Matti is absolutely incredible! Millie and boen have been going to Matti since she was in New Berlin. She treats our dogs so so well, is so attentive to their needs, and leaves them looking perfect every time. We can truly tell how much Matti cares about the dogs, and doesn’t just treat this as a career, but has a true passion what she does.10/10 would recommend!

I have two dogs that I adopted from a rescue after loosing my pure bread German Shepard to cancer at only 8 years old. The staff at Bentleys has been great with helping me select foods with less carcinogens and the nutrition my active dogs need. I love this store and so do Otis and Olivia!

Great customer service, Izzy was very helpful with my questions regarding diet for my dog. Took the time to read calories and ingredients on different products. Convenient location. I recommend Bentleys in Bayview highly.

Matti did a great job grooming my senior dogs, who need a little extra TLC. She was very communicative and timely. I appreciate that they groom dogs one by one to limit their stress. They look great and were well taken care of. Will be back!

Staff is so very helpful and super friendly!A great selection of healthy food for both your cat and dog. Their frequent buyer program is decent also. My cat gives them 2 paws up.12.27.22Still one of my favorite locations!!!They've now added dog grooming, and the lil guy who was getting his haircut seemed calm, happy & enjoying himself & his groomers' attentiveness.You won't find your grocery store variety of pet food here.Everything is very health conscious & or aliment/condition specific.I shop here for the large grain free options for my cat & healthy treats and unique toys.03.18.24Still a favorite for nutritionally dense pet food, vitamins, and pet toys.Staff are excellent, and they know their stuff!

I love this location, every time I come in here the staff is so friendly and understanding. This was my first time at the grooming salon here and Rita did a fantastic job. Scheduling was easy and they fit us in pretty fast. Also bought some pet food - they carry a lot of quality brands. Staff is super friendly and the store is convenient to get to with plenty of street parking for a quick stop. Thank you!

Love the store and selection, but to be told my dog won't be seen and cannot be rescheduled for grooming because I was not even 15 minutes late for her appointment due to traffic and that my dog is now somehow considered a new client that no call no showed (despite the fact that I called to give the heads up that I would be slightly late, only to be greeted by a message that stated they can't answer the phone right now because they are understaffed and with another dog right now, and keep in mind that when I was turned away, I saw no other dog and didn't experience ANY wait time from when the cashier opened the door to inform them that I had arrived).More than happy to get my other pet supplies here but not at all a fan of the lack of customer service/appreciation for the grooming department. To be clear, this is the Milwaukee location on Oklahoma Avenue that I'm referring to.

Former worker review costumers should read. Not forcing anyone to do anything, just being honest what I saw.When it comes to grooming, read David Perez review. This is a legit review because im the cashier he mentioned. She was rude in my opinion in this instance. Plus she wears head phones while grooming. I alway heard a few cry’s working there. How can you hear the discomfort of the animal while grooming if you are listening to music?The 3 ladies working here are not experts on pet health. They are sales people trying to add stuff to your basket. Talk to your vet, they went to school.As a former worker, it was interesting & funny watching these ladies deal with the costumers, especially Kay. They are apart of the woke community & don’t like when people question them on their knowledge. Enjoy yourself with this, make your visit worth it, especially with their prices.These ladies lack costumer service skills. They are more friendly to the dogs then the people. Watch out for the dog Sky. She will growl at you as you enter & leave, “very friendly & great 1st impression of the store.”This place isn’t 5 stars, trust me.

We love Bentley's Pet Stuff in Bay View. The staff is excellent. They consistently help me find the best treats and are very knowledgeable about the different products that the store carries. The store is always well organized and my dog always gets a treat when he stops in. Highly recommended.

Bentleys has kind and knowledgeable staff that can assuage a new kitten mama's fears with string advice and understanding. They recommended the exact treatment we needed and my fears are allayed.
