They seem to have everything you can not find anywhere else. Although some of the basic things you would think would be.There are not,but you can't cover everything.Customer service is usually a pleasure. only been a few times that it has not been a nice experience.There is a large parking lot with handicapped accessory into the building. This is on a first floor solo business.I still use the photo department although they like to self crop even though you state no crop needed.It is Nice to get a lot of your shopping done at 1 store That is not a walmart.

Jenna, who rang me out, had a difficult customer ahead of me. He was being unreasonable and rude. Her tone of voice never shifted to anything other than pleasant and calm, even as he was giving her such a hard time. I worked in retail for many years and Jenna needs to be commended for an amazing job refusing to let this customer bring her down.

Checked online they claimed Johnson and johnson vaccine in stock. Stopped in they told me they don't carry that one. While I was there got to listen to one pharmacist discipline another for giving the wrong prescription to someone. Then it all made sense why they claimed to have a vaccine and yet didn't carry it.

Just no for prescriptions. It's ridiculous and takes forever. Go to your clinic if you have a primary care doctor and use their pharmacy. I switched to the pharmacy at Marshfield clinic (Merrill) SO MUCH BETTER! Employees are always rude.

I had a question about a sale item that rang up differently on the register. The young lady with dark hair and glasses rolled her eyes and said, “I don’t know who stocked it that way or why the price is marked like that.” I’m sorry my question was such an inconvenience.

Walgreens has been going downhill fast. Limited hours, never enough staff to fill pharmacy and to top it of me and my little brother are type one diabetics who need insulin to live ( not to be confused with type two) they never have it in stock every single month it’s delayed and so my brother in particular is sometime cutting meals to make sure he has enough insulin this is unexpectable why do they think this is a this is a good standard of care. We know for a fact we are not the only diabetics in this town the pharmacy shouldn’t be always out it’s behind insane

My mom was treated awful! She was so upset. She wasn't given her register rewards. The manager and cashier wouldn't give them to her and then proceeded to ask her what she does with what she buys. Seriously! If you ever have issues call corporate because they were not happy hearing what happened.

Ordered photo prints from the Merrill Walgreens and was very disappointed with the results. The color quality is very poor. Very dull. Pictures are very grainy. Some pictures were cropped during development losing parts of original. Won't waste anymore money there doing that agsin.

Walgreens tend not to excel at much. For this location prepare to set your expectations lower. Staff are often hard to find and unhelpful/unfriendly when you do. Prices are ok if you stick to shopping their weekly ad items. A sign on the door indicates that their Pharmacy is now open on Sunday (which is a good thing for a "drug store" to do). Film developing is painfully slow. Ok selection and good store hours at least so, there's that.

Several Merrill WI Walgreens employees went far beyond their call of duty. My wife and I were unable to schedule a COVID test using the Walgreens website, however with a phone call to the store Amanda handled the situation and got us scheduled. Upon reaching the store, Josey and Sabrina were most helpful and accommodating. Excellent employees!!

Over the years good service experiences helpful respectful on floor. Pharmacy is very busy and try their best and doe a great job with all the new people coming through. It is hard being short handed

I understand short staffing but they're rude. Then I forgot my card and the cashier acted like I walked back in after trying to find my stuff like I walked in like I was some disease. I was going to go back and get my items but I'm just going to wait and do it in Wausau.

Ive been back and forth for the past 2 weeks waiting for 1 prescription for my mentally ill sister. They call us to say its ready. Once i get there they say its not ready.... why do you call us and say its ready then??? Terrible service. Pick a different pharmacy.

Made me stand in line at the drive thru to get my prescriptions or else I could not get them till Monday and the appointment I made for my flu shot unable to get that also real good making appointments do for ya. Plus standing in the drive thru real safety issue

I know help is hard to find and keep but this place is a complete disaster for a pharmacy. Don’t go here if you want your scripts filled correctly or with out a bunch of attitude.

I’m leaving to go on a family trip and we went to Walgreens today to pick up my medication that we got a notification about ten minutes before picking it up and guess what THEY ARE CLOSED. So thanks to Walgreens I won’t have insulin for my vacation

This store has disappointed me too many times today again there was no pharmacist on duty and that’s the third time I drive 25 miles to get there and if there’s no pharmacist on duty there should be announcements on automatic answering machine instead of driving all that way for nothing!!!!and I went to Walmart to buy things I would have purchased at Walgreens so I have transferred all prescriptions and won’t darken your door again
