I am a customer that frequents this Pick n Save (PnS) weekly... This PnS is not the closest to my home. But I enjoy the customer service from the employees from the deli to the cashiers to the ones that bring in the carts. I also wanted to note that the supervisor/ manager Doris is great! She's very helpful, she gets things done(!!). She shows great leadership, leading by example by filling in where and when needed. Best of all, customers and employees respond well to her. Thank you - keep up the great work.

Improvement made to this store made this place so much better. They have a wider variety of products and it looks a lot organized. My only complaint is the light is most pick n saves aren't well lit like the metro market branch. Never have any issue with the check out line here. They're always pretty efficient.

Today I came up short by 38 cents buying just two items... apparently my math skills weren't all that great. Literally buying two items with change because I don't get paid until tomorrow. My account had that amount in there, but for whatever reason, it wasn't accepting my card. The cashier went and spoke with her manager, who then allowed her to finish cashing me out. I will definitely be in there tomorrow paying it back plus some extra to help the next person who is short and just one day short of payday!! Thank you for your kindness over such a short amount of cash. You definitely made my day better after a really hard day at work!!

This particular Pick N Save is very nice. Ita clean, well organized, and a place I'd shop again. Meat, seafood, salad bar, free samples and so on. Every thing you're looking for you'll find. Ethnics foods, eggs, meat, and everything else. They generally have cheaper prices than most. Alot of deals, which is great. I would strongly recommend shopping here. They also have the "Red Box" to rent movies.Please LIKE review! Thank you.

This store is so bad I don’t know how they not close they don’t keep up to date with the food the customer service is poor and the self check out never works. Really makes me feel uncomfortable when at this store it’s so sketch.

There are a few employees at this location that are so helpful and friendly. Even though it gets extremely crowded at times, I usually find myself leaving the store with a smile on my face.

Its my local store so I have used it a lot. But that said the store is often dirty, they are often out of stock and a lot of the staff seem to not care (not all of them, some of them are nice). But the food here is often MOLDY. At least once every trip I find something rotten and moldy. Last night I found two full size loaves of bread covered in mold, I left them at the customer service desk as there was literally no staff member to hand them to other than the ONE cashier and she obviously was busy with a long queue.TLDR rotted food, dirty store and understaffed and soso employees.

The worst pick n save in the milwaukee. Consistently only one register open with a line of 15 customers waiting. Meanwhile 30 employees are walking around aimlessly. It just cannot be that that many people are not trained to work a register. I’m always appreciative of employees who choose to show up, but the employees here who do really could not care less about their job. I understand how annoying rushes and customers can be, but good lord there is no urgency whatsoEVER with anyone who works here. They see a line of people growing down an aisle and will laugh to each other and walk away. It’s disappointing. Service desk is down for the day at 10:00am, literally why. I hate that this is the closest grocery store to me because it forces me to drive an extra 20 minutes to literally anywhere else.

If you are African American or dark complexion they will follow you around the aisle no matter if you have a pocket full of money which I always do or if you shop with them everyday and from the aisle to the self check out. No privacy no good shopping experience they let the white men come in with book-bags kneeling and stealing but let them walk right out the door without a “flinch”there are bird nests inside the store somebody call someone I’m not the only one who see this. The greeters at the exit of self check out are not cool let alone helpful they just look at you dead or something and will help late as hell on there phones getting paid but yeah go check it out for yourselves go more than once you’ll see and or at night

I used to work at this store back in 2007-09.Ever since PnS was bought out by Kroger, the quality of this store has dropped drastically, and the lockdowns made it worse.Everytime I'm in here there's never a regular cash register open and only the self checkout - which usually has one broken too - and the customer service desk is NEVER open when I'm there, even if it's during rush hour (3-6pm).The store is horribly understaffed and the workers there are slow and unreliable.This store needs to start getting it together.

They are always out of sale items and now when they have a buy one get one free offer and they only have one they will no longer discount that one.Not helpful at all!!!!!Also, refused to help a disabled lady with a carry out!!!!This is why I stopped coming here for a long time and I guess I was right to patronize a different business!!!

We were having difficulties in the store when Elizabeth, and Jayda both helped us out to find what we needed. We really appreciate their home and we will be coming back to pick ‘n save. they are such amazing, hard workers.

Waited 1/2 hour to check out since they had ONE register open. The self checkout was down into the middle isle as well. Who is running this place for this to happen on a Saturday!!!Shelves were not stocked in Dairy section as well as other areas!Ridiculous

There were no carts. Asked if they had baskets available and they said they don't carry them here. Told them there were no carts and she just looked at me and shrugged. Another lady was carrying so much stuff she was dropping it as she was walking down the aisle. Looked at their juice in the produce section, noticed it was chunky. Checked the exp date and it was THREE WEEKS EXPIRED. Dairy section doors were busted with yogurt exploded all over inside. Insane. Clown show.

This is my closest local grocery store. I usually love to shop at pick'n'save. Just not this one! For a number of reasons, the employees are rude, they rush you to bag your own groceries and refuse to help you. They start checking out the next customer in line before you have all of your items bags. When I was 7 months pregnant, I slipped and fell in the floral area because there were puddles of water on the floor. Every time that I go to the customer service desk, there is not any one there. The cashier's just say that no one will be back there for a few hours. The list could continue, but I don't feel like it will make a difference.

I have for most part stop using this store due milk issue in my other review. Now primary using Festival, Costco, Sam Club, Piggy Wiggle, Aldi and Kwik Trip in combination to meet shopping needs because since Kroger took over Pick and Save Quality is down prices are up and milk is sour with no response from management ⚠️ The milk going sour 1 week before expiration date was last straw.🤮

Not a great selection of items I shopped there today there is never items stocked properly alot of times it is left on palette the lines are ridiculous either self checkout has problems or the there are No cashiers it's dirty . Very unorganized and unprofessional not where you want to go if you don't have to

Service has definitely gone down hill here. I waited forever at the self checkout because the computer said I needed assistance for some reason. If you don’t use the self checkout, there is a huge line because I’ve never seen more than 2 checkers working at a time. Meanwhile the manager walks around looking at the lines but doing nothing about them. This used to be my favorite store. At least the shelves are usually stocked.

Again buying groceries with my son yes I know it's closing soon. It's 1030 pm they close at 11. but the young man that is standing at the self checkout is on his personal cell phone not once looked up us or what we were or weren't ringing. I had three things in my cart that I no longer needed and when I asked him where to put on he told me to pile them on top of a pile of other Groceries on top of the water cooler.. where it was already full of groceries needed to be put back and on the verge of toppling over I understand he's probably 17 but he's being paid to do a job. Finding employees who actually care about their job it's becoming a Pastime and this is why I don't frequent certain locations.

The only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 was because of employees clothes. One young woman was wearing ripped jeans. Another young man had his pants down past his butt. Not very professional looking attire.

I have never gotten potatoes salad at any pick and save that the potatoes were done. Tonight I went to West Milwaukee store and tasted 2 PS of course nieghter were done so I got macaroni salad instead, now don't get me wrong this particular store is not the line ranger. Piggly wiggly has never let me down on the PS so I'm not going to chance it again.
