Merton is nice to begin with and then throw in Merton Feed Co! My small flock chickens (4) love the feed and all the other goodies I picked up. From live chicks to chicken feed, horse, cow, and can even pick up treats for my dog and cat. Prices are very visible and can see there is lots of knowledge here as well as having lots of help to load up the goodies. The store area is fairly small, but packed with tons of stuff and feels like an old mill store which gave me the sense of safety and honest people.

Multi-generational family owned feed store with wonderful people and a friendly atmosphere. We have gotten some great silky chicks from them and well as feed and such. Visiting is an authentic small town Wisconsin experience. My family loves to go here!Update:We have gotten multiple breeds of chickens and ducks from Merton Feed and they have all been great birds.We also get our feed here.They are a pleasure to do business with and I would recommend them to anyone.We have purchased in excess of 20 chickens and 5 ducks from here and have never been disappointed.In fact the last 10 chickens were all selected for us and we took home a wonderful array of different hens.If you are considering owning ducks they are extremely knowledgeable with great birds.

Stopped in to check out this historic feed mill. It was like stepping back in time. We were greeted by the owners son, who gave us a great history lesson on the feed mill. They sell all kinds of different bird seed and chicken feed and have been doing this for about 150 years. Pretty amazing place. Keep up the great work.

We get all of our feed, poultry and other products from Merton Feed, but what really impresses me is how they go above and beyond! We are new to raising goats and recently had a sick one. The owners took time on a very busy Saturday to give me great advice and peace of mind - priceless! We will support this family owned business for life!! Thank you!!

I love this little feed store. Has a great selection of dog supplies, including treats and stuffies! Looking to feed the birds or ducks or geese? Have a pet rabbit? Got chickens?this store has EVERYTHING you need to feed and care for your animals, whether they be pets, livestock or wildlife. Need animal advice? Stop in. Owners are great and can help! Dreaming of buying baby chick's? They got'em! Need to purchase something but can't make it during business hours? No problem! They'll leave it on the dock for you with your name on your item(s) to pick up after hours. Everything is reasonably priced. Family owned business. I've been going there for years! And psst: they now carry locally made soaps!

Merton's had our chickens ready on the day they stated. They were able to take small orders for families like us that live in a city. We've only had the chicks for two days but they seem very healthy and we are quite in love with them.

The genuine old-time feed mill experience. Friendly, helpful people with tons of products for the size of the business. At the time, weather was not on our side and our feed bag was brought to my vehicle. They get 10’s on everything. The only downside is layout of their facility is a bit cumbersome. But that is easily overlooked by their customer service. Keep up the good work

My friend Juan owns this place and its so awesome. From the kids to the barn it self I'm proud to say that I'm taking this place over as CEO. I plan to build a roller coaster inside the barn. I also plan to have live slaughtering. I also plan to no longer sell feed.- Sincerely Michael bibby

I really like this place. I have pet chickens and this place has everything I need for them. I also have rabbits and they have a lot of things I need for them as well. The big one is the fresh box of hay they have available. I will definitely be back. Last but not least, if I need baby chicks, which I most likely will, they have plenty and different breeds as well. Basically if you have a farm or have any animals, this is the place for you!

Best place ever to get your feeds! Greg and his family are wonderful, one the last true feed mills around. Custom blends for your wild birds all the way to your lamas and livestock. Not to mention the amazing selection of baby chickens,turkeys, quail and water fowl in the springtime. The staff is very knowledgeable also. Hope they are around for a long long time.

I was at the Feed Mill about two weeks ago. We stop there on a regular basis. They have everything from cat food dog food and everything you need for your horses. They even have a baby chicks to raise. It’s a long time family business very very nice people.
