We took our Goldendoodle there to be groomed for the first time, showed a picture of what we wanted. She said yes that she had experience with that kind of cut and could do that. Well when we pick up our girl she was so short and she poodled our doodle!!! I was so mad I just wanted to leave. We told her we still wanted her fluffy, not too short and that’s not at all what we got! I wouldn’t recommend this place. These pictures are before and after!! I’m devastated at what she did to our dog!! 😡

I brought my Shih Tzu and a bichon. They did amazing work. My dogs never look so good. They smell good. They had a little bows in their hair with diamonds outstanding they got me for a life of my dogs. Keep up the good work, Sherrie

I was nervous coming here because the horrible reviews, but I gotta say! I had the best experience with her and her husband. She was very attentive to me when I asked her regarding the price of each service. The overall grooming was AMAZING! I love how my dog looked. She did exactly what I asked for. She had no marks / cuts on her either.I am so happy I went here!

Don't go here they cut my dogs ear. Told my daughters my little dog is to rambugious and she is getting to old to handle my 11 lb dog. She didn't even tell us she cut her ear. My dog winches when we touch her ear. This lady should close her doors if she can't handle dogs anymore.

My dog rolled in Tar. We went to the Veterinarian hospital and the tar needed to be shaved off. Not an emergency so we contacted Sherrie at Tender Touch and she said get him here asap and we did. She gracefully groomed all the tar off of him and her hubby gracefully took him for a bath (Charlie smelled horribly of that crappie, sticky tar). What a blessing to have Sherrie and Kevin in just the nick of time to get the tar off of my Charlie. Very grateful and Charlie smells great! Thank you Tender touch! You were a Godsend. Blessings to you both.

Hard to find a good cat groomer until I brought my kitty to Tender Touch, very pleased with the way Sherry and her husband groomed my kitty. We'll be back for future grooming. Thank you Sherry for being helpful and kind to my Bella.

They are fantastic...didn't even realize how much my 2 dogs needed grooming until they left there and looked fantastic! The attention to detail is amazing and how my dogs especially the skitty one jumps to go again is the best feeling. Highly recommend

I have been taking my toy poodles 🐩 to Sherri for over 10 years. She does a fantastic job and always treats my girls with tender loving ❤️ care. I'd never go anywhere else.

I would like to Thank Tender touch Grooming for Giving my puppy Sofia such loving care. While Sofia got a hair cut and nails trimmed. Sherrie was so kind to Sofia while Sofia was so scared 1st time Sofia got a hair cut. Sherrie made Sofia feel special and claimed her down in such a lovely way. So grateful they were open on the start of a holiday weekend and we were able to walk in for a nail trim. Very knowledgeable and made my dog feel comfortable since he’s a very anxious dog.

I’ve taken my dogs and cats here for the past 3 years and I’ve gotten nothing but great services from Sherrie. She’s truly the best in the business and my pets never smelled better. She made my yorkie look like a chihuahua. We showed her a picture and she agreed but she ultimately does what she wants and your dog looks nothing like the photo you requested that she agreed she could do.

I took my shih tzu in today for a haircut. My sister went in to pick him up everything looked fine and the lady that cut his hair didn’t mention anything, but when we were on our way home we noticed that his inner front nail on his paw was broken in half and full of blood. I do not recommend this groomer. I would give it zeros stars if I could.

I have a very anxious Australian Shepherd who has had some terrible grooming and water related experiences when he was a puppy. They made sure that my dog Karl was calm and happy throughout, and obviously gave him the love he needed to trust them and enjoy it. He came out looking wonderful, happy as ever. I will not go anywhere else, it makes me so happy that I have found someone to help calm my anxious little guy when it comes to grooming!

I brought in my German Shepard and Burmese mountain dog for a good wash. I have to say that came back cleaner then I have ever seen them including their teeth. It’s been a month and they still smell clean. The man working there also taught me how to brush their teeth. After the whole experience and how the dogs were treated I was very happy and had two sparkling clean big dogs 👍👍👍👍👍

We took our kitty cat to be groomed and to have his nails cut. But instead we got a really bad attitude from this older woman. Very unprofessional and disrespectful! I would never recommend anyone to take their animal there, especially their cat!!! We just took our Kitty and left. 😧

i really don't care if you've had years of good experience with this business or one good experience. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! if they are okay with leaving a dog in that business for over 24hrs, imagine what they're doing to your dog.

I am a first time customer and I was completely impressed! I brought my cat in for a lion cut and they went above and beyond! Bath, nail clipping and even adorned his new look with a cute bow. Very resonably priced!I even think my cat had a great time. Will certainly be returning and referring! Thanks guys!

Terrible.Second time there.Lady rudely said she did not have my appointment in the books. Groomed anyway, but did not honor the appointment time.Groom was not great quality.did not give me change when i paid.. my fault for not asking i guess.did not trim nails, but said i can come back at a specific time so nails could be done.Groomer was a No-Show!Lost me as a customer

It was the worse experience ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had a appt. At 9am. And she could not give me a time frame as to when the dogs would be done. And was very rude about it. I waited the entire day. And the salon was now closed. And i called. And she said she hadnt even started them. Then said i said i would call u and hung up. Magically 20 minutes later she called and said they were done. At this point i just wanted my dogs back. After getting them home. I realized there nails were never cut. The hair cut was terrible and they still smelled. And when i picked them up. She had nerv to be rude. And still charge me full price. I will never go back there again.

Groomer scared me with her attitude and came off intimidating but she handled my pomeranian so well. Ive never seen such a well done haircut for him and this might be the place i will forever go to. Worth every penny. I almost cried on how perfect the cut was.

Moved back from Green Bay about 3 months ago. Needed to take our dogs for grooming and Tender Touch was recommended to us. Took our 2 Yorkies in today to get their hair cut, nails clipped. Tender Touch did a fantastic job with both, especially with our vision impaired Yorkie who can be a terror around new people!!!Thank you and we will be back!!!

I took my cat in for a bath and lion cut trim. I was quoted $55 for these services. So when I returned to pick my cat up, no bath and no lion cut was done. I was told when she went to bathe her and turned the water on my cat didn't like it and wanted to flip to get away. Well, I don't know a cat who likes and isn't fearful of water. Do you????? She is a professional with animals and should be adept at handling them .... right????!!!! Then no lion cut either. She explained she was able to comb out the matted areas so didn't feel the need to trim. She stated, "and it saves you money." When she stated the total was $50. I questioned why so much when neither service was really done and that what she did do was A LOT easier/quicker of an option. She stated "well the services can run up to $65, and you are saving $5 from what I had quoted you. Well, I paid because she did somewhat of a service BUT $50 worth?? ...I think not. What she did do was worth $25, MAYBE $30 at most for her time and care advice she shared. But, I do feel ripped off and that she chose the easiest, quickest route. I will not return and would highly recommend others find somewhere else to take their animals.THUMBS DOWN!!!!!!!

Over charged for a nail trim..no charge card reader, had to walk to another place to get cash and was charged a service fee. Felt very taken advantage of. A nail trim should not cost 21$!!

I wanted to confirm I was talking to the correct groomer because my mother was a friend and she past away last month and I kept her poodles. The lady who answered the phone has horrible customer service and had an irritated tone for the second time. Even if I got the wrong place I would NEVER take my mother’s dogs or any dog here. All other review are accurate.
