Love the new upgrades to Merrill Walmart! The clothing section is improved tremendously the whole store has a better , more organized and bigger feel to it! The display case on the right as you enter the store looks modern and gives the shopper a better way to see the huge variety available! Love it!

With the remodeling it give me anxiety shopping there. Not being able to fine anything, employees blocking aisles with their carts, however its the one of the few options in town so we don't have much choice plus my pharmacy is there

I go to Walmart at least twice a week. It has very good grocery prices compared to County Market in Merrill. I hate the new remodel. I can't find anything now. Plus, there are so many pickers in the store that it's hard to move through the aisles sometimes. I will still go there, but for people who hate Walmart, you will really hate it now.

It's great to find a Walmart store that one prefers over another, especially if it has a better parking lot! The convenience of the parking lot can make a big difference when it comes to shopping at Walmart. A better parking lot may mean more parking spots and easier to navigate. It's also good to know that this particular store has a better selection of products.It's always good to have a preference for certain stores, especially when they have better parking lots or selections of products. It can make for a more enjoyable shopping experience overall.

Bad experience today with checkout. My credit card would not read and after a few failed attempts the cashier didn't know how to manually enter my cars and I had to have my girlfriend pay for me today.

Nice local medium sized Walmart.Has on site Pharmacy with drive up. Has Deli and Bakery as well as groceries.Only negative of this location is the front end managers seem to ignore the number of people in line at the checkout, yet there always seems to be at least 6 people standing watching the front end and not offering to run a checkout.It would be a great improvement if the manager would have their staff get ear buds for their radios or at least turn the damm things down. Customers don't need to hear your complaints and job duties broadcast over the radios from 3 aisles away.

This is the 3rd watermelon in 6 months we have bought and terrible flavor and this last one has big brownish yellow spots in it!!! Threw the last 2 away this time I am returning it to Walmart!!! Grapes are also terrible at Walmart and we quit buying them because of horrible flavor!!

Very nice Walmart! Nicest bathroom I've ever seen at Walmart. LolJust wish they would get the halal meats like other Walmarts have. It's all my husband will eat and we're just moving here.

So I went to Walmart to buy a new straight talk compatible with Verison SIM card since the phone service I go through switched brands, I had asked the man at the electronic service center to help me find the straight talk compatible with Verison SIM card. Long story short he gave me a Verison SIM card (not the one I needed) and I spent $60 on it. He had also told me if it didn’t work I could come back and return it for the one I needed. It didn’t work so a hour later I had came back to return it and get the one I needed with the receipt and everything it had came with, I got there and not only can I not return it but I can’t switch it out for the one I need. So what a waste of $60 and time.

When you walk into Walmart and you have a chance to talk to the manager you would like them to be dressed like a manager and act like a manager. They probably get paid good money to represent. You're a little drawn back when they dress like they're going out hunting in the woods camouflage gear and all.

This Walmart sucks my parents tried to buy achole and like I think beer and they said we have to show ids but then they said everyone had to show there ids and they were also so rude one of ‘‘em said oh sorry you can’t buy it then she was so rude

The produce department looked clean but little produce. Common everywhere.Employees didn't make any eye contact or even acknowledge us.No one smiles at this place.The floor plan has changed, but the customer service still lacks.Only employees to thank for a pleasant shopping experience are the parking lot boys.

Please remind staff AND MANAGEMENT that customers have ears! I don’t want to hear the three girls in HBA complaining about scheduling, the cashier they hate for being a “hoe”,and how they hate their management only to get to the other side of the store and walk past a gaggle of lead/management staff complaining about specific staff getting too many hours and being lazy. The negativity from all was atrocious to hear. I get it. It’s Walmart. But dang, the hostility here is absurd!

Its Wal-Mart...parking lot is full of pot holes and crumbling. The store is OK for cleanliness, and the main aisles are too crowded with items and displays. This makes even a mildly busy aisle almost impossible to shop or navigate. Prices are reasonable(ish), and most associates are friendly or working.

I really don't go into the store that much. I love that you can have someone bring your items to the car. I don't over spend my budget. The workers that come out are pleasant and have a smile. They tell you about your substitutions or check your id to make sure you can get certain products.

Called to see if a xbox was for sure in stock before I made the 30 minute drive to get it. Website said in stock. Was on hold 5 minutes before someone from electronics picked up. Told them what I was looking for and the woman said she would go look. She came back 30 seconds later and said they don't have it. I then proceeded to order it online just to see what happens. Less than 20 minutes later I get an email saying my order is ready to be picked up. I made the the 30 minute drive and they had it ready for me. Clearly the woman in electronics didn't look for me.

We were given the completely wrong order. We took it back and they still didn't get our order right. They didn't have two boxes of Chez it's, no chuck roast,no Stouffer's lasagna,no Salisbury steak. ALL total they screwed us out of fourty dollars worth of food and have done nothing to correct this!! I will never use pick up again!!! Don't give this store your pickup business! They'll screw you!!!

Edit: I suppose big town attitudes have come to this Walmart. Employees have gotten fairly rude (not the cashiers- cashiers are always super friendly!)I have been almost hit and blown past by the personal shoppers and multiple times have tried to reach something on a top shelf and employees just walk by and pretend not to notice. Very unhelpful and rude people out on the floor. Have also been followed by the cart wranglers all the way to my car (I park fairly far out) and some of them are very impatient to get the baskets back. I really prefer to not be followed to my car.*end edit*Was impressed that the manager reached out to me to help me with my complaint on a survey- she was very polite and thoroughly explained how to solve the issue I had been having. Thanks!Employees at this Walmart have always been very polite. Watch what time you go, because as I’ve experienced in ANY Walmart, it doesn’t matter what time of day it is, or how busy it is, there are usually only 2 full service lanes open… which has always baffled me. Why have 20+ lanes for cashiers when Walmart really only ever maybe has 3 or 4 open at one time at most… and only during the holidays?
