I eat here every Tuesday and Thursday with a good friend of mine, and let me say, they're great! The food is always fresh, and very good quality. I would argue you get the most bang for your buck here. The concrete mixers are also very fun to experiment with. On top of that, I don't think I've ever met a friendlier staff than these folks. They always seem to be in a great mood. Very great place overall.

Aaron, Josiah, and every other worker we had the pleasure of meeting was kind, and efficient at their job. When we arrived, the parking lot was overflowing with cars ready to eat dinner, and 4 minutes later by the time we had parked to wait, almost everyone had already been served. Each person bringing the food to the cars was jogging on each run. One of the best fast food experiences I've had. I'm not even exaggerating.

This Culver's is amazing. The food is always super fresh, everyone always greets you with a smile, and I can tell everyone in town prefers this fast food restaurant to any others. It is always the busiest in the area.Parking: Because of the steady flow of customers, they have a system to help everyone move quickly.

Fantastic speed, quality of food, friendliness of staff, and ownership/management. Best Culver's I've been to, they consistently pull through with high quality experiences. Best chili around!! Phenomenal. Very sweet employee brought our meal out and forgot the silverware, she apologized many times and rushed back to deliver it to us ASAP. Thank you for your kindness & honesty!! We’ll definitely return again.

As someone from West Virginia, I didn't understand the hype about this place! But I get it now :)The frozen custard is TO DIE FOR. I wish they had multiple flavors every day like Dairy Queen does, but I'll settle for the flavor of the day. And plus, if I really wanted to, I could buy a pint of almost any flavor out of their freezer! And a pint is seriously a fraction of the cost of grocery store ice cream.If you're a DQ Blizzard fan, you really need to try Culver's Concrete Mixers! Whoa, are they delicious :)The burgers are pretty good and the fries are bland, so I always order Onion Rings instead. Most of the time, my go-to order is the Chicken Tenders. But overall, I mostly go here for the frozen custard!

I had the worst experience I've ever had with a Culver's. We ordered something that my wife orders all the time which is a turtle concrete. They charged $1.50 extra for putting pecans in a turtle concrete. No other Culver's anywhere does that. It's just their way of ripping people off. When I complained about it to the manager, I think he was the manager. He had a funny looking beard that had was tied up about a foot and a half long. He said. Well that's how we do it here and we don't have a button for it so it's the only way we can do it. Turtle, I think there's some training needed there. We were very disappointed and won't be back to that Culver's and if they do that at other Culver's we won't be back to any of them. It's just ridiculous when they have to rip people off to make more money

I am seldom disappointed by any Culver's in Wisconsin but my experience here was even more wonderful. Aside from the food being exactly what I wanted and fresh and delicious, several staff members here were so friendly and happy that they really brightened up my day, which is not something I expect but was greatly appreciated. Fantastic vibes, all of you 🙏

Stop here often when I am in Menomonie. This is the best Culver's I have been to. It is clean and bright. Everything from the dining area, soda machines, main counter, and the bathrooms is clean. The food is always correct, and delicious. The staff is friendly and courteous. The price is good for the quality and portions you get.Kid-friendliness: Nice place for familys.

Fast food that is made fresh and delicious. It is as fast as it can be with being made to order. Food is always served very hot. Custard is amazing as well. This is a favorite stop of my youngest son for a shake or mixer after an event. The owners of this particular property clearly take pride in their business with a great staff that runs like a well oiled machine. Kudos folks!!

Rating based on comparison to other fast food. Great burgers, tendies, fish, fries, and more. Custard scoops and mixers are good enough to fix a bad day. I recommend getting the kids meal as you get a choice of entree (burger), fries, and a scoop of ice cream for a cheap price.

Classic Culver's with a medium sized dining area and a drive through. The line was much shorter inside the restaurant, and the staff brought our food to the table. The food was just as you would expect, and the restaurant also appears to have regular events to engage with the community, such as lunch with police officers and wall art from local students.

I've been going to this Culver's for years and the service and food are both superb. I've been remiss in not leaving a great review, and today I went through the drive through and realized I had forgotten my wallet -- and they said "Hey pull around anyway, it's on us".As far as fast food goes, there is no comparison to the level of friendly, genuine people and customer service.
