Our dog, Finn, practically sprints to get inside of Central Bark! He loves it so much and he even knows it by name! The staff here is amazing and loves dogs so much. A few months ago Finn sustained an injury to his nail that we hadn't noticed, but the staff here noticed and informed us right away. 10/10 would recommend them for doggy daycare!!

My puppy thinks doggy daycare at CBW is the best thing ever! Even better than tummy rubs! I seriously would recommend this location to anyone. I trust their care and attention to my dog. The service is friendly and enthusiastic. The enrichment activities are so fun for doggies and the daily picture updates of your dog’s time at daycare are my favorite part of the work day. As a bonus, on site grooming is a wonderful convenience.

My dog loves coming here and I love taking him. He looks forward to his visits each week. And you get an incredible value for what you spend. The staff lets me know how his day was, who he played with. They also post pictures throughout the day, so I can see him in action. My dog is very social and with him being in an only dog household, he definitely needs interaction with other dogs and he is so happy and tired when I pick him up. I would definitely recommend Central Bark to anyone looking for day care for their puppers! Below is one of the pictures they posted of my dog (and I printed it out and put it on my desk).

The staff at Central Bark Westside is truly phenomenal! They take such amazing care of my dog Ella. Whenever we walk in for the day she is beyond excited to see her people friends behind the desk as much as she is for her dog friends! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for daycare for their pets.

Worst grooming experience ever. We have two doodles and needed a cut due to matting sooner than our regular groomer could get them in. The earliest opening we could find was central bark downtown. Fast forward to the day of and within 20 minutes of my dogs appointment starting I got a rude text from the groomer that she won’t cut my dogs hair anymore. She said that my puppy (he just turned one) was biting her and that I had to come pick both of the dogs up. He has NEVER bitten anyone before and we’ve never had a groomer have any issues, so I’m just wondering what she was doing to him. When I asked if she could continue just the other dog, she also said our older dog was biting her too. This is a complete lie as he would never ever do that and she didn’t even TOUCH him or start his groom. So, I left work early and picked them up. She had started the younger one, and she literally shaved his body and neck but not his legs or face. He looked ridiculous. I think she was just lazy and didn’t want to deal with the mats, so she made up that my dogs were biting her. She also shaved him SO short that he got a bunch of ingrown hairs which got infected and costed us a fortune at the vet. Luckily our regular groomer could get our half shaved dog in asap as an emergency case after I sent her the horrible pictures of what they did. She got him in and was just shocked how short he was and how a groomer sent both of them home. Moral of the story, worst grooming experience ever and the reason they don’t have a long waiting period is because they’re that bad. Just trying to prevent anyone else from having this happen to them.

We love this location! We bring our mini Cockapoo here about every 6-8 weeks. They are fast (relatively speaking 2-3 hours on avg) do a great job of taking care of little girl and keeping her never ending fur growth in check! And it's not a chore to book an appointment and can normally get in pretty fast. They are our go to choice for me and my family.

We can always count on the staff to take the best care of her whether it’s for her weekly daycare visits, grooming appointments or occasional sleepovers when we’re traveling. Central Bark Westside is a great place! We had taken our dog there for over a year. Due to a work change, we started to bring our dog to a different location. He was “dismissed” from that location after a year because of his behavior. I called Westside and they remember our dog. They encouraged me to bring him back. He has been back at Westside and it once again has been a great experience. It just goes to show you that the people make the difference. They understand the dogs and are able to place them in groups where they can fit in. Thank you Central Bark Westside!

I am a new puppy owner, and I was so worried about bringing my pup to doggy day care, but all my worries quickly subsided the minute she was warmly welcomed to Central Bark Westside. I would give 100 stars if it was an option! Esther went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable before my pups first day and has continued to make sure she is well taken care of throughout her stay. She has been SO helpful, kind and thorough, you can tell she truly cares about the well being of your pet. Sami is also so sweet and made sure my pup was loved and in good hands under her care. The staff there is unbelievably kind, trustworthy and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They have gone above and beyond to make sure my puppy is well protected and taken care of while I am at work. I live in the downtown Milwaukee area, but no matter where I live, I will make sure to bring my girl back to Central Bark Westside. You can be reassured that your pet is in good hands here. A big thank you to all of the staff that work together to make this such a professional and loving atmosphere for everyone’s pets!

I arrived at this place for our dogs groom and spa day mind you the appointment was already made before hand. The groomer refused our dog because they were afraid to shave the matted area on our dogs paw due to hematoma concerns so I took that serious and went to a vet and the vet said he was fine for a groom and spa day and there wasn't any visible or medical concerns. They just didn't want to do their job. So I give this poor judgemental place a 0 for 0 effort and 0 experience.

We love Central Bark Westside. Our two dogs get such good care there. They are always exhausted when they return home from a day or an overnight stay. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. Central Bark has a variety of services and supplies and the scheduling is so easy. Thank you for taking such good care of our dogs.

I would 100% recommend! They did an amazing job with my golden retriever. My girl is very anxious and the groomer was so great at communicating how she did and what she recommends. So excited for this to be our go to for her grooming needs!

I loved my experience with Central Bark. I was a few mins late (because I couldn’t figure out how to get to the parking lot) but the young lady I worked with was so patient. My puppy (Seven) loved her immediately and she was extremely communicative. His hair cut was exactly how I wanted it and he was happy to be around her even afterward! Definitely worth a visit. We will be back very soon!

Very kind and accommodating staff! Owner/staff respond very timely to messages and inquires. Staff is so upbeat and caring of our pupper who is a bit shy- they were patient and supportive. They always provide feedback and updates. Just all around a great place to entrust your dog.

This was first time having Esther groom my dog. We were greeted at the door by an employee who immediately sat down by my dog to greet her and help make her feel comfortable. Esther did a wonderful job! I was so pleased I went ahead and scheduled another appointment in a few months.Definitely highly recommend Esther!

My sweet girl has been playing at Central Bark Westside since she was 6 months, she is now eight. The fabulous staff, love and take care of her like she was there own. Kaliber has spent many overnights with special medication instructions and always comes home happy and ready for the next visit. If a dog can smile she does when she knows shes going to school. I highly recommend Central Bark for a safe and loving environment for your canine family member.

Our corgi puppy loves coming to Central Bark. When we get out of the car, her tail starts going and doesn’t stop. The staff members are always happy to see her and they take fantastic videos and pictures that brighten my and my coworkers’ days. Thank you for taking such great care of Cupcake!

Love the staff here- they care for and love the dogs that attend daycare and usually give personalized notes about your dog throughout the day, which shows they're really paying attention! Scheduling is very easy, and my daycare needs for my dog change weekly. My dog LOVES coming here and playing with all his friends! Highly recommend!

My puppy Al just stared daycare and as a new Dog mom, I had a million questions. Not only was the owner, Esther extremely patient but she answered all of my questions, showed us around and invited us to a puppy play group. Al has been there a handful of times, but each time he runs in so excited and each of the workers there greet him with so much love. Could not speak more highly of the entire staff and facility!

I love this daycare! After having a bad experience working for a different daycare I was hesitant to bring my own dog to one. But the staff at Central Bark Westside are so professional and awesome that all my fears were calmed instantly. My dog loves it there too!

We have had nothing but AWESOME experiences with Esther, Kameyon, and the entire team! Our french bulldog puppy Winnie gets so excited to go play with them at daycare and they do a fabulous job with her regular nail trims (better than the vet even!). Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a home away from home for their fur babies!

Took my mini golden doodle in for his first groom. I requested a face, butt and paws trim and showed photos of the very natural look I was striving for. Alayna did exactly what I asked of her and the fact that she could do it with my nervous little guy was impressive. Very pleased with his first grooming experience!
