Arrived at the store pickup a couple minutes early at the yard gate, a woman came out the store , went back in, (did see me) 5 minutes after the store was suppose to be open, I walk in the store asking if they truly opened at 7. am, manager was having a store meeting, If store is suppose to open at 7, then there should be people ready to work, if I hadnt walk in, not sure how long I would have been waiting. This is a common occurrence at Fleet Farm, Not the fault of the staff, this is a management issue. Where they lead, the rest will follow

Able to furnish and mount two trailer tires right at shop closing time. They stayed late to do so after I had sustained a blowout, getting me on my way quickly. Helpful shop, store and gas station staff. Highly recommended for your tire needs.

Found what I needed. Prices are a bit higher than anticipated but not terrible. Cashier 131787 didn't bother handing me my bag. I had to reach across the counter to grab it from the bag rack. Not a big deal, but she could've at least put it on the counter.EDIT: whomever replied to my review should definitely reread what I wrote.

This is one of the most understocked Fleet Farms in the area. The farm area has helpful staff, just a lack of inventory for the shelves. Always having to check other stores for stock.

Dirty store, and they never have what you need, now there giving away coffee cups and a free car wash just to get customers it's really sad I've been going there since that place first opened they out priced there customers and now they have no stock and are getting less customers because of it No one wants to go there anymore cuz you know they won't have what you need....sorry FF

Definitely not the same set up as my frequent Fleet Farm. It was hard to locate the area we needed due to limited signage. If it wasn't for a wonderful older gentleman working we wouldn't have known we were on the wrong side of the building. Great Guest Service.

Don't buy anything you want to work from here. We purchased a car that had a battery from here dated August of this year. The battery is a dud. Per Fleet Farms website the battery has a 3 year warranty based on the date of purchase OR date on battery if no receipt. My fiance, who is non binary, brought it in to have it tested and charged. The service center was INCREDIBLY rude to my fiance and told them they could buy a new battery or get lost. In fact, the service was so terrible a customer nudged my fiance and told them to go down the street to auto zone and they would actually provide good service. It's pretty sad when other customers are able to recognize trans/homophobia and feel the need to step in. I've spent over $4,000 at this particular shop/ store in the last year and you can bet I not only took my money elsewhere, but I made sure EVERY lgbqt+ person I know knows to NEVER shop here.It's 2023 Fleet Farm. Lgbqt+ individuals are a protected group under FEDERAL LAW. Shame on you. Do better.

Their plywood was weather warped and expensive. Additionally, thier prices swing drastically for seasonal items and and after the holidays. This can be good or bad. Their prices seemed to be high generally but you can find good deals in an applicable off-season.

Got done with our shopping. We go to pay and there's ONE register open. We stood and waited as the line got longer. By the time they opened up 2 more registers, the line was back to the gun counter. They need more employees. I shop there a lot and its always hard to find someone to help you.

Menomonie Fleet Farm at 4pm Friday of Memorial Day weekend had ONE cashier. This is a weekly occurrence. The parking lot was full. By the time I left, I counted 24 people in that line. I had plenty of time to count them. Many people were dumping their goods at the pop coolers and leaving. The poor cashier was truly flustered. Maybe the Fleet Farm executives need to spend time cashiering to stand in the gap! Sorry to be blunt, but we will be shopping at Ace from now on. Ace had 2 cashiers and two people on the floor to help customers and mix paint. We had shopped at Fleet Farm weekly for 32 years and it has now become our last option, and we pretty much avoid it.

This Fleet Farm is worse than going to the grocery store and looking for lumber. The grocery store might actually have lumber!Update, the kiosks to buy stuff in the lumber yard were down, so no lumber!

The Service Center is such a joke! The service advisor S. Sue gave my sister the WORST customer service. My sister came in for an alignment. First time she ever brought it to a shop. S. Sue (the advisor who checked in my sister) treated my sister as if she was stupid. She wasn't friendly, and was very rude. After leaving the vehicle. S. Sue called back and quoted my sister a $500.00 bill for additional parts that were needed to do the alignment. Well, with my sister being upset that she was treated disrespectfully earlier. She knew that something was fishy. She called me and took a picture of her quote. I called their service department and spoke with S. Sue. And told her that they are working on my sisters car, and would like to speak with a service advisor. She immediately started saying "yeah she'll need this part and that part and we need to order them." I haven't even asked her about what the problem was and she started throwing numbers and parts at me. I asked her for her service manager and she chuckled and said he is off for the week. Then I asked for her supervisor and again she chuckled and said that the supervisor wasn't there also. I didn't believe her. At this time I felt like I was being mistreated and there was nothing I could do to help my sister get her car out of this place before they scam her. Who knows what they could have done. I called the store manager and spoke to him about the issue. I told him no and to let my sister leave. So they did.I want to say this is the worst experience I have ever had at a shop. It is very sad to see a shop especially Fleet Farm treat their customers disrespectfully chuckling at them. I will record my experience and let everyone know of my experience through this specific location. I advise anyone looking for any auto service here go elsewhere. These are unprofessional people, disrespectful, and non-certified technicians working on our vehicles. I'm taking my service elsewhere where real professionals can help me ensure my sister's car is safe to drive and also where we will be treated with respect.

The associates at the Service Desk are rude. They tell fibs. Example- saying no Managers are in the store. They don’t listen and don’t want to help.
