Our dog trainer introduced us to Leerburg about 10 years ago. We decided to purchase a collar and leash made with the Amish leather. Ten years later, the leather is still as soft, pliable and attractive as the day we bought it.We recently needed to buy a collar and leash for a smaller dog. I ordered then in Amish leather and kept my fingers crossed that the quality of work and materials had not changed.The excellent workmanship has not changed. The leash feels rich and pliable in your hand and I can attest that they are extremely durable.The folks in Customer Service are knowledgeable and happy to help you select the best equipment for your specific needs.

They got just about anything you'd need for a dog. We've enjoyed dock diving competitions there and have purchased several products from the proshop.

At my daughter's recommendation we got a collar and leash from Leerburg. Great quality, if a bit pricey. We are pleased with them. I then ordered a "closeout" training jacket. I ordered even though it's larger than what I typically wear, as I intended to wear it over other clothes, especially in cool weather. The jacket arrived and I tried it on. I can't even zip it. It's so small that it has to be mislabeled or somehow defective. I went to return online to return it but the "return" button wasn't available for this order. A day later, Leerburg customer service replied that since it was a "closeout" it is not returnable. They could care less that I was sold something that was misrepresented by them and is now useless to me. No apology, no help, just "tuff luck"- you should have seen a notation somewhere when ordering that is was not returnable. So, as far as I am concerned, Leerburg ripped me off for $70; misrepresented the size of the item and then basically said it's my problem. I am done buying from Leerburg and you should carefully consider buying from them too. If you have a problem, don't expect help. Once they have your money, that seems to be all they care about. Really poor customer care...

I can't say enough great things about Leerburg. I'm surprised to read less than stellar reviews about customer service because they have knocked it out of the park for the last five years that I've done business with them! I've even ordered clothing that hasn't fit me right (my body, not their product) and they took it back no questions asked and gave me a refund. Additionally, the products are amazing, as well as the education! I absolutely couldn’t be happier.

Excellent training videos and equipment. Leerburg's website is awesome and they sell only quality items that you can't find anywhere else. I especially like the leather items that they carry. If you are local they also have a storefront with their more popular products.

Earlier this week, I ordered collars from Leerburg, for my beloved dogs. I have tried many collars, but they have all been substandard, and certainly did not give me the security or pride that I require for my exquisite animals. From the time I opened the box from Leerburg, I was stunned by the quality of the leather, the rivets, the stitching... Amazingly nice collars. The 2" agitation collar is for my 160 lb Cane Corso male... It looks perfect on him, and will fulfill the necessary function. I can't wait to go to the hospital this weekend, and show them off. My dogs are both service animals, and my sons. Sick, or terminal people really enjoy petting dogs. NF
