absolutely worth a visit. Don't be surprised if they refuse to sell you fish though if they seem your tank is not ready for fish. This is not a bad thing. They care so much about your fishkeeping experience that they choose to ensure that you are ready for fish before making a sale.

I had to surrender my fish friends and this place gladly took them when I walked through the doors bawling. They are very friendly and helpful. If I was staying in the area I would stock my tank with their fish.

I did want a tank but not to big so the guys helped me out and I got a 10 gallon tank I will post a picture of it the place is getting renovated a little on the inside to expand but there is a huge selection of fish to choose from as I walked in they were cleaning the tanks on the inside glass the place was clean and organized and both were friendly thanks for helping me find the right fish tank I'll be back for the fish I'm just giving it a few days to set up and run

It has been 25 years since I had purchased my first saltwater system from The Fish Factory. Called them and spoke with Tyler. WOW what a great experience. He was so patient and helpful that I started my order with him on the phone. Prices are Good, but his passion and experience is what sold me to do business with them again. I had called a few other Aquatic Stores in the area, but none shined like Tyler. I wish other businesses would learn how to provide Exceptional Service as they do....

Great place! Steve and Tyler are superb and very knowledgeable, been doing business with them for years. They're growing the business with all kinds of fun things - Definitely worth a stop in and see what is new- they have some awesome set ups and a great space. We love our 2 tanks and won't go anywhere else to stock them.

Very good selection of fish and live plants. The tanks are very well taken care of and the fish appear very healthy. You can tell the workers are fish people, they know their stuff and are happy to share their knowledge.The prices for the fish seem a little high, but maybe that's the world today?

I visited one time and purchased a few fish. The staff was very racist. The own Steve is an angry man. But he does know how to pretend play 2 faces. Not worth the stress and time. Go to Aquatics Unlimited. They will take care of you!

Treats employees like garbage talks down to them. Very poorly run can't keep good employees because the owner talks and treats them horrible. Take your money elsewhere support another local business that deserves it.

The service is outstanding and they take excellent care of their fish. It can be a bit pricey compared to others but when purchasing live fish, totally worth it, because they take good care of them.However, their "deals" are awful.They have this one deal where the packers score on Sunday is SUPPOSEDLY your percent off on fish on Monday.Unless you're a 5 star member...In that case, you pay a yearly membership fee to get fish a couple dollars cheaper than normal price. And when the Packer deal rolls around you only get half of the score as a percentage off. So like today, should've been 27% off, got told it'd only be 14% off. Which is MORE than it is for a nonmembers full price with the 27% off.Asked if I could just be charged as a nonmember then and get the 27% off and was told no.

Bought fish and they died within 24 hours so I brought them back along with a water sample that they said was perfect and was given in store credit replaced the fish with the same ones I had and they died within two days. Will never go here again. I should also add I saw someone else going in with dead fish as I was leaving

Looking for beautiful healthy fish and supplies? Look no further. As of today I have vowed to NEVER shop anywhere else for my aquarium needs. Friendly & knowledgeable staff, amazing fish and the new European style fish room is gonna be off the hook! The owner told me today they will even have coffee back there! The US needs more fish stores like this! Hands down the absolute BEST!!!

I’ve bought fish and products here a few times and I’ve always had a positive experience. This place has great fish, cool stuff, plants, and knowledgeable staff that you just can’t find elsewhere. I try to avoid the big box pet stores and support local as often as possible.Unfortunately, I recently came in to exchange a resin tank decoration that I purchased and one of the employees (possibly owner?) made me feel less than stellar. I rinse most items before they go in the tank and noticed a little sparkling on my fingers from some of the gold paint on this particular decoration. It made me hesitate to put it in my tank, thus why I wanted to make an exchange.This gentleman seemed to have made up his mind that I was exchanging it because I “didn’t like it” or how it looked rather than I thought it might be unsafe. He rubbed it with a dry cloth and when he couldn’t reproduce what my concern was, commented on how he’s been doing this for 37 years and never had an issue with the brand of product I wanted to exchange, saying how “high end” the brand was and implied that since I wanted to make an exchange, that it would be a hassle because they’d have to send the product to the manufacturer or something.We ran the item under water and I rubbed the paint and tried to show him the little sparkling specks that attached to my finger, but he seemed to dismiss it as not being there at all or that it was so small that it was not a big deal, and again implied that I wanted to return it because I didn’t like the look of it or something - which is again, not true. I wouldn’t have bought the item in the first place if I didn’t like the look of it. I wouldn’t make the drive from Ozaukee County to this store for the sake of making this man’s life harder, and I do not appreciate the feeling of being called a liar without actually going so far as to call me a liar directly.When it comes to the safety of my fish, I’d rather play it safe than sorry. Perhaps the issue was not harmful, but I’m not risking it, and in the end all I did was swap it out for something different. This gentleman, however experienced he may be, needs to work on his customer service skills. Sometimes the customer is not always right, but don’t insult the customer in this way. His tone was weirdly confrontational without being directly confrontational.This experience has really soured my view of this store. I know the other employees are great and doing their job, and this store is simply the best I’ve been to in this area. But I think I will take a break before coming back here for fish stuff.

They are Great for aqua scaping Supplys, that's about it however. The tanks quite often have floaters, the prices are ungodly expensive and customer service Ha... I very much enjoy playing with different hard scapes so naturally I have TONS of dragon stone and few others, I inquired if they wld be interested in buying or exchanging some of my stones.... The employee on shift was excited at the idea because my collection of xl Dragon Stones. When I contacted the store the following week just to make shur they were ready to make the trade we had ruffly spoke off no $$ amount of items to trade laid out just the notion of store credit. Anyways I reach out and who answers the phone THE OWNER who treats me as if I were clueless, there's no way my items are were unwanted then justs hangs up fast as possible...

I love this fish store!! I drove over an hour just to come here and was not disappointed. The owner helped me with all my needs and suggested many different products to make my new 125 gallon tank look gorgeous!! I will be back!
