I went in here and this was my first and last time in there. I never been in there prior and yet i was accused of stealing. Never been in there a day in my life. All for it to be a misunderstanding. I’ll be reaching out to corporate, because this is unacceptable and unprofessional. Before trying to come at some, have all the details. Do better.

CALLING CORPORATE AS WELL!!!EVERYTIME I come before closing time it’s closed! security sitting down on phone yelling to the door “we’re closed” UNPROFESSIONAL and this is NOT the first time for this!

By far the WORST family dollar in Milwaukee! Signs on the door that reads NO CASH CARDS ONLY! i mean its not just once in a while its EVERY SINGLE DAY.... And its been card only for over 4 months. I dont understand why corporate hasn't closed this location. The staff are VERY RUDE VERY VERY RUDE! This location should be closed permanently or until they can train new staff and allow Cash purchases. My next step is calling and speaking to someone from corporate office... This place needs to be closed down.

The holton location is better than the other locations but that is a very low bar. This store is clean inventory always out. I wonder why there is more employees and less stock.

By far the WORST family dollar i ‘ve been at, barely have the things you need, rude employees, & they’re never open past 2 hours .. when they do allow people to come in .. it’s no cash , card only or exact change.. not to mention the freezers smell like mildew.. please shut it down!!!

Store manager is EXTREMELY RUDE.. sent my brother to get laundry soap for me.. he brought back wrong brand so I sent him back to get correct brand with extra money to pay difference.. he came back with wrong kind again so I go to exchange for correct one and he tells me I got a receipt that only they are supposed to have and he’s not going to exchange it even tho my children and I are all allergic lavender.. I only go there if I have too! 🤦‍♀️

See all these one-star reviews by local guides? A cautionary tale if there ever was one.-RUDE, ill-equipped cashiers-DIRTY and DISORGANIZED-TRASH OUTSIDE-HIGH PRICESI still shopped there despite all this garbage because of the convenience. Until today, when I walked in with a 200 dollar ski jacket and north face bag and was stopped--at the door--and told I had to "store my bag behind the counter." I said "I have never been asked that before." To which the person replied "It's policy."That, folks, is a lie.Don't bother with this place. It's bad all around. You deserve to get your money's worth out of your shopping excursion. At Family Dollar on Holton, you get nothing but ripped-off and aggravation.

Went and spent 20 bucks there today and some new cashier initially refused to give me a bag! I had to patiently ask her 3 times' while she ignored me, and started checking out the person behind me.

They're never open on time and close early. Their hours of operation are suppose to be 8am-8pm. Just know they are really 9 or 10am to 7pm. The managers close the doors around 7:30 so they can be out by 8pm.

This is a regular thing at this location. They also have a terrible habit of not being open more than 3 hours after the posted open time. This is easily the worst run family dollar in Milwaukee

An ok place. They're usually always stocked. The people (customers) sometimes suck. That's what literally ruins this store. The employee's are usially friendly as well. I would recomend this for a quick stop for something you mite of forgotten at Wal-Mart.

Boxes everywhere but shelves empty, rude cashiers. The whole place is a mess. Nice location, easy access, needs new staff and management.

Store was in disarray and you had to climb over boxes to get to register. Had a significant line going. Took about fifteen minutes to check out with only one very slow cashier. Shelves were empty, guess it was all in the floor.
