My husband and I are caring for our grandcat for two years, while our son and daughter-in-law are across the world with their jobs. I have never trimmed a cat’s nails before and I tried everything I could found online to try to get the job done. I checked numerous reviews of pet grooming places and Snipz N’ Tails reviews seemed to have the best. So today we took Leo to Snipz N’ Tails for the first time and those reviews are spot on. Val(the owner of the place) was able to cut Leo’s nails without Leo crying of fighting her. I think her calm demeanor put Leo at ease. We were out of there in less than 10 minutes. We definitely recommend this place place and we will certainly be a permanent customer. Thank you Snipz N’ Tails!

My dog Lucy goes here regularly for her bath and nails. The staff are all so very friendly. I love how fluffy Lucy looks and feels. Erika normally takes care of her and does a fantastic job. I would not take Lucy anywhere else.

I have taken Aussie to 4 different groomers and Snips and Tails is by far the best in the area!! Ericka is so gentle and good with her and does a great job on her haircut!

This is fourth year I've taken my cat for a lion cut and he always comes back looking fantastic! And he feels so much better after getting his mats shaved off. 10/10 recommend! They are on time, he looks and feels great and pickup is always a breeze!

Staff are always friendly and the pets getting groomed are well taken care of and happy. This is one of the few places that will groom cats and they do a great job on our long hair kitty. Highly recommend this place!

This place is incredible! I have a very nervous dog, and he was treated with a tremendous amount of care. I could tell they made an effort to keep him comfortable during his grooming appointment. He came out looking fantastic and didn't seem nervous at all. Will definitely be back for all his future grooming needs!

Ericka did excellent job bathing and trimming fur on our dog, Daisy. Hate to admit, but Daisy hadn’t been groomed in quite some time. We brought her in looking pretty rough. It was as though Ericka worked a miracle on our dog. We were so happy to see Daisy looking and feeling so clean and soft again with all that straggly fur trimmed off. We highly recommend Snipz N’Tailz for all their wonderful work!

Not only did they do a fantastic job with my Persian’s grooming but when I picked him up he was completely mellow. Clearly they’re skilled and a have an amazing bedside manner with the animals they service. I will definitely use them again.

This is by far the best place we’ve found to bring our dog Butter. The service is fantastic, they take excellent care of the dogs while being groomed and while the dogs wait, and Butter always comes home with the perfect cut. We initially chose this because of the proximity to our house and great reviews, but now we drive 20+ minutes from our new location just to keep coming here. Butter always leaves so fresh and clean, and more importantly so happy!!! Definitely recommend.

I have been taking my yorkie and maltipoo to Snipz N Tailz for many years now and have never had a bad experience. The groomers are all very good and friendly as well. My yorkie is 17 years old and I would not entrust her to any other groomers.

I have three dogs. All three are rescues and all three have back stories that would break your heart. Snipz N' Tailz has been amazing with these pups. Their grooming skills are excellent, and the environment is such that my dogs are relaxed and not stressed when I pick them up.

I needed a new groomer for my dog Lucy. My first meeting was with Erika for a nail cut. She was so sweet and Lucy- who hates anyone touching her paws- did really well with her. Lucy does not really like most other dogs, so they took that into account whenever I brought her in for her bath. This last time when I picked up Lucy- Lo and behold- there was Lucy behind the counter with other dogs and she was just fine with them. That made me feel so happy. Erika said she was just roaming around with them , catching a sniff here and there. I recommend this place highly for dog grooming. It is evident to me that they really care about their clients

I've been taking our dog here to get his nails cut for awhile, because it's really cheap and quick and saves us a huge amount of hassle compared to fighting our dog to get his nails clipped by us. They are experienced enough where they just knock it out before he even has time to fight about it.Today we took him to a full grooming appointment with haircut and all, and we are really happy with the job they did. Our boy looks great, and also they got it done shockingly fast and he didn't have to wait around in a crate all day long.

TLDR: they do a good job, staff are nice, they're hard to get ahold of, and they'll keep your dog all day with no meals, and seemed like no water (the way my dogs acted makes me think no water but cannot confirm).Hair cut/bath: did a pretty good job every time, consistently good. One of my guys is a mover and shaker, they did what they could, no noticeable too short or too long hair farther away.Staff: are almost always friendly and always excited to see the dogsScheduling: good luck. We used them for 3-4 years every 3-6 months (because my husband is stuck in his ways) and when our 14yo chorkie died we had to cancel the appointment, we never received a call back, this was months ago. It's always hard to get ahold of them. Always.My biggest complaint: they would have me drop off my dogs at 10am and not have them ready until 5pm or later every single time after we went a few times. Once I was 15m late due to scheduling changes, she said they would be ready late, but they were ALWAYS there late as eff. Kind of glad they didn't reach back out as now I have a groomer that takes 2-3 hours with my dude.

We just had our dog Porter done at this groomer. They did a phenomenal job with his trim. We have a mutt breed for a dog do his hair pattern is more complex, and previous groomers have taken to shaving him even though he had no hair matting or reason to do so. Anyways, I really appreciate their patience with him as he was nervous about some aspects and I look forward to bringing him back somewhere that I can trust to take their time and work with him. Thank you all again!

Love everyone here. They’ve taken care of our two border collies for over 10 years and have never had an issue. They tend to our now senior pups and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. I recommend them to everyone.

Snipz N'Tailz is a small local shop, but don't let that fool you. Dawn and her team are Great! For several years I have been taking my cat there to be groomed, cut her hair like a Lion. She is returned to me smelling good & with a fresh cut.When I needed to reschedule, Snipz N'Tailz was understanding & accommodating.Your pet will come back so fresh and happy. The dogs that I see waiting for their owners are so happy & they always greet you. It's very welcoming.
