I normally don’t shop at this location but it was close to my church. I knew going in on a Sunday would be hectic so I prepared myself. I went in looking for my last few items to prepare my meal for the holiday. I couldn’t find half of the items I was looking for but I was assisted by a manager Andrew W. He went above and beyond to assist not only me but other customers in the aisle as well. He was polite and very helpful even grabbing a few items off the shelf for an elderly women. Great customer service isn’t always given at this location from my previous experience. But I had to shoutout this amazing leader. The store was hectic yet he kept his professionalism. This man needs a raise!

Horrible customer service. You'll wait a hour and no one comes to serve you and don't care nothing about the customer. Employees walk around cursing!! Need to hire more non blacks to get the balance of service right

The employees there are a mixed bag. One, possibly name Mala, was extremely helpful in terms of quickness when I went to pick up and order I placed online. Getting to her was not so fluid, however, as 11 am on a Monday is when you would expect someone to be working the customer service counter. Yet, it was unmanned. There were three employees manning the 1 person using the self checkout. That falls on the manager IMO. He/she should ensure that their employees are stationed where they can be most valuable to the business.Also, despite my online order being no more than 15 to 20 items, it was only about 35% accurate. Stupid me didn't notice it until I got back to the crib. Caveat emptor, as they say. Some of the stuff they effed up: like including 5 lb bag of sugar and big can of salt but totally missing the fruits and veggies and lunch meat and ground beef I ordered. Totally frustrating experience.

Letting the homeless harass customers entering and exiting the store for change. Also allowing the people giving away phones and tablets keep bugging customers and allow them to stop cars in middle parking lot, fully blocking lanes and parking spots stopping flow of traffic

Very hard to get a shopping cart.Shelves aren't stocked all the time, although not rude the customer service from cashier's is lacking.Liquor department customer service is top notch tho and 5 stars for liquor department

I just experienced the laziest customer service ever from the service desk. The lady with the dusty brown wig and glasses and the fat bald man at the service desk are rude and plain lazy. I returned to the store for a price adjustment bcz my items were rung up incorrectly and the cashier directs me to customer service where there are THREE employees talking amongst themselves doing absolutely nothing. I explained I just needed a price adjustment for the items that were rung up incorrectly. They say the service desk is closed and don't know when it's gonna be back open... Okaayyyy Are y'all on break? Is the machine down? They gave no explanation, no nothing. Then they send me to Self Checkout, who sends me back to customer service. They continued to talk to each other and ignore me until I requested a manager who was helpful and directed me to the liquor dept. where a nice lady name Channon completed the transaction in literally 10 seconds and refunded my money. This location gets it's bad reputation bcz of your lazy staff and the helpful ones don't get enough credit.

Pick N Save is horrible I worked there for a month a a half and I had missed hours on my check every pay day and one day I did it even have a check up there. I am currently still waiting on two checks

They never have any carts and it seems like once they stock their ground beef for the day, they don’t put anymore up. Their shopping carts are dangerous when your pushing them to your car they lock and crush into your stomach. So when I was pregnant I had a rough time pushing their carts to my car. On the bright side their meat, seafood and vegetables are always fresh.

I like this store a lot but they have the same issue as every other pick n save. Whomever works in the deli does not know how to wrap the meet or cheese. I guarantee you could go and try to open every package they have for sale right now, and not a single package can be opened without tearing the bag. Stop using the sticker to seal the bag or whatever your trying to accomplish. It's infuriating, and makes me wonder if it was handled properly when ppl don't even know how to wrap it and apply a sticker.5/25- bought cheese from this store again. Once again the package cannot be opened without tearing the bag. It is extremely wasteful and maddening. I will continue to edit this post to keep everyone informed on this pick n save. I will note, they did improve on the meat packing techniques.

This Pick n Save may be the worst in the city. Employees are rude, there are people standing outside and inside the door hounding you for money. Overall this store is a poor shopping experience that I would avoid.

Idk if this place shutting down because it's half empty but God I hope so I went the other day and was shocked they were even open because ALL and I mean ALLLL if the produce section had mold and most of the meat products were going bad too.

Today is one of the worst day to go to this pick n save. Never in my life have I ever be treated like a criminal in a grocery store especially when I used to work for them. When did they put in place you have to buy your food first and have to go back and get? Need better employees immediately!

The store kind of has a old meat smell to it. The shelves were a little sparse and there were dirty paper towels on the floor collecting some weird liquid. The cashier however was very pleasantIf you want to go to a nice pick n save I'd suggest the one off Whitnall Ave

A little more urban than I care for, but I can say the offerings were very close, minus the full service amenities at other establishments. The staff was hard at work. That alone is commendable these days. Fast checkout. No problems. Police frequent this place and discourage incidents. I go if I'm in the area

Pick 'n Save is a great place to grab snacks, family foods, or tiny accessories when you walk in. Waiting in line is little to nothing as there service is pretty quick with checking in/out orders for such individuals.

On a wednesday it was walk in interview's! i came in clean cut dress well" with my folder & resume: in my hand whent up to the counter? And a women came out of the office. Then sad how can i help you, i sad i came in for a interview! she left to go back in the office! Came back & sad we are training know; to come back in a week. That is lutacris be aware? It don't make sense!

Since Kroger purchased Pick n Save. I'm quite impressed with the new store design and sales. So far the customer service has also improved!! Good Job!!

As a former Pick N Save employees of 5 years there are something's at this location that could be better but it's not the employees fault they have to do what corporate tells them to do like cut hours and cost that's why there's not enough check out lines open and they really want customers to utilize those self check out registers so that they can cut more hours and have less employees in shift they have 1 cashier overseeing 4 registers at those self checkout lanes but as a customer I don't wanna shop and then have to check myself out bag my own groceries pay for them and then load them into my van too that's to much work also they really need to put a end to the panhandling that goes on in front of the store but as far as the employees I haven't had any problems they have always been very helpful and friendly they are just so over worked because corporate wants to save a few bucks.

Everything was fully stocked unlike every other store I go in, the entire store was very clean, clerks through out the store were very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be going back instead of going way over to Southside or west side for sure. Delightful experience 💓~Shannon~

This place is unsanitary and not healthy at all and this should not be allowed, I've been there once and I was surprised to see meat that was left out by customers and employees and it's just not cool, and to top it all off there were no carts at all this place needs to be shut down, and I thank those who have common sense to put meat in a cooler instead of just leaving it out.

Would give 0 stars if possible! Brett cheated me out of my money when I asked for a refund for groceries purchased with my debit card instead of my food stamp card. Will NEVER shop at this location and wouldn't recommend anyone else shop here either.

First, the particular pick n save does not look like the pictures that's being shown. This is the worst pick n save in Milwaukee. The parking lot is dirty, the staff is rude and even worst the people at the service desk arent helpful at all.

Always 1 to 2 lanes open with a line all the way back by to where the meat is located. Day or night always 2 lanes open doesn't matter. One check out lady wearing sunglasses inside @ 8pm in the night. No one ever around for help like Ever. But when you in the ghetto/ hood. What do i expect. Low class service!!!!really not even a star!!!!

Usually if its a couple of lines open that means its busy and people are on break it there isn't enough carts it could be one person on carts so people have think if its 5 or six people coming at a time and person pushing carts is having a difficult time I can see why there wouldn't be any carts or they could be on break I've seen a lot of customers give workers a hard time doesn't matter if they are wrong customers dont care its a decent store .
