Have taken my dogs to Pet-i-Cure, for both grooming & boarding, for over 30 years & have been so grateful to be able to do so! They always look great after grooming, & although the newer dog is still nervous when I drop them off, they both are happy-go-lucky & content when I pick them up after boarding. I feel like they are treated as part of the family when they are there!

We have had our dogs groomed & boarded at Peticure for 25+ years & continue to this day. They do exceptionally beautiful and artistic work. There’s just no comparison to that of other grooming services. They have always been sensitive to our pets’ needs and any special requests made by us. They are very thorough and if they notice anything about your pet that may need attention, they alert you to it.They are very knowledgeable about pet health and pet care. In addition to their own beautiful dogs, they have rescued and fostered many pets in need throughout the years without any compensation - just love! Recommend highly!

March 19 at 12:06 PMPet-I-Cure Grooming Salon is not the place to take your dogs for a week of boarding. As my dad dropped the boys off Monday evening for their week stay, he said he’s never seen them so scared in his life, they were shaking, and did not want to enter the building. I thought was was a red flag because I have worked very hard to socialize my puppies so they would not be afraid of everything as my little frosty was. They walk into other grooming salons, vets, and houses, proud and happy to see people...why was this place a concern to them...? well they definitely sensed something. All in all at the vet visit they found Cocoa has an ear infection, bloody diarrhea, which the ear was most likely prior to going to the kennel. But still they never noticed anything themselves to inform us?Olaf has possible skin lesions or urine scalding from sitting in his urine for 3 days, but was hard to see because his thick fur, (I did find a sore later last night on his front leg) he has a bladder infection with a mix of white, red blood cells, bacteria, and debris. Most likely from not enough water and not being let outside. The vet said in all his years of working he’s never seen anything like what he saw with our boys..he didn’t even know what to say to me... I was a wreck. I never thought this would happen to us, it broke my heart that my boys were neglected and mistreated. The girl that groomed them at animal house was a complete angel. The dogs were so calm the whole time I was even able to walk back and see for myself Olaf was in the bathtub chill as ever, she did say when she rinsed him the water was just straight yellow... cocoa jumped up on the half door wagging his tail giving me and his brother kisses. I felt at ease that they were taken care of and happy now. I went to pick them up and they said they were sooo good and had no issues at all. They even took a little break and had them in the kennels and when they came back they were both just sleeping. We are back home, in this panic of a pandemic, with two weeks of antibiotics for both dogs. All I can say is these next few weeks will be lots of time spent with my boys reminding them they are loved and we will NEVER put them through anything that horrifying again.I contacted the Lincoln county police department, and submitting a complaint to the better business bureau. Don’t mess with me and my boys, I will not take animal abuse lightly. Please like/share this post so NO one has to go through this. DO NOT GO TO Pet-I-Cure Grooming Salon in MerrillSide note: I was also informed a dog was killed there as well due to strangulation on the grooming table.

Heard the two ladies arguing as soon as I walked in. Thee dogs in the kennels were scared.. the one lady was nice cutting nails but the other lady walked around like she hated her job and had a negative attitude towards everyone. Not a friendly safe feeling there at all. I would not feel comfortable leaving my dog there alone with those woman..

My dog was terrified every time I took her there. She would come home from there with scratches and marks. Her brother fell off the table. The lady who checks them in is rude and unprofessional. Annie B’s dog grooming is great! NEVER TAKE THEM TO PETICure

Very unwelcoming/unfriendly staff. VERY PREJUDICE AGAINST PITBULLS/BULLY BREED. I took my dog to get her nails cut and I told them up front that she hates it and will need a muzzel, as they were cutting her nails (my dog was flailing and trying to escape) the lady cutting her nails said "that's what you get with pitbulls, just as aggressive as can be". Was she as aggressive as could be when we came in and my dog was dishing out kisses? Highly wouldnt recommend.

Called to get my puppy the full treatment. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I have never left a review before, but this woman was so short with me I felt like I had to. I will now take my puppy and lifetime of baths, cuts, and pampering elsewhere. Her loss of $.

We have taken our dog Rascal for grooming for several years. They have always been very good and Rascal likes going to Pet-I-cure for grooming and boarding as needed. Pet-I-cure is our choice for Rascal.

The things I’m hearing about this place are beyond disappointing and disturbing. If you don’t genuinely like taking care of animals, I’m not sure why you would waste your time or money making a facility to help and take care of animals.

Terrible, neglectful and abusive to my family dogs. They needed to seek medical attention after boarding here.
