They seem to be open most days lately, new people working there. Maybe reduced hours?I love this store. Sure sometimes it's busy, that is to be expected. And on delivery day, there are boxes of new items, waiting to be shelved, and it DOES get shelved. Not sure what people are complaining about, it's a good store, super convenient location, good prices, if you don't like litter, either don't litter or help out and pick something up, I do, they're busy inside, there's not enough staff to be running outside picking up after people. That's common sense, count how many working people you see inside. Not many at all, even on delivery day, the company is not worried about making things run smoothly, they're worried about making a lot of profit for themselves.

The time is close to 4pm. The store should still be open until 8pm. Instead, a woman rudely told us “WE’RE CLOSED!” as we approached the door. No apology, no sign on the door, nothing. She’s just standing here, doors locked, escorting customers out.

They’re never open. It’s 4:46 and I am sitting in front of Dollar General and they’re closed. Many customers are approaching the door. No sign or anything. Very unprofessional. This is not the first time this has happen. Workers are very unprofessional using profanity as if they’re at home. Please close this location down or hire a more professional team who cares about your business.

I rather deal with the people that use to work here because the fat lady at the register have an ugly attitude. DONT GET MAD AT CUSTOMERS BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO WORK CASHIER. THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN ASAP

Arrived there at 11:55am on 11/11/2023 to purchase some items and the door was locked. A man that arrived at the same time knocked on the door. No answer. There wasn't a note or anything to inform patrons if the store would reopen or not.

I came 2 times to buy things before 8pm one day and at 5pm another day and even though it says Open daily 8 to 8. The door ia always closed.

What I like the most is the convenience as to where I live. But, the service isn't always the greatest and sometimes you are waiting in line for 20+ minutes when there are several other clerks available to check other people out. However, the prices are great and you can almost always find what you are looking for. The majority of the staff is very nice and helpful, when you can find the right one.

I came up in this bytch one day & the young cashier who was outside in her car told me her manager wasn't there to open up. So a few more people started showing up even the milk delivery company. As time still pasted on no manager in sight & it was raining too. All I know is they lost a lot of money that morning by not opening up & once again poor leadership. It wouldn't surprise me if this store was closed either.

The day staff is great. Ran in one evening and the staff was less than pleased that customers were still coming in close to closing ( came in at 8pm and they were closing around 8:30). Lots of talking to each other and friends and not greeting the customers. A simple hello goes a long way.

great store but poor customer service. Ice called her st least 10xs today, and I can prove it and got no answer . this store is not that busy from 11:00 In the morning until 3:10 in the afternoon, and not be able to answer the phone at least once, that's terrible, and they need better workers if so! I live in browndeer and wanted to know if they had a few chrismas items before driving 12 miles on a empty trip if not because the one near us doesn't carry much due to it being smaller store! Just terrible, and unprofessional!

Friendly staff, good prices. They pack alot in a small space so its a little hard to move through the store. I've found some good deals like 50% off items. The pet isle could be better.

The store itself is one of my favorites, I am also into couponing, hauling is my perfect idea of a perfect Saturday! However this one in particular is one like I have never experienced before!. I’m under the impression one of the employees in particular is a manager as throughout my entire check out process she was ONLY over looking 2 cashiers while they were checking out and voiding items. When I tell you that is all she did, I mean exactly that! I was told her name is Dee, however the way she presents herself would make one think they did something wrong by coming in at all to shop. Well if that’s the case then WHY IS THERE A DOLLAR GENERAL location here? Not a smile, not a laugh, not friendly at all was how my experience and check out process took place. The energy she gives not only is noticeable by the customers, but cashiers as well never showed signs of customer service. It was more like they were there to scan, take money and pass me a bag! When I say she only over looked the cashiers and gave dirty looks and stares to each customer who approached the counter this is what I mean, there was a customer who wanted to return an item, not only did she approach this customer as if it was against policy to return, her demeanor was more of a bully and threat full manor. Mind you, once she walked from behind the counter to approach the customer about her return, she never assisted the customer with the return, she simply walked away and strolled back around the counter to watch the employees. Lines begin to pile up and of course when your couponing sometimes it can take a while. NEVER once did she open a register to assist the waiting customers, we were asked to move aside so the person behind us can be taken care of. This was absolutely unbelievable to me as here it was a manager, someone whom should be looked to as a leader showing dissatisfaction, distasteful and completely disrespect to absolute strangers. I’m actively and efficiently looking to report directly to the corporate office or general manager of this location. No one should feel, experience or endure what I did and the multiple other customers did while shopping on this day. No one should be treated as such, especially one you don’t know. What is customer service if not treated as a valued customer? You would have thought we were bothering these employees by shopping and them “doing” what they applied to do.

Great customer service. I was able to find what I was looking for, but the cleanliness and organization of the store was terrible. Just trashed. It appeared the workers were trying their best but seem to be shorthanded and therefore unable to adequately do their job.

Good place. Been visiting since they opened it. My family and I are frequent customers sometimes 4xs a day. I wish they would have a customer perks discount loyalty card for customers like us. Wish they would get a guard back in there. Those women do not need to be in that store at night by themselves. Shame on Dollar General Corporate Mgmt.

Big sign saying masks required of everyone, next to a cashier not wearing hers, ever, on at least eight visits. While checking out elderly and disabled people from the giant SPECIAL NEEDS building RIGHT NEST DOOR TO THE STORE!It's pathetic. No management. Will not return.

I stopped unplanned seeking hydration.I found Gatorade, some juice, and a snack easily.Seemed crowded, but not unorganized. Not a complaint.Pleasant sakes associate at checkout- with a mask.

There was litter in the parking lot, half the shelves we're bare. The gal working the register had ear buds in and was adjusting her song while we were checking out. Smelled bad, too. Never going back.

If you can't find what you want at dollar tree or family dollar, I can always come here. The only gripe that I have about all three stores is they all need to expand. You need one big Super Center like a Walmart and you can call it Dollar Extreme, Dollar Supercenter, Dollar Express Store.

Cashiers always gave me good service but for some reason at least every Sunday they wanna close before closing time today they were suppose to close at 9 but they closed there doors at 6 and didn’t even want to let us in.

It's a regular Dollar General. Nothing spectacular. Everything here can be found cheaper elsewhere but not by much. The extra you end up paying for convenience is pretty forgettable in comparison to other convenience stores.

They should change their store hour sign to opens at 807am to 815ish bc it's never open on time....the cashier don't say anything to you ..hi..have a nice day nothing..even when I told her have a nice day....seems a bit rude honestly...

I always thought Dollar Generals were overpriced, especially since they use the word "Dollar" in their description. I've only been to this one a few times and every time they didn't have their bathrooms working. Was able to buy things with my EBT though.

This is my favorite 'dollar' store. If you wanna stock up on name brand snacks, this is the place! Mountain Dew 2 liter for $1.80, Family sized Ruffles chips for $3.50, etc. You can't beat that!
