I first brought my husky pup here when he was about 8 weeks old ! He is now one and I wouldn’t bring him anywhere else ! This place is the best they always do an exceptional job! The owners are knowledgeable and professional. I always tell people where we go because they ask because my dog looks so nice because of them .

Lola's first grooming here was a very positive experience. Scheduling the appointment online was easy. Lola came home looking fresh and clean, her Scottie cut just as we requested. She was ready when promised, and the price was competitive with nearby groomers. The people were friendly and professional. Overall, it was the best grooming experience we've had since moving to the area three years ago. We'll definitely return.

I have never had a puppy very fluffy and full of hair This was my first time. When I walked in after his first visit I almost teared up he was so gorgeous I didn't know what to expect, Omg Great job to say the least . I was so taken back I forgot to take a picture but believe me Chino loved his experience our calendar will be booked every 6 weeks for that experience

Amazing first haircut for our Schnauzer puppy! She took the time to listen to what we wanted, as well as took the time to make it a good and pleasant experience for the puppy! We were more than impressed with how he looks and the atmosphere of the business. Will definitely come back!

I normally wouldn’t do this, but this was my second time coming to them and the first time was great. But this second was to say the least very DISAPPOINTING, dropped the boys off at 2:00 only to get them back at 7:00 with no courtesy call that they would be longer.(still don’t even understand why it took that late) I WILL NOT BE BACK. And you shouldn’t either

Walked in and got a death scare from the lady then I said hi to pup the guy yelled at me and said “don’t do that mam” ok that’s understandable but that was rude. To me honestly they were rude the whole time. Especially the guy he’s to snobbish but I was still nice and paid and tipped Not again

Great service! The owner is friendly, patient, and customer focused! I could tell she loves what she does and working with these animals are her passion! I felt comfortable leaving my grandpuppy in her care and we'll definitely be back!

I was debating whether to post or not, but because my dog is now not feeling well, I’ve decided that every fur parent should reconsider before booking with this business. My 10 month old CavaTzu was completely happy and healthy before his grooming appointment. After we picked up my dog I noticed that his right eye was a bit pink. We thought it was probably just temporary from the wash. Right when we got home I also noticed the cut on my dogs private area. It was not mentioned to my husband during the pick up. It’s been a couple days now and my poor baby’s right eye is starting to swell! We also notice an air bubble in his eye that was never there before his grooming appointment. We’re going to the vet soon and let’s hope and pray my dog will be okay. I understand that we are in hard times but this is completely unacceptable.

I love this place and the 2 groomers! They always make sure my grandmothers dog Diamond looks great! They also make sure I’m aware of any conditions my dog may have or extra care she may need after the service! You can tel they really care!

Excellent customer service. They handle my poodle very well and Peso acts like he’s at home when we arrive. His cuts are always what I ask for. I would definitely recommend.

They did a great job of taking care of and pampering my puppy. It was her first ever trip to the groomers and they were great at helping both me and my puppy with our anxiety. CeCe looks amazing and I will definitely be coming back for her next haircut!

- DON’T GO HERE -Waited for 2 hours for an appointment that was scheduled at 2pm.Owner and groomer were very disrespectful, making rude comments in person and over text. After trying to work things out regardless of their demeanor, they canceled the appointment and are no longer accepting my dog as a client. I have never had a problem like this with any groomer before. My recommendation is to find a different groomer for your dog.

Fantastic, BLACK OWNED, professional, kind, friendly, affordable, clean, knowledgeable, patient, dependable, dog lovers, groomers….need I say more? They took good care of my 187 lb Great Dane. They were equipped to handle my giant breed and treated him like one of their own. You will not be disappointed. ❤️

After reading other comments on reviews i still decided to give this establishment a shot, the comments made me a little nervous. So after fully reading her release form, i saw she cage dries animals if they don’t respond well to the blow dryer so i asked her to show me the cage just trying to understand that process. I couldn’t imagine him already being scared and then locked in a cage under the same sound that scares him. Im not certain if it was the owner or not but she was very rude so i decided against having him serviced there. She took multiple phone calls while i was there. I think the first time a customer comes it’s a nice time to get acquainted vs taking personal calls. I’ve seen the way she responds back to customers so I’d expect that and will say she said his ears were matted which okay that comes with the industry there was no severe matting she asked very rudely well do you want to comb it. After i said i just don’t want him to cry the whole time.. A simple “i will make sure he’s comfortable” would have sufficed but that’s be too much like right . And i also did miss a previously scheduled appointment maybe that’s why she had an attitude still all very uncalled for.. Definitely would not recommend just based on the owner(if it was the owner) alone

I am a newer dog owner. I've been to 2 groomers in Milwaukee (one of which was 3 blocks away from where I live). They were rude & impersonal, almost judgmental about what I may not have known as a new pet owner. After those experiences, I was recommended to this place by a family member. I travel 25+ minutes to have my dog serviced. My dog and I are treated well & it's worth the travel each time. They give lots of tips & recommendations. I have recommended them to others since my first visit 5 months ago.

I’m a very satisfied!! Found my new groomer! She kept it real from beginning to end !! She listen to me and didn’t turn me away like some other places . We now have a long lasting relationship!! I took my small dog to get groomed and was fine with taking recommendations to what she needed for her grooming, but the disrespect, no mask wearing, and bad dog handling were enough for me to know not to ever walk back in. On top of all those issues she is cut very patchy? I didn't think it would be that hard to cut a dog evenly to the lowest allowed but apparently it is. The man working even weirdly accused my dog of colorist to a Black man, which made no sense she’s a dog.

Hello,Looking at your negative responses, it is clear that you take no ownership for anything the customer is angry about. Your professionalism and your tact is badly lacking. If you want to be in a service industry, learn how to be gracious when dealing with people and taking their money. It is clear you have none.The owner of the company got upset and loud for challenging a late pick up fee they charged me. I did not care for the fee as I felt I was not informed. However it was posted on their board in a normal size piece of paper. Also they mentioned that it was on the doc that I signed when I signed them in. Ok. Fair enough but the issue I have is when they called to let us know our pets were ready, there was no mention of a late fee. Nooooo they watched the clock and called us back at exactly 1 hour after calling us to tell us we were late and at this point they proceeded to tell us that we now have a late charges. In my opinion this is a bit shady. When I challenged the fee the owner became loud and even dropped an f word on me. I said, now you’re going to swear at me, and she said it was her establishment and she could do this. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Not recommend, not for the inability to groom pets, for the lack of people skills. For your attitude.The owner is entitled and believes that the customer owes her.Again I will own being what they call late. The fee is negligible and will never happen again because we will never come back again.She will respond to this and talk about how my dogs were matted blah blah blah. It will be her way of deflecting from the issues I’ve stated in this negative feedback.Customer service is key in being successful... know that everyone will be happy. Figure out how to defuse it to avoid losing customers.

We brought our Goldendoodle, Camper, here for the first time and Aaron did a great job! He asked what length I wanted and he showed me what it would like before I left, which I appreciated. He also got the tangled mess out of his ears. Camper looks great and smells so good 🙂 We've already scheduled our next appointment. Thank you Patrice and Aaron!

Sometimes takes 2 hours, sometimes takes 4 hours. The last time I just showed up after 4 1/2 hours and they were just getting going on my dog. The groomer just stopped working on him and gave him to me without finishing! They take all day if they want, but charge a late fee if you come late? Customer service keeps customers, the opposite doesn’t. Too bad, they do a decent job.He IS an older dog, and as such, cannot stand the stress of 4 hours or more of someone working him. This is taken into account at most groomers.

Absolutely amazing!! They were so sweet and gentle with cj. Very easy to talk to and contact about appointments. Very flexible. I sent her a picture of his previous haircut and they did it exactly the same! He looks amazing! They were also very fast. He was in and out in about an hour. Would absolutely recommend. I will be going there for now on 💜

I took my 10 year old Cockapoo here because they had immediate availability. The haircut looked just fine. When I picked him up, the gentleman turned the square reader around for me to tip and sign before ever bringing the dog out from the back. How am I supposed to know how much to tip when I cant see the service? I tipped and signed, left with my. All was well.A few days later I noticed my dog turning around and biting his hip a lot. I didn't think much of it and put a cone on him. A few more days and I notice him thumping his back leg trying to itch his back. I start to itch it for him and realize his skin is very bumpy and sensitive. I shaved a small patch away to expose the skin, which had bright red patches on it. I immediately took the dog to the vet. They prescribed a wide array of medicine ect.The dog is 10 years old and has needed haircuts his entire life, and has never had a rash. I took him here one time and he came down with something nasty. Weird?I called the groomer today to inform her what happened. She showed concern for my dog and asked for pictures of the rash. I provided them. I also voluntarily sent over a picture of the invoice from the veterinarian, to show that this wasnt just a cheap excuse to not pay. She got off the phone and called me back about an hour later. Her tone was different and very defensive. She consulted her vet and determined it could have no way happened at her establishment. Her basis for this was the line item on the vet invoice of a steroid, and that it must be something else not obtainable from a botched groom, otherwise the vet wouldn't have prescribed a steroid.

I took my goldendoodle here for the second time and my parents take their Cockapoo as well. Most recent cut was on 6/6. When I picked him up he had blood on his ear, and a bloody knuckle. They never informed me of either wound. Now I had to buy a cone so he won’t lick the paw. Such an inconvenience.Overall the cut was good but I would not recommend this company as they did not take the time to apologize or bring the cuts to my attention. Our Cockapoo and goldendoodle will be going to another groomer.

My dad and I took his dog to a new groomer the woman was very friendly and courteous. She explained what she was going to do and she was very thorough and I liked her very much. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family
