Staff are always pleasant and helpful. On the other hand, the store itself always looks like a tornado blew through it. Many aisle shelves are bare, and stacks of inventory boxes are in the middle of the aisles. I don't understand why they set out the inventory to stock, and they don't have anybody actually stocking the shelves. The Uboats full of products to be stocked cause a lot of congestion in a layout that already has narrow aisles. They really should have at least 1 employee stocking the OOS products to reduce the number of obstacles that customers have to navigate around. Despite that issue, I think that the employees are the reason why I keep returning to this location instead of going to the closest location from my house.

I entered the store and the selection of items, for the organization of the store, isn't bad. The prices are awesome! For everything shown I paid $32. I would've paid more in two different places for the same or similar items.The staff could've been nicer and the store itself is a bit unorganized but overall, for the location I'm satisfied.

One of my favorite convenient places to shop stop in for a quick deal and out the door. store has improved a great deal better management shelves are full all the time a lot cleaner than before.

I'm trying to figure out what's the purpose of security? I left from here 5 mins ago, there were at least 2 or 3 girls in the store trying to fight a cashier for something outside of her job, (according to the comments she was yelling out) instead of security doing his job, he's just standing there on his phone watching the commotion & laughing at the situation, he's not putting the girls out the store or trying to defuse the situation, the female manager is. A male cashier with dreads working the 2nd register, steady egging the beef on, I don't care what anybody say, how is someone supposed to be safe in a work environment if the person that's supposed to provide safety isn't? Doesn't look like a store I want to continue shopping at, especially if I'm not going to be safe while shopping in this store. Either remove security or hire someone willing to do the job

Not gonna lie I totally forgot about family dollar and oh boy did it come in handy for my wallet. Very nice people clean and well stocked store. It may be a little traffic in front of the store but the security guard help me to my ride which was very sweet and thoughtful.

It was horrible as per the usual...the line to check out was the full lenght of the store...and the bosses watched as the 1 check out girl tried to handle the frustrated customers....I would never go there ever again...I can't understand why this type of retail establishment exists....People who can't go anywhere else? Or, no other retailers will come into the area ?Milwaukee needs a creative solution to the retail crisis....There are many WONDERFUL People who need retail services in the city...Perhaps a membership only retail concept...where memberships are exclusive and easily revoked for posted infractions...There is money to be made, and hard working citizens who deserve realistic services...A Miracle would be nice....

cashier told me no cash back but then when i looked at my transaction history i was charged for the cashback! i have been trying to get a manager to fix it but cant find a store with a MANAGER!

8/16/20- I was verbally attacked by male security and a male customer after I asked for space between myself and daughters, the female cashier spoke of social distancing but security and the other male thought the request was unwarranted...I needed other items but I had to leave and retrieve my service animal from my car before I could finish my shopping. When I reentered , I was yelled at by the same male security "You can't bring THAT in here" ...My dog has a ID tag big enough to see , but the yelling continued about what type of dog she is and that she can't be a service animal.. I proceeded to get my items and checked out..I've been in the area for a year and never had a problem with staff about anything including my dog, I hope I never have to visit this store again!

Don't like the fact that they stopped giving u the $5 off $25 coupon. The digital coupons don't work all the time. U gotta watch it. Same thing with the manufacturer coupons. It beeps like it scanned... Better check your receipt.Update:. $5 coupon is back😀😀😀 I also like the fact that their app gives u an option to double check if the item u have matches to their coupon.

Where to start. You can barely walk through the door. Aisles are a complete mess total chaos. Boxes and products line the floors to the point you can't even get a cart through. It's dirty and disgusting.

Usually don't have bags and runs out of merchandise fairly quickly. Customer service sucks 70% of the time. Don't go unless you have to.

The cashier's are very friendly, the store could be more organized but it's retail so it's always busy overall i like it and ship here often.

I went to family Dollar to get my grandkids a few item for Valentine's day and the security guards two of them And worker .Playing around talkin standing just gossip not helping the lines out been very loud in store just unprofessional .
