I had an Amazon package sent to the lockers at this location. I arrived at this store 30 minutes before closing time and the doors were locked though I could see employees inside. I knocked on the door several times, but the employees wouldn't let me in -- they said they were closed and then ignored me when I continued to knock. Because of this I was unable to pick up my package and it was the last day I could pick it up.Very disappointed. I will never shop at this store or pick up a package at this store again.

This location literally has NO SHOPPING CARTS! Not even one! Whatever your shopping for you have to hold it in your hands, I found a display table that I put my items on as I went back and forth down the aisle. Employees are fairly nice, some bare shelves. This store definitely need to step it up and DO BETTER! On the plus side they do have a few items that I could not even find at Pick N Save. I hope they improve.

I have lived by this FAMILY DOLLAR for about 3 years now and they're always out of household items management calls for supplies they never seem to make it to the store. I wanted to live in my old neighborhood I lived over here back in 2003 and the way that the neighborhood is now it's totally different. But it stills feel like home over here. The building that I live in has seniors with limited income and no transportation so that could use a place that they can walk to and replace the inventory in their homes. PLEASE HELP REPLENISH OUR NEIGHBORHOOD LIKE WE HAVE HELPED REPLENISH OTHERS

Worst place ever. An hour before close time they refuse to allow me in to buy anything because the lazy cashier didn't want to do any recounts.Ghetto. And the same black woman cashier working the night before sat there unprofessional and making fun of the Caucasians in the store saying they didn't belong there, and not welcome. Is that any way to treat paying customers. I happen to live rather close and I belong anywhere I choose to spend my money.The only only good thing is the male employees there always act polite and ask if I need help finding anything. But the girls ( too immature to call women) are so rude to anyone other then their race.They deny sales, and mock their customers. I will not be spending my money their anymore and its well known how poorly the store is being run by these workers. I feel bad for the guys working there that have to do all the work because these girls can't don't do their job. The men deserve a raise and the girls should be fired.

I haven’t shopped there in almost two years. Every time I go there, the staff spends more time horse playing than they are assisting customers. The last time I shopped there was in spring of 2020, I had to use exact change or my card. Every time I pass by there, there is always a police car parked in front of the store. So, I finally retired from shopping there, and I go to other stores!

I walked into this store, halfway in I was confronted by the security guard he was joined by the manager shortly after. The officer stated I had to leave my bag at the counter. I hesitated because i had a $2000.00 Mac book pro inside as well as a ipad pro, Beats Solo3 and a Samsung Note 5 and 7 (all used for work). i told the officer that I would comply before I could question the safety of my equipment the manager started yelling and told the officer "you deal with him cause I cant". I told the officer I would comply but the attitude and Unprofessionalism of the manager was unacceptable. i took my bag to the front and left it. later about 5 min later i returned to the checkout with my items. while in line i noticed the manager open a second check out and called others over to her line skipping me. when i stated that to another customer in the store the manager once again started yelling at me and threaten to refuse service to me if i did not stop talking. The security guard then came over to me and stood about 6 inches from me during the remaining time i was in the checkout. I will submit a formal complaint with the corp office ASAP. side note. I enjoy family dollar because of the prices. In my neck of the woods we don't have family dollar stores which I do not understand and the stores we do have do not require me to leave my bag at the front counter. here's the thing while at this store I observed several women with large purses/handbags, none of them were required to leave them at the front counter.

I went during the morning when they were opening. The employees were super nice and everyone was helpful. This family dollar seemed bigger then most. I don't know how the second shift employees are but I will most likely only go in the morning.

It was OK @ first, but I see how the employee greet some of there customers. Curding,loud, bad crammer, customers come 2nd or 3rd .. Help is not really there when needed or ask for it... I would fire the entire store, get a new crew, more whites & Hispanics ... @ least store would be more organized an cleaner .. My opinion

While the employees are friendly and the store isn't dirty, the lines are always long and there is rarely a second cashier.It seems to me as though the mostly white management doesn't care to provide good service or work environment to the mostly black customers and employees.I've personally asked two (white) managers, that were sitting in the open office talking and laughing, to help the 15+ customers that were in line with a single cashier.What does this say about your business?

Store should be more cleaner the employees don't work together .I've been standing in line for amost 15min cause there was only 1 line open but looking at 1 employee on the phone aurgering with someone in stead of helping get the line down.that don't look good at all.the prices are higher in the stocking is ridiculous stuff is every where. But on the selfes.NEEDS LOT'S OF IMPROVEMENT.

The worst, most ghetto I've ever been in. Poor service, empty shelves, product scattered all over the floor. 3 out of 4 Sundays recently they closed for 20 mins so someone could take a break. Horrible, horrible store.

It should not even receive one star the parking lot was filthy it looked like the ghetto on the outside the manager allowed Beggers to bother patrons outside the store and inside while there were more than a couple people working there was only one cashier with more than 12 people in line now this is being recorded by corporate nothing is being done and the manager also allowed the cashier to play rap music with the explicit version there were curse words in the songs while small children and senior citizens were present it's terrible I only went there because I forgot something at Walmart but I will not go again it's a shame that we allow this Corporation to keep coming into our neighborhoods because they think that black and brown people are only the dollar store types but what's even worse is that we act that way by managing the businesses the way we do

My experience was frightening ,it was over ten people in line and 3 cash registers available 5 employees that have been seem doing that job before! So since she (SHARITA) HER WAS SETTING UP DRAWER ASK HER WAS SHE OPEN ,GOT UGLY ,SAID SHE WAS OFF CLOCK,WHAT DO I LOOK LIKE TOO U)THAT WAS HER WORDS, I TOLD HER WE ALL STANDING IN LINE AND U NOW SAY U OFF THE CLOCK AND TOOK MY ITEMS AND TOLD ME TO GET OUT THE STORE AND I WAS AND ANTHER CASHIER LINE SHE TOOK MY ITEMS AND TOLD ME TO GET OUT OR SHE WILL THROW ME OUT AND CAME FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER IN MY FACE AND THIS GUY GRABBED HER,SHE'S BLACK BUT 250LBS AND BALD AND DRESSED LIKE BODYGUARD WITH HER NOBLE SHOWING.I WAS SCARE INTIMIDATED AND START TO CALL BACKUP ,BUT I WILL CONSULT LAWYER WEDNESDAY AM.
