On Thursday night we noticed urinary problems with our cat. We called for an appointment. Being it was Friday they didnt have any available appointments, however they allowed us to drop her off and they would squeeze her in. Which we were super appreciative of, we got the call to pick her up, in the car I could already smell urine. We got home to discover at some point during the day the cat urninated in her kennel, thus covering the back half of her body in the urine. Talk about caring for animals.

Dr. Cassey and her team are absolutely amazing. We have two small “senior” dogs each with their own health conditions. The staff are always accommodating and treat our babies as if they were their own. Dr. Cassey is wonderful. She is thorough and I have never felt rushed in her office. Over the years we have seen many vets from Montana to Wisconsin and I would say she is by far one of my favorite vets over the last 11 years. This review does not do justice for the the service they provide but hope this makes a difference to those looking for a care team in the area. Thank you Merrill Vet for your endless dedication to our fur babies. We appreciate you more than you probably know!

Would give negative stars if I could. Just had the most terrible experience with the most rude individual I have ever spoke with. I have been taking my animals to the clinic for as long as I can remember and until now have been treated with nothing but kindness. Today I called because my dog has had a huge decline in his health and needs to be put down. Before I could even finishing asking my question, she very rudely cut me off and said we are short staffed today so you’ll have to go to the emergency vet. I was in the middle of making one of the hardest phone calls of my life and this person had no compassion. I know it’s hard to find good help but the staff at Merrill Veterinary Clinic is terrible and heartless. Never been more disappointed. Breaks my heart but I will be looking for a new vet.

This is a great clinic. They are very friendly, caring, and low cost compared to other vets in the area. Even though we live the next town over we make the trip to this clinic because of the quality of service and low cost.

I had set up an appointment for my dog to get neutered. Took him in the day they had wrote down on the paper and they said I was there on the wrong day! They were very rude, didn’t apologize for the mess up. I drove 35 minutes and was told sorry accidents happen. Never going back

Great service. Everyone is very friendly with the both people and animals. Not rushed so the animals have time to calm down if they need and doctor is great at explaining things. The only vet for all my pets now.

Despite wearing a mask, was not allowed to stay with dog. Requested an initial checkup and nails clipped but only got the clipping. Would not turn a child over to total strangers and did not like doing it to my newly adopted pooch. Staff was nice, its a good place to bring your pet but would be nice to be with them to discuss questions and concerns with the vet. Darn pandemic!

Dr. Randy and his staff are fantastic with our two very energetic black labs. They have enough energy to drive anyone crazy! Any time I call with questions, the staff is always helpful. Never had a bad experience!

They were supposed to trim my cat under his belly and his bottom. I got him back he was shaved everywhere accept his head. They then called me a liar and said I agreed to that cut. I would NEVER! This is not the only incident with them but it is the last. Do not recommend.

Was recommended to me by Dr.Dennis of willow springs. Rushed my dog here. She had a crazy cancer of the blood cells that caused her to bleed internally. They got her through the bleed and didn't hesitate to get to it. I was thankful for more time to say goodbye.

I was having a hard time finding a vet available. A lot were booked out for a month or so longer . I called this clinic they got me in right away . Not only for one cat but two . Very nice and polite and also not as expensive. I plan on taking all my animals to this clinic. Thanks again Merril veterinarian clinic..

Called and told them that my dog with congestive heart failure was having adverse reactions to med prescribed by another vet. Wanted to know if there was another med would work without making her sicker. Was told that they would have to see her first, and couldn't tell me if there was an alternative drug at all. Money, Money, Money. No Help At All.

I was happy with the Doctor as he called me once to let me know the results of my 2 Mini Dobermans. They have a had 2 apts, and I never received a follow up call in regards to my 2 dogs, They are 7 mths old, and have not been back at the vet for at least 3mths. I even explained and asked when i intially made the apt what i need to do because i didnt know, what my dogs all jeed, what apts, etc. Merrill Veterinary Clinic showed me a bad experience as far as customer service, follow through, contact, further information, information period on the dogs. Not happy with this Veterinary staff at all.
