REGINA IS AWESOME!!! I have been using this location all year for my wild pup. She always looks fantastic and they remember my dog (hopefully because she’s just so darn cute haha). Very satisfied.I am Black and female and always feel welcome in the lobby. No bad vibes.

I am very disappointed. I was happy to get a grooming appt., as ny regular groomer was booked until the end of May. But, to my disappointment, NY dog's grooming was not up to par. The trimming looked as if they used a scissor all over my dog's body. The cuts were not even, and my dog didn't have that freshly shampooed smell fresh....as if she was only rinsed with water. I traveled far and paid too much for such shoddy service. To top things off: when I called to complain about it, I was placed on hold for nearly 8 minutes. The receptionists claimed she had other clients coming in. Well, aren't I a client too, who paid over $80 fir the service I received? I couldn't access my receipt on the link I was emailed. So, I wasn't able to see what all I was charged. She said she' d mail my receipt to me. I asked to speak with the manager, but was told they're out of town until next week, but will be given the message to call me. I'll see if that happens. However, I will not utilize their services again.

The groomer did a great job, and while she had to shave down some areas where the hair was matted, she blended it in well so the pup wouldn't look too freaky. Overall the groomer listened to what we wanted and delivered a great service! The building is nice and clean too, with ample street parking for an easy drop off and pick up.

The staff are great and care so much about the well-being of the dogs! My dog loves going there!I particularly wanted to shout out the wonderful work of the manager Sarah and another staff member yesterday that I witnessed as I picked my dog up. A community member had noticed two loose dogs in the area. They jumped right in to assist and ensure these dogs’ safety! They go above and beyond!

What a warm reception will you received. It's a great care of our pet. They were flexible when I was meeting time for drop off and pick up. The store is impeccable and they offer so many doggy grooming and other products. The location is tucked away with street parking so easy to transport the dog. Great business. We love it!

This was our first time visiting Central Bark and boy were we disappointed. When we dropped our dog off for his appointment we thought it was only going to be an hour because that’s what it said during the registration process. We were flat out wrong. His appointment ending up taking 4 hours. Nobody that we met with when we dropped our dog off communicated this at any point. We also attempted to call back after an hour elapsed and nobody answered the phone which forced us to drive back to address the issue in-store. We also asked the groomer to cut our dog’s hair a particular way and even showed her a photo of what we wanted done. She did the exact opposite. This was a waste of money and totally disappointing experience.

Dogcare is not cheap but central bark is well worth the piece of mind. Easy to book, dog always meets new friends, staff always remembers the dogs names and greets them so they feel welcome and excited.

I am very upset about the billing. I was encouraged to buy a package, 5 days for $200 being told that the billing was going to change. Then they said that they weren't taking dogs that didn't come at least once a week. I said I didn't want that and would just use up my package. I was taking her on Mondays once in a while. This afternoon, while my dog was there, they called me and told me I didn't have any more play times because twice I didn't show up without canceling. I didn't know I had a reservation because I hadn't gotten a notification in a while. I did cancel in the past when I got the notifications I feel cheated. I paid for two times I will not get. What do they get out of treating a customer like this?

My dog Cece loves going to Central Bark. She runs in there every morning when I drop her off with her tail wagging like crazy. The staff is so friendly and they genuinely care for our furry kids:). I also like that I can add on training lessons or a spa day while she is there. My dog also recently spent a few nights at CB Eastside while I was out of town and I was confident she was in good hands. Thanks for treating my girl like family!

Mixed experience here for grooming. First appt with Regina our golden retriever mix came back with just light trimming/cleanup. Second appt with Heather, our golden mix came back hacked. It was awful. She has naturally long, wispy fur, and when it's trimmed the wispy nature should be maintained, not chopped off to create a blunt edge. Instead, the groomer had gone over her entire body and hacked off all her beautiful wispy fur, creating choppy blunt edges everywhere. It was the WORST trim job I've ever seen. She chopped her up and gave her the same kind of trim you would give a dog that has more stout, thick fur. It will take months for her fur to grow back properly. And her ears were an abomination. It looked like the groomer just chopped it off in a straight line, no blending, etc. It looked like a preschooler got ahold of some scissors and went to town. Seriously disappointing esp considering what we paid for the service. We may go back for bathing/nails, but will avoid grooming/trimming. I would avoid if you have a dog with longer, wispier, finer typer of fur that requires blending because this groomer can only do blunt cuts and that dies NOT work on all types of dog fur.

This location has *THE BEST* staff. Everyone is always happy and ready to help. Violet has been going here since she was a pup and now she is about to turn 4.I feel confidently comforted knowing she is being taken such good care of and having much fun. She has ample amounts of energy so when we both get home and I am ready to relax- so is she. :) These people are knowledgeable and attentive. When I drop Violet off the make her feel so special and when picking her up, they tell me how her day went with such detail, and every dog gets the special treatment.The icing on the cake... their *SHUTTLE, CANINE CAB* service. My schedule is anything but regular. *Everyday* is different. If I have to be on a job before 7am, they come and pick her up, and if I can't make it before the end of the day, they bring her home.A good amount of the time, I won't know until mid- way through the day if I will be able to make it in time to pick her up. With a quick call, they are happy to take her home that evening. They have SAVED me so many times, and are so kind about it. Not once, have I ever experienced a negative response to my (often) shuttle requests.I mean... what a piece of mind!! :)**Last, but far from least, the Shuttle drivers are THE sweetest most trust worthy people. I am completely relaxed about them entering my home. I highly recommend this service.I wouldn't dream about trusting any other day care the way we trust Central Bark Eastside.

Our pup absolutely loves going to Central Bark Eastside. You can just feel how the entire team loves dogs. Super smart about dog training too. My pup gets a private session each enrichment day, and I am learning all kinds of training techniques to compliment and do at home as well. Thanks CB, you all are fantastic!

We have only had Deuce since Valentines Day. I wasn't sure how he would act, but I was told he was very good. He looks great! He also smells better than he did. They brushed a lot of hair off of him. I think they did a great job on him.

We love Central Bark Eastside!!! My dog gets so excited when she knows we are going to daycare - she loves the staff and the other doggies. They take excellent care of her whether it be for daycare, boarding, or grooming. I also love that they post photos on social media so I can check on her during the day!

I never took my last dog to a groomer as she was a very low maintenance breed that could get by with a home wash and brush every so often. I felt a bit worried taking my new puppy to an unfamiliar place and dropping her off with a stranger.Turns out I worried over nothing! Lily did an amazing job making my pup feel safe and helped her get used to the grooming equipment. When I came back to pick her up she didn’t want to leave!Now my puppy is clean and manicured with a positive association with grooming time.

This is a good place. Kodak loves going to them. He has a lot of play pals here. He’s always looking out the windows in the morning for the van to pick him up. He does great with the staff there. The staff are friendly and great with the animals.

My sister in law has been taking her dog her for almost 4 years and referred us. We have been taking our dog for about 1 1/2 years and everything was great UNTIL my husband prescheduled an appt a couple months in advance and forgot. He did not get any reminders and did not even remember missing an appt. When we called to schedule they said we were banned due to 1 missed appt. Hey I get it time is money and it was an honest mistake and we would have been willing to pay a fee if that would have been given as an option but nope just banned from all their locations. The worst part was that not only did they ban us they banned my sister in law because of association and she never missed any appointments REALLY!!!! While people choose to run their business how they see fit for me a fee and a warning but have been sufficient but to ban someone who had nothing to do with it is outrageous. They need to understand life happens and maybe a reminder for the appt would have prevented this but it's OK my money is green anywhere I go. Regarding the Response from the owner when my husband called they said he was banned for missing an appt not for any other reason and was never given an option to set up his own account 🤔

I take my dog Beau here 1-2 times a week. He's a rescue and gets bad anxiety but they take the extra time to make him feel comfortable. I love that they post pictures because I think about him throughout the work day and its nice to see him playing with other dogs! I just wish they had later hours and weekend hours as I work 12 hour shifts and the occasional weekend!

Heather has groomed my dogs for years! She is amazing. She is gentle and patient. My big dog has A LOT of issues including skin and behavioral issues after all of his hospital visits. I dont trust many people to help with him. She is an excellent groomer! I think my little dog might even have a crush on her. Bath time with Heather is great! Thankyou for being a rockstar!!! Your the best!!!

Our rescue puppy Winnie was afraid of all people and dogs before she started going to Doggy daycare at Central Bark. She’s been a member of eastside for about 2 years now and we couldn’t be happier - she gets so excited on Tuesdays and Thursday mornings and sprints out the door to hop in the car to go to “school”. We are so grateful for Central Bark and the amazing care, love and attention they provide Winnie and all dogs. Thank you for doing this incredibly important work ! You guys are the best ❤️.
