Multiple times I have came to this store and all the lights are on, says they are open online, and doors are locked. No workers, no signs or notes saying they will be back. Just bad customer service and communication. Management obviously needs to be replaced, bad name for a usually good company.

Please hire new management!! I cannot believe the level of disrespect from actual managers to elderly customers. If they need help and only have cash for their products you should help them and cash them out at an actual register not degrade them and tell them to return their stuff. Absolutely disgusting customer service from the manager at the south Milwaukee today. This is not the type of leadership this store needs.

This is my favorite store in my community. I live in the next town overI can find all sorts of miscellaneous needs there..everything from diapers for my grandchildren to pillows, trash cans, grocery items. They used to sell lots of clothes but now only have seasonal stuff like mittens and scarves.

It’s been card only for a few weeks. The second sign you see when you walk in is cash only for gift cards. If it’s card only and self checkout only, the store should be 24/7, but it has been closed numerous times due to “staffing” issues.

This I consider my neighborhood corner store so I go there more then I should. The workers are always nice and you can find a great deal here. Usually get all my laundry needs here for the low. Special shout out to "Kira" she always make it a point to greet EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON that walks in no matter how busy she is with others. Also remember a time where a young child (who I was standing behind in line)total was $1 or 2 more then their 10$ bill and he didnt know and I was going to pay it but she didn't even mention it, she wrote down the difference and cashed his order out and he left, she didn't mention a peep, she decided she was going to pay it, this girl deserves a raise. As a former supervisor of a well known retail store, I would of took my shot and stole her.

Normally I don’t have any problems with this location. Today I walked up to the store at 8:57 the doors were locked and one of the employees was waving her hands saying they were closed. I called the store and asked why when their website says 10:00 (I put in a edit suggestion to update to 9:00) she explained they can Lock their doors at 8:55? So they should really say they close when they want to. I went to Walmart and will continue to drive past them or go to dollar tree.

Good prices on Most things they do have a big selection of items as well. They are always friendly & good energy its a big store they have clothes, headphones, chargers,Toys,household items even laundry detergent,food etc.. the list goes on love the store!

Horrible. They had no helium to fill up balloons. We do a propane exchange and we’re out here freezing and whole time they don’t even have the correct keys.

I forgot to wear a mask before the law was actually made a thing. The Cashier with red hair and glasses proceeded to to scream at me right away telling me to get out. Very rude , she could’ve politely told me the rules without yelling straight away. Very disrespectful.

They must have had a change in management but this store finally got its act together. I actually like coming to this location now. Before I wouldn't have bothered stopping here and went to another location. Now I love if thank you for the improvements.

It's a very nice store with nice employees for the most part, but there's a female manager I think that's always wearing a knit hat that is extremely rude to me for no reason. Most of the other employees are great.

Convenient. However lots of outdated stuff, and sometimes products already tore into by rodents. Lots of off the wall customers as well... And the employees do not help with that. So if you get approached by a psycho you are on your own.

This Dollar General is one of the friendliest I've ever been to,and that's out of more than a couple.The store is well stocked and very clean.The employees are helpful and engaging.If you have happen to drop in you'll see what I mean.

Love this store as you can get in in and out! Plus it’s only 2 minutes away from my house. They need to edit their store hours because they close at 9pm NOT 10pm, as it’s a pain m to get there and find out they’re closed!

This is an okay store. I only go there when there are extremely good discounts. The store could use a bit of cleaning. The staff are always pleasant. I have never had an issue here. Just kind of a mediocre store.
