Feb 6th 8:10 pm I believe she's the manager only female working ( other employee was at check out) this lady followed my husband down every aisle accused him of stealing when I said my husband has never atole anything doesn't even have a parking ticket she claimes it's the " night treatment" however two other customers not including myself she didn't follow or talk to she was very rude and judged my husband based off the way he looks so horrible!!! Big white lady glasses .he's been followed in target in our own neighborhood and now the dollar store all cuz of the way he looks it's not right

On Thursday 7/21/2022, I entered the Store, tried to purchase Birthday Balloons.An associate informed me, they don't have Birthday Balloons. At the cashier I asked If I can purchase some Balloons they had on Display.., The cashier asked his Manager Brooke if he can sell them tome. She stated NO, I than asked, how come Oak Creek sells them and they don't.Brook Screamed at me Very angry and Lowd.. " Because we are out of Helium"!!!I just asked her, why did she raise her voice on me? she stated, Because, her associate told me already they are out of Helium .... (Apparently I had not heard that part, My bad...), But it absolutely doesn't justify the Unprofessionalism, and the rudeness of the Store Manager.Hope someone will do something about this. I don't want to return to that store again!!!!Thank youMC

I don't have the problem with store.But, the person work over there treated me differently than others people it feel discriminate. It is not my first time at the same dollar tree, it happened to me fourth time. Worst customer service experience ever in my life. I don't wanna mention person name. But, they should treat everyone equally.

You would be discriminate here me and my husband came here and we bought water. It was 6 a case this cashier name Lucas put 24 bottles of water if you count them individually in 1 bag and did not double bag them. Once I brought it to he's attention he put 12 in one bag and ignore that I asked him to double bag them. My husband is Hispanic and I am African American I am a federal worker and he is a supervisor for Delta Airline but was treated not fair. I don't know if Lucas was having a bad but it seem racist to me. God blessed everyone from discrimination.

I just received excellent customer service. The gentleman I called about balloons asked me to call back because he was on a register. When I did he answered knowing why I was calling (wow!). Then he was polite, patient and extremely helpful and willing to have them ready for me tomorrow. Thank you for providing outstanding service. It is pretty rare these days.

Melissa is a sweetheart and they're lucky to have her. She's willing to help no matter what situation or how busy...plus when most should be frustrated, she appears to handle it like a boss and stay positive and helpful. Not sure if this is the manager lady as well but if not, whoever she is (small build, 5'4"ish, also extremely up beat and helpful. Again, witnessed training new inept employee while handling supply load and being overran with customers, while credit cards were down and coin shortage in affect). This store is very lucky to have the ladies who run the store. They're underpaid and amazing still!

Today I was very shocked by the lack of respect given to the manager by a customer. The manager absolutely has the right to tell someones kid to not run in the store and for this customer to go off on the manager for telling her kid not to run was way out of line! I have never had a problem with any of the employees or manager there! They are always very nice! As a parent myself I never would have yelled like that at the manager! She did the right thing!

I went in looking for a specific size coin battery (2032). The battery section was easy to find, on an end cap. All 3 employees were very friendly and helpful, even though they were bouncing between stocking and helping customers. Plenty of close parking too!

Changed the product I usually bought. I get it, it's the dollar tree, it has to make sense for them to continue to supply it. They still have the product, just not packaged the same and at the same count. Keep doing what you can. Dollar tree is still a good deal for many products.

We love dollar tree, it's always a mystery what treasure/trinket you'll find not to mention the necessities. This store is busy so it's not always fully stocked but you won't find a greater group of associates.

Very disappointed. Called a week in advance to have 25 balloons filled and 2 extra that we bought on line . Manager said no problem. Get to the store and some worker said can't fill the 2 extra at any cost. I asked her to call the manager and she refused. Had this all planned out for a 15 year old birthday party. Now had to scramble to go to a competitor that was more then happy to help . Will not go back . Sure wish they would've told me this when I planned it so I didn't have to run around and waste my time. THANX FOR NOTHING!

Very Nice! Kim, a Manager was Very helpful and went in the back and found a box of Grapefruit Drink bottles for me... I went there just for those... I bought Eleven! 😊

A disabled man in a wheelchair with one leg was in front of us in the store asked the cashier if she would help him put his stuff in a bag that was hanging off of the back of his wheelchair. The cashier (nichole) got rude with him and told him "don't you see all of these people in line!" Seriously!! If you don't want to help your customers DONT WORK IN RETAIL!!!

It's a smaller Dollar tree, but I'm still able to find what I need. They don't have a refrigerated foods section like some of the others, though. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The person in the store running the store is very crabby very bad mood talks about customers behind their back and was not a pleasant person to deal with at all it was my worst experience ever and I would not recommend anybody going there with this person running the store she was terrible

They always have so many different things at Dollar tree. I came in for a few things and ended up with a cartfull. Excellent store!!!

Like a lot of dollar trees some iteams out of stock. I always wonder do people actually come in and buy up a bunch of things. Some of the things sold there are not even worth a dollar shop wise.
