As the some of the other reviews state, do not take your pets to this woman!! I would leave no stars if possible.For one, I didn’t like the tone of voice she used when speaking to my dog, so I can’t imagine what she is like when no one is around.Second, I asked for her to brush out my dogs legs if she could. If not, no big deal, we would take care of it on our own later as the matts weren’t too terrible. My dog likes to lick his fur, so they get a bit tangled. She took her own creative liberty and SHAVED all four of his legs. Uneven and spotty shaving at that. Not to mention she also shaved about half way up one of his thighs and then stopped. The hair trim around his face, beard and butt was also left uneven.Never again will we waste our money here. She is cheap and has the “availability” to “squeeze you in” for a reason. It’s not worth it.

Believe the negative reviews! Instructed to "even out" the tail hair and she cut all of it off. Ever see a Papillon with no hair on its tail? Not a pretty sight. Instead of just cutting out some of the matted hair, she cut everything and in such a way that he looks like a round ball of fur. Apparently, "I did the best I could," is her go-to line, because we heard that too. If this is her best, maybe she should investigate other careers. I hear accounting pays well.

I don't even think this place deserves a 1 rating. I dropped my pup off and he was ready in 30 mins. Really!?!? I picked up my pet and he was skinned!!! And uneven at that! OMG, When I called this woman she had the nerves to say she was matted and that's the best she could do, my question is whats your worst?Totally butchered and that's laziness. She told me it's jus hair it will grow back, really? But I have to look at this messnot her. How is she still in business? I can see my dogs skin in some places

I've been taking my dog here for awhile. I have not been satisfied with the haircuts my dog has been getting. I agree with the woman posting about her 4 Poms. I just drop my dog off and she's done in 35 minutes and looks terrible. Uneven hair cutting and after mentioning even if my dog is matted could she please leave the face rounded. Nope, never does what I ask. My dog is a good dog and never had any complaints that she was bad when getting groomed. I am switching to a new place.

Many unanswered calls for appointments, then after finally getting an appointment, groomer doesn’t show up! The cut quality was never that good, but being an older dog I liked that she was fast with him. It kept his stress level down. But, poor quality with bad service mixed in is all I can take, never again.

My mom took my dog there and they were done in under a hour. She asked to keep his body hair as long as possible, trim his face short, his ears short, and tail. When I came home he looked like a naked mole rat. I can see the pink of his skin and his ears are as long as they were before he got to the groomers. Around his paws there were chunks of long fur they were seemingly missed in his buzz cut. We will never do business here again.

I chose this groomer based on the 5 rating but only 1 review was provided. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! I took my 4 Poms in for trim, brush, nails, etc. I figured I had 3-4 hours. She called 1 hr 45 min later and said they were done. I didn't inspect them as I should of due to being in a hurry, going out of town. Upon closer inspection I can hardly believe the HORRIBLE job this woman did. HACK JOB DOES NOT DESCRIBE IT ENOUGH! One side of my male's face was trimmed, the other not. I don't believe any were brushed, clumps of hair all over my kitchen. Their rumps were uneven, i could go on and on. I was out of town for over a week and to bring them back to her was not going to happen in order to fix what she did. I'll just live with it until I take them in again, but not to PAMPERED PETS!!!!!!
