Worst experience in my life.The store Was overly Crowded with merchandise. All the employees were extremely rude. At least twice Two people came in my personal space to walk past me and did not even say excuse me. The best part was leaving the store and luckily. The security guard assisted me with my things. If you are handicapped elderly or pregnant or have Anxiety in small places I one hundred percent DO NOT recommend you shop here AT ALL. Customer Service is Every and those individuals have nun!

I had a great experience at this Family Dollar today. The store was run down and full of people as usual, but the cashier, Ruth, was a ray of sunshine. She took care of each customer in her line with patience and a smile. I was her last customer. Ruth shared her great sense of humor and left me with a smile as big as her own. She clearly knows the secret of getting through trying moments at work.

If could you give this place zero stars I would! Very dirty and on organized inside and out. The employees are very rude, disrespectful, and don’t want to be there it seems like. Went in to make a return the two employees were very rude and told me I could not return because the store manager was not there. I asked what was the return by date and the girl just stood there and ignored me and told me “i don’t do that customer service stuff” with that nasty disposition, she’ll forever be working at dollar tree making minimum wage. She actually deserves to be fired along with the others. This place needs to shut down. U hate that the community keeps them in business

Air conditioning was broken when we arrived. There was terrible uncensored rap music playing throughout the store. Our items were neatly placed in a drawstring garbage bag as they had no checkout bags. Other than that the store was stocked and fairly clean.

Family dollar store is one of my favorite place to shop for the things I love. I really think that it only takes a little bit money to get my everyday items for a reasonable price. Great customer service and dedication from the store employees.

Need more variety and should expand the store. Never enough of what you're looking for, even though they always have your basic needs.More Clothing for all sexes and ages, more toys and much, much more Home Decór PLEASE!!! Then the store will be perfect 😉 💞

That family Dollars on 35th is no good the staff is lousy they conversate with a stairs and started doing a work y'all need some better employees at that family Dollar store thank you especially around this time the service was poor
