Getting a prescription filled may not always be what you expect but they are really doing their best to make any customer happy. The prescription I needed was way out of my expenses so I transferred it to a different pharmacy to be more affordable for me. But Lindsey still followed up with me to make sure I was able to get everything taken care of and still answered other questions about a non prescription item and broke down the math to make sure it was ok to give to my child but of course also reassured me to check with their doctor too if needed. So thank you all at Walmart pharmacy you always keep a smile on my face!

I was told by a staff member there would be no issues filling the prescription that day when I called around lunch. When I showed up after 5pm the staff member told me it was being filled and 20 minute wait. I started shopping, then received a text telling me they were out of stock and it would be 1 to 2 days to order it. Why did I not receive a call earlier in the day so I could call my clinic and have the prescription sent to another pharmacy? This was a delay in care. Do not recommend.

There is some good pharmacists but one that if I could I would give negative stars for. She cannot properly do any math apparently and refused to fill a correct script causing me severe problems over a holiday - she harassed the ER / and me several times - and LIED straight up a few more - this is the WORST PLACE IVE EVER HAD TO GET MEDS - and I won’t be doing so anymore #changing - this one pharmacist has NO EXPERIENCE with meds (clearly) and caused massive issues with my medications more then one time. She needs to be removed from her position completely and trained - she’s not a doctor but acts like one to the point she is ridiculously trying to interfere with my medications - and why? Cuz she doesn’t know about them - I’m sure antibiotics are fine to get here - but anything more - y’all just go to anywhere else - I’m not a fan of Walgreens but suggest going there instead - or drive to Wausau or Rhinelander or tomahawk - or just have your medications messed up and be off and on them constantly / oh let’s not even mention the overcharging and overpriced medication --Y’all need to do better - be better - someone needs to step in and train these people

No offense to the staff, they are short staffed, under paid, and over worked. Ever since the pandemic started they were nice. Now they are rude, short with customers and if you complain in any way they blame you and say you don't want to work and help them out. NOT everyone CAN WORK. I'm disabled and can't work, but I was told by the pharmacist that I'm part of the problem, because I don't want to work. That was very rude of him and he was not thinking about anyone's feelings but his own, because he was aggravated and it seemed as if he didn't want to be at work himself. They can be a little nicer to customers.

Idk why people complain about walmarts pharmacy. I switched from walgreens and this experience is 10/10. Friendly staff, help beyond expectations, and theyre never closed when you need them the most. (Like walgreens)

Called to ask a question about transferring scripts to them. All I have to say is.. if you cannot speak to potential customers with respect then you shouldn't be answering the phones.

This is by far the slowest pharmacy ever, they have 5 people behind the counter, and no one will help you, they make you wait......time to use a different pharmacy, I never have a good experience here.
