I have been shopping at Bark N Scratch for several years and all the employees have been so helpful and knowledgeable. I have a small Yorkie mix dog named Mex whom has always received a lot of attention but in the last several months we have become a regular on Tuesdays...wow we are treated like celebrities when we walk in..Mex is known as Smiley..Ana.. JC and Liz are so welcoming and treat us like royalty.. Please patronize this awesome place. Thank you to my favorite employees ever..see you Tuesday 💓

Visited Bark & Scratch for the first time today & wondered why the heck it took me so long! It was so much bigger than I thought - stocked with dozens of amazing products I know I can trust are nutritious & safe for my dog. It was also clean, well organized & stocked.My purpose of visiting was to find a new food for my dog. With all the great options, I felt overwhelmed. Staff took the time to hear out my dog’s lifestyle & walked me through options that could fit. They were patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. They made my dog and I feel like family.I highly recommend supporting this business & mission ☺️

Loved Bark & Scratch. They carry many dobg foods, toys and accessories for cats too (scratch, lol). Very helpful service. Prices are kinda high, but pets are worth it. They have CBD chews and oil, with samples to offer. I found everything I was looking for. Could spend and afternoon just looking ar things. I'll be going back again. It's a great location on 59th and Bluemound. It's right in my neighborhood. :)

The BEST place to get your fur babies quality items, this store is always stocked (it’s a big store and not cramped at all), employees are super helpful/kind and the prices are good. I always ignored this place because I foolishly assumed it was expensive. But I became desperate for a high quality puppy food. After scouring the internet this place popped up. I read the reviews and customers were saying it wasn't crazy expensive. I decided to give it a try. Zero regrets. I received top knotch customer service. Ana helped me pick out a food that works well for my puppy. Bark n scratch is by no means cheap. But I believe they do well pricewise while delivering a good product.

We do not live in Milwaukee anymore, but we used to live nearby and now always make a point to stop at Bark N Scratch when we are in the area. Their staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgable about pet nutrition. Bark N Scratch has a wide variety of pet food brands and food types (frozen raw, freeze dried, kibble, toppers, etc.). One of the things we love most about Bark N Scratch is how welcoming it feels and how affordable their prices are for such high quality foods. They have premium products, but they don't feel like a boutique store where only certain customers fit in. It is always enjoyable to shop at Bark N Scratch - we highly recommend them!

Went with my daughter who just got herself a cat. They helped her get all the supplies she needed. Answered all her questions she had very friendly staff. Love that you can bring your pet in as long as they are on a leash

I love love love Bark n Scratch Outpost. Their delivery service has been a lifesaver, and I recently visited the store for the first time and was so impressed by the range of dog food, treats, accessories, and toys. And the people who work here are so helpful and friendly that the range of products doesn’t feel overwhelming - there’s always someone who will answer questions and they even helped me carry items out to my car. And it’s clear they love pets! Just to emphasize how great the staff are: last winter my mother happened to have a Bark n Scratch delivery arrive while she was struggling to start her snowblower. The Bark n Scratch employee delivered her large case dog food inside the front door so she wouldn’t have to life it and then helped her get the snowblower started. Truly above and beyond!

This is so much more than your average pet store. Several times, I have been impressed with the staff:* helping me get my sheepadoodles on the right diet* helping educate me about cbd for dog anxietyAll other pet stores either have non-educated staff or are too timid to "suggest" something that may not work.The staff at Bark N Scratch helped educate me on what to do, what to look for, and how to move forward, trusting the outcome. I will not go anywhere else for my pet supplies!
