The bathroom in this place is beyond disgusting.....Fecal matter all over the toilet....Urine all over the floor..Wet toilet paper all over the floor...Ridiculously unsanitary and when you walk out the bathroom door just look to your left and notice the huge rodent box...Some of the staff are wearing uniforms that are filthy and they are SUPER NASTY and I mean SUPER RUDE!The worst grocery store I have ever seen in my 38 years of living!!!!

This was my 1st time shopping at this Save A Lot store. I was able to quickly go in and find all of the foods needed and get out in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were plenty of hand baskets and shopping carts available also.

Well you're lucky if you get a shopping cart most times but mostly it is just that there is no selection and always many holes on shelves. Also for being Save-A-Lot some items are ridiculously high priced. Then also sometimes understand you can be out of things but bread no bread at all on this visit.

Save A lot usually has what I need including fresh produce and a nice selection of meats too choose from.. the young lady that cashier's.. she puts up with lots.. I'm surprised she's still working there with a smile on her face every time I see her..

I am so shocked by the positive reviews from this store. The location I ventured into was terrible (76th Hampton). The smell was horrible and there were no fresh fruit options. I decided to leave empty handed due to the smell alone around 7:20pm tonight. As I was leaving I could hear a heavyset light skin black woman with short locks and a little tall yell, “it’s thriving season”. I was in total shock by the ignorance and stereotypical statement being made. I was also very embarrassed since eyes turned directly towards me. The audacity to insinuate and perpetuate a stereotype like that was hurtful and reckless. What would have happened had someone approached me because of this statement. I will never step foot in that place again and I demand an apology!

I arrived at 8:30pm on a Thursday and the staff had the door locked while standing inside watching and turning away customers. The hours clearly states the store closes at 9pm. A few months ago Ive actually gotten into the store at this same time in the past. Not sure what’s going on.

Went to Save a lot for groceries instead of Aldi's because it's a shorter distance to walk. Well, Aldi's is worth the few extra blocks when I went into Save-A-Lot they barely had any produce all their shelves were pretty much empty their freezers were pretty much empty. I picked up some ice cream, 2 or 3 tubs, tossed it in the cart and when I shut the freezer door I noticed the price. I out that ice cream back so fast! I couldn't believe it! More expensive than pick n save! So with the shelves being as bare as they were, it was a wasted trip! I won't be back! Heck, Dollar Tree on the other side of the parking lot has more food than they do!

Save a lot is not my normal store but it’s a store I run in if I am missing some things and I know they got it! I get off at 5pm so I didn’t make it to the store until about 6/630pm only to see the lights out so I thought something was wrong for that day and left and went to another store! Now here is another day I need to go in there and it was about the same time this time I stopped to look and see if they are closing cause their short staffed no that wasn’t the case either this store has changed their store hours to 9am to 5pm! I am just baffled that this store would change the hours like that when they are centered in an area where families utilize them on a daily basis! How can a person like myself ever make it to that store when they closing at the same time I get off work🤦🏽‍♀️! This is not just at this store but at the other store on 76th and Mill road! They need to really change their stores back! We not only lost Walmart but save a lot as well!

Never been my favorite place to shop because of past experiences. Today was different. Found exactly what I was looking for and the cashier which was an older gentleman with dreads was very polite, respectful and he greeted everyone who walked in the door. That service itself was very refreshing because nowadays that type of service is hard to come by.

I only go there for their store brand frozen Cheesecake! It's soo good, I prefer it over Sara Lee and Eli's any day! But lowe and behold, they no longer sell the 2 packs and there's no way in heck I could trust myself with an entire pie!The prices of many of their other items have really went up as well! I know there's inflation and prices are going up everywhere but they're really close to the regular stores now.Now service smh, if that's what you want to call it! Now first off I would like to apologize if the girl had some type of disability or medical issue or was a real mute because she did not say a word at all! She didn't give me a total at the end, I asked her a question and she literally did not open her mouth to respond it was crazy!I know it's hard to get people to work nowadays and stores are closing early or not even open due to lack of staff but my goodness! I guess we just have to be appreciative for whatever subpar employee that they have working and be thankful that the stores are open I guess. Consumers/customers just don't stand a chance, we're at the mercy of the few employees that actually care to halfway work!!

It should be save a little said my son! I spent like $50 on four or five items! I won't be back! Just go to a bigger supermarket or name brand store where you can actually save on some items.

The staff are always friendly and the store is always stocked.I go to this location at LEAST 2x a week. It’s literally 2 minutes from my store and I always walk out of the store with what I went for (usually buy other things I wasn’t planning on buying).THANK YOU SAV A LOT!!!!

Employees don’t know how to use the check machine, instead of getting assistance theirselves, they would rather try to say your check is no good. I had to tell a female cashier to get someone else because SHE DIDNT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING, and she had the nerve to get an attitude with me, but guess what assistance comes and everything is fine and dandy and my check goes through.

I went to this store with very little money, i received poor service spoiled food. I received thawed frozen food that had been refrozen to a block of ice. Sauage that was gray in color that had to be discarded. I will never shop this store again. If i could give this store zero i would.... Because when customers come to these kinds of stores is because they are low on money. But because of that fact we have to settle for spoiled refrozen nasty food. No we shouldn't. So for that this store is no longer on my radar for shopping.

Prices are competitive, with other supermarket private brand. Furthermore there diary products, are priced less than other supermarkets. Overall Save A Lot is attractive, as the other low cost leaders.

Health inspector closed this location 11-19-21 -YIKES! No idea what health code(s) they violated, no date listed when they will reopen. As of 11-21-21 they are still closed down.

I really like Save-A-Lot the just need a better variety of meat such as Nova salmon and other Delectables! There are a wide variety of fruits and vegetables that could be incorporated into the store to!

Reasonable prices pleasant staff except for you have to pay for your bag to put your groceries in now that threw me back a little.
