Look at my baby her face though like you are stronger than the dog you could have somehow zipped right through her face but you're telling me you couldn't...... I bought her home and I used my dog trimmers with just myself and I was able to trim the rest with a little tug of war, but I think you could have tried a little harder to hold her down because I did and I got what you couldn't do. I won't be coming back there. And it was just me by myself I believe there were two or three people there at your house and secondly there's no light around the house and they make you wait outside for at least 5 to 10 minutes, so no I won't be going back

These groomers helped my friend when she adopted badly matted pooch. They took this emergency case when nobody else would help her. It took two days to groom the poor baby but she came out amazingly beautiful. We are so grateful to these professionals for their kindness, compassion, expediency, patience, and professionalism. Thank you for helping my dear friend and turning her beast into a beauty! You guys are amazing!Thank you!

Where do I begin?? I'll try & make a Long Terrible, & Heartbreaking Situation short.On Sept 6th, 2022, our Family Dog CoCo (a Shi Tzu,) was Groomed at Affordable Grooming. She's gone there on a Reg basis, every 3 months. I try & keep track, so, she stays on Schedule.She had been there just about all day. When my Daughter brought Coco home, around 7:10 pm, I thought Coco was fine. Until, my youngest Daughter began playing with her, and she NOTICED these marks on Coco's leg's. Not 1, Not 2, Not 3, NOT EVEN 4!! I looked Coco OVER (I'll tell you the Actual # in a bit.) And I WAS SHOCKED!!! BRUISES, BLADE MARKS & Some BLOOD, on Coco's underbody.I Immediately cald, and spoke with the Office Mngr., Ms. L. It was around 7:25-7:30pm, that eve n. I told her about ALL THESE MARKS, BLADE MARKS, From GROOMING CLIPPERS (I thought.) I told her, it Looks as if someone PURPOSELY PUT THE CLIPPERS AGAINST COCO, and Just Marked her up PURPOSELY!! BZzzz, BZzzz,BZZZzz!!!Coco, is Cream color & Tan, therefore you See ALL the BRUISES/MARKS Clearly. I even asked Ms. L...May I bring her in at this Time, and you can ACTUALLY See what I'm talking about???Ms. L., told me, "No, she has to go & pick up her Children."I then, asked...May I bring Coco in, in the morning (Sept 7th, 2022) the next day?Ms. L., again, told me, "No, I'm Teaching a Class in the morning, but, you can bring her in that afternoon, at 4pm."I told her, I couldn't at that time. I said to Ms. L., If you're Teaching a Class in the morning, how about You allow me to bring in Coco, and you can Tell them...WHAT NOT TO DO, While Grooming. Well, Still "No."I told her, as I was putting Vaseline on CoCo, she was FLENCHING due to the PAIN that was Inflicted on her. I also said, this is ABUSE, NEGLECT, And TORTURE to an ANIMAL. I was Really trying to keep my Cool.Ms. L., said, "Coco was Moving a Lot, so, that could have been Why she got Marked up."I told her, Well Then Protocol should have been to STOP!! Call my Daughter to come & Pic Coco up, if it's a Situation like that.Then, she said it could have been a "NEW GROOMER." Just Excuses.I took 10 PICTURES (Posted 6 here,) And COUNTED...A WHOPPING 33 MARKS on Coco's underbody. I sent Ms. L., ALL of the pictures at 7:41pm, on Sept 6th.On Sept 7th, in the late afternoon I cald 2 Times. I spoke with a Gentleman and mentioned my talk from last evening and asked if she was Available? He said, 'No" there in a Meeting at this time.He & I were going back & forth. He told me, 'I was being COMBATIVE.'I told him, that wasn't a good thing to tell me, with the Situation at hand. COCO, is Like a CHILD! A HELPLESS 1.5 Yr OLD CHILD!!He & I hung up.At 7pm, that nite, Ms. L., Finnally cald me back.She said she looked Ovr the Pictures, but, some were Grainy. I told her I wear Glasses, with Bifocals and the Pics are Not Grainy. She, said the OWNER IS ARRIVING From OUT OF TOWN TONIGHT, and she will be Emailing her, when We get Off of the Phone. She, mentioned the Owner Only Emails. And I told her...I Don't Email, I'd Like a phone call.She said, that won't be a problem.I gave Ms. L., BOTH of my #'s HOME & CELL. I asked...When should I expect to Hear from the OWNER??Ms. L., Said by Friday, 12 pm.I said, ok. Il be Listening out....FRIDAY, SEPT 9th, 2022 has Come & Gone. I Haven't Heard Anything from Anyone.So, I'll leave you all with this...Pay Very Close attention to your Precious Dog and take HEED!! 😥😥😥.

Not satisfied. My dog got aggressive, very unusual. She bit the groomer. I have to wonder how she was treated because this has never happened. I know there was excessive matting and was willing to pay extra. Chloe has two or more cuts on her and not a very consistent hair length. The price was much higher, even comparing the basic grooming. When I complained she said she reported me for neglect. Her invoice has no company information, who did the service and the totals do not even add up! I will not return.

Staff was really nice. My baby seemed very comfortable when I picked him up and looked great. I have never took him to a groomer before so I don't know prices however he got a full spa like service nail, cut, teeth, ears, shampoo and some nice smelling stuff for $80. I was comfortable with that price. It took about 2.5 hour however I was a walk in so I knew there may have been a wait. I work late hours and they were able to still get me in after 6pm. I would take Princeton back again. Thank you ladies

Not very fond of this place but the young lady who serviced our pup did the best she could with what she had. Owners/Management should be ashamed of the condition of the inside of the establishment. I had to hold my breath each time I entered the door. Not too much more I want to say!!

I have 2 pit bulls Luna 2 years and Jake 3 months. I have been going to affordable grooming since Luna had been a year and they never seem to disappoint. They have trained Luna to be a very calm dog, and they are currently working with Jake as well and for him to be 3 months he moves on command perfectly. I would never stop going here the prices are amazing and the service you receive is very warming.

Terrible…never again. Worse then when I took him. Nails weren’t cut,hair don’t look like it was cut at all. Have to pay to take him to real professional.

I was NOT happy with my services at all. I took my dogs in for a bath and a trim. I specifically said what parts needed to be trimmed. After waiting for over 5 hours to get my dogs back... I believe they only received a bath because their hair was still long. The areas I specifically pointed out where not touched. I also don't like that you have to pay for your services before you get your dog back. You should allow your customers to look over their pets before collecting payment. This was our first visit and will not be returning

I was very disappointed when I went to pick up Braxton….he looked the same as he did when I took him in 😳 u can’t not tell me he received a cut and blow out… plus he was still damp when I picked him up…. For 125.00 it should have been a better outcome…. I will not be coming back!!!!!

Took my 2 pups and cat to get groomed. Exceptional customer service and very pleased with the outcome of my babies grooms , also returned 2 days later for daycare and training for my dogs!! Love this place! GREAT JOB! You all have a Forever customer and friend !

My sister took her dog here for the first time. During the grooming they cut her dog and sent it home without saying anything. Ends up having to go to the vent for stitches. Affordable grooming turns out cant afford to cover vet expenses, and refuses to give her money back. They told her the dog must have been to squirmy. Might want to just drive on by this place my friends.

I need the Real owner or Manager of this place to come to this review ASAP if I had a zero to give I would. I'll just say they had my 6 pound Shorkie from 12:30 to 6pm and the so called Manager gave me attitude. Just don't take your pet there. price is over $85 for what not worth it

This is the second time I took my baby the first time was okay so I took her back. It took all day when I got her home I Found cuts on both ears ,legs and stomach. She has not been the same. They did not charge me because it took so long. But I think it was they knew they did a bad job. Won’t be going back.

You should never have the name affordableAttached to your business At all.I went in there to get my dog groomed And for 65 She wasn't even going to get a haircut That's crazy.And because I was already there and had waited for this appt I agreed to pay the 85dollars but probably won't be back. He refused services. You can't help black owned businesses!!!!!

Called same day And got in 2 hours later ! My pup was a mess when I dropped her off but when I picked her up she smelled so good And she looked amazing ! And they gave her a cute little pink bow lol! I will be returning soon!

If I could, I would put a zero....and this is why...started out as a cut that they never reported, then it got infected, had to get stitches that cost $400, plus I paid $65 for the grooming. My dog is in pain and suffering because I chose to give them a try! They are only refunding me the $65 and offering 2 baths, why would I want to return after this, they will never see my dog again! Go to them at your own risk.

Went on a last minute trip with a short notice they were able to get my 3 dogs in for the daycare for the weekend , when I got back my babies where so happy & cleaned up I really appreciate the them getting my babies in on such a short notice for an affordable price ! Highly recommend

This shop is one of the best grooming services I have ever when to I was told about this place nd I took my dog princess nd they did a great on her she got her ears dyed nd they did great I also got the 85 dollar deal nd the man in front added extra stuff to my package I highly recommend this place they did amaysing
