I have been a customer for over ten years and have always had great customer service experiences. Today was even more awesome then usual. The employee working at the liquor store was beyond awesome and I love the fact that you embrace diversity and have hired such amazing staff!! I am referring to the sweet young lady with the long dark hair and unique facial piercings who is doing such an excellent job, not just with the customer, but also training the new staff members! I will definitely be doing all my liquor shopping there.... THANK YOU!!!

Service is always great! Meat dept is best in town, best cuts! If you don’t see it, they’ll cut it for you! A little expensive in some areas but their product lines are great, some of these brands you won’t find at other local stores. Also Thank you for finally getting self check out! Bakery dept is a little inconsistent with cakes and cupcake flavors/frosting types ( you can definitely tell when they get a new baker cause the designs and flavors completely change lol). Overall pretty good experience! Only put four stars because my boys always come here with me and they wish there were Pokémon card packs here!!! Their request is “Mr. store owner could you please get Pokémon card packs?!” =)

I had the craziest experience at this establishment. I was grocery shopping and I kept spotting this woman dressed in Victorian clothing following me around the store. Every time we made eye contact the lights would flicker. The closer I got to her my nose would be filled with this terrible stench. I asked the employees to remove this woman and they told me nobody was there. She was there. I saw her with my own two eyes. I think the management needs to take better care of their ghost problem because this was just uncalled for.

My favorite place to grocery shop. Their caramel corn is my mom's favorite treat. They have a nice selection of keto friendly foods. The meat is always fresh. Its always easy to get in and out fast.

Menomonie locationFlyer/mailer said deal of the week so I went to the store to get said deal of the week and disgustingly rude male that was working said that you had to have the phone app to get it. I told him that’s not what the flyer/mailer said and he came over to me to point it out but couldn’t find it (since it’s not on there) and said well it should say that. I said well are you going to honor what your flyer/mailer says and he said ‘NO’. False advertising is highly illegal. Absolutely disgusting that Dick’s Fresh Market allows their employees to treat a customer in such a way and send out false flyers/mailers.

Very disappointed. A couple weeks ago I came in with my boyfriend to do my weekly shopping. A stinky woman dressed in old timey maybe Victorian clothing kept following us! My boyfriend said he didn't see anything. I asked the short manager to kindly remove her from the store. But he said no one was there!About a week later I came back in with some equipment such as a SLS, EMF reader, infrared cameras, talkbox, geiger counters, etc. During my investigation I was told to please remove myself from the premises because I was "causing a disturbance" and they threatened to call the cops. #ACAB. My boyfriend found out about me trying to help the store and broke up with me! I am very disappointed with how this store treats its ghost problem. 0/10 stars NOT coming back

Sunday May 15th.Went in. Store staff was lazy and unfocused. The girl running the Carbou Coffee was rude and unfriendly. The store was way overpriced for most items.Store service desk manager was unkempt and smelled. The meat was overpriced and cut poorly.The Deli fresh food area looked stale and terrible. The two working the area did not look as if they cared about their customers.The entire bakery area was stale and not stocked.I have been coming here on and off for years. The Sunday manager is consistently terrible and someone needs to tell the tall fat guy with the beard name Jacob to marry a razor and use the washing machine.Rude college kids that need to get with the program.Its terrible to see a place slide so much downward...Its only redemption is the produce section... even then.Go elsewhere. Walmart is better than this place.Used to be a gem.Too bad.

They make sushi in the store and it looked good so I bought the sushi jumbo combo. Well how disappointing it was.the rice was hard and not fully cooked, there were 3 rolls in the package with 1 small piece of sushi ginger. Also the cucumber were mushy and just nasty. Just no flavor and a waste of my money.

Higher priced than most places, but you can find the occasional deals that make it worth your trip. I usually just grab a few things I need for supper since it is closer than other stores.

Wouldn’t do my whole shopping trip for groceries at once there. Their original prices for groceries are high, but when they have discounted deals and coupons they are really good. They do have an app you can download where you can get even more deals and list all the coupons for you and you can make your list on there. Also when you’re done they scan a bar code from your phone to register more deals that are exclusive with their app. Also there is a Caribou Coffee right inside when you walk in with some seating area in front of it.

Many employees are friendly and helpful, the other 40% are always complaining to another co-worker and if need assistance - point "somewhere". Have managed 4 specialty stores in earlier work-life - this would not fly. Though your store is only 2 blocks away, often shop other stores due to lack of customer service. Will drive to Eau Claire for a pleasant experience.

Convient yes, prices are high and the produce looks nice but usually tomatoes are hard and not really the best. But convience is mostly why I go there. I can get twice the food and exact same quality as elsewhere. The Staff is AMAZING! ALWAYS HAVE SMILES, HAPPY TO MAKE SURE YOU GOT WHATEVER YOU NEEDED AND IF NOT THEY HELP YOU IN EVERYWAY POSSIBLE!!!!It is close to impossible to compete with all these big stores selling everything. So Kudos to ALL THE STAFF!!!! If I could afford to shop there I WOULDHave a great! Thank you for great service ALWAYS.

No masks on employees, no social distancing guidelines, no awareness of, or attention to, now common interventions for coronavirus. It’s a good store, otherwise, but this this is only grocer in Menomonie who doesn’t appear to care if I get sick. I’ll use my own common sense and shop elsewhere.

Parking is great. Shopps within walking distance of store. Store itself has fresh produce and meat, a deli and baked goods. A good amount of name brands and then private label also.

Found most of what I was looking for. They were out of the chocolate cupcakes with the cream cheese frosting. Can't really sing them for that. They had other cupcakes but they had whipped frosting, not a fan. Not really their fault, just the breaks of the game.

Went to Dick's to purchase some wine and was asked for my ID. They SUSPECTED that I was using a fake ID and would not give me my VERY REAL ID back. It was not until I threatened to call the police that they gave me my card back. I appreciate their efforts in not selling alcohol to minors but as a 25 year old man I would like to buy wine for my girlfriend without having my ID stolen by the clerks.

Dick's is a great place with a convenient location. If you want cheaper prices Walmart or Aldi's is a better option but Dick's comes close. They also have the best selection of vegetarian options which is nice.

It is convenient to me (.8 mile away). The prices are good. It is clean and well lit. The employees are friendly and helpful. There is a liquor store there. One stop shop!

What a great local neighborhood grocery store! Always a good selection, the folks are very friendly and the store is very clean. An awesome asset to the community.
