bought item online couldn't find anywhere else. some reviewers said they had problems with their online orders so i was a bit concerned. item came quickly and safely..happy with purchase. they uploaded tracking number..which was appreciated, but never emailed me that item shipped, so i had to go into my orders to see progress...that would be only suggestion for improvement...would buy from again

Haven't been there in years! I forgot what a great selection of items they have. Staff was so helpful! After calling 4 locations of their competitors and not finding what I needed. One store wouldn't even check, they told me to come in! I called Bartz's, they checked and had 4 of them. So greatful for their selection, stock and customer service! Not dealing with their competitor again

Not only will you find everything you need, year round, to decorate for an amazing party, it's also a Halloween costume Haven!! Found everything I needed and then some! (I used one of my many skulls to act as a wig stand)

Came in late on a Saturday morning to get balloons filled. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Didn't need anything else, but the store was huge. Literally anything you need for a party of any kind. Decorations, party favors, toys, lights, etc.

Excellent selection and very reasonable prices especially compared to big box retailers like Amazon or target. Definitely worth stopping in. Love costume selection year round and very fair prices too! Very friendly staff. Always seems to have the unique party items I’m looking for.

Scam website!!! Please do not give your hard earned money to these people! I ordered a costume from this business's website on September 27th. It never came and they've ignored my inquiries about it. There won't be enough time left to order the costume my child wanted and Halloween is now ruined for him. Shop elsewhere!!!!Judging by the flippant responses to other customers reviews on here, I can't tell they don't care about their customers. Readers, take note!

I've seen quite a few party supply stores, but never one like this. They had costumes, tons of costumes. The aisles were laid out so well. It was incredibly easy to find what you needed. The prices on the things I needed were great. So not a bad thing to say, and lots of good. Loved it.

Went a couple weeks ago to inflate balloons purchased through Amazon. They are always helpful and do a great job. Balloons come with plastic bags to help with carrying out also.

Really cool selection of costumes and entertaining supplies! Prices for most items are reasonable, but there's some things that are a little crazy with price. Store is often really messy and kind of hard to maneuver. It's also kind of hard to find if you don't already know the store is there.

I generally suggest shopping at locally-owned establishments, but not this one. First: false advertising on their website. They reference 4 stores on numerous pages but they only have 1. (Their other stores closed in the fall of last year.) Time to finally update their website with correct information. Second: They treat their employees very poorly. My mother worked for them for nearly 20 years. Owner is regularly disrespectful to employees. Recent example - my 70 year old mother and another woman stayed to help him close one of his stores. Owner had them load all of the heavy boxes while he stood and watched( did very little himself). Told them that he didn't have to work because he was the owner. (What self-respecting man sits back and watches a 70 year old woman load all of the heavy boxes and doesn't help?) After they were done packing up the closing store, owner then offered my mother (who was a cashier) a temporary job at his warehouse cleaning his filthy desk and windows in his personal office. I would guess that he's just using his last store to sell off all of the old product in his warehouse from the three other stores that he closed. I suggest doing your party supplies shopping at one of the many other retail stores in the area.

I'm surprised at all of the options! It has quite a bit of stuff for about any party you would want to throw. The open hours are a little bit weird and hard to get into. But if you can get there DO!

These places used to be reasonable ... Now they are just expensive. I stopped by to pickup a dozen normal balloons for my daughter's birthday. I almost didn't believe it when they told me it would be over $50 for a dozen balloons because they use a special kind of helium ... Ridiculous. I won't be stopping back.

This place was amazing! Aside from any costume any adult kid would want, it had all sorts of party favors to make your party a success. We had a lot of fun shopping 4 outfits. The staff is very patient and helpful.

This is a one stop shop for all you party needs. From birthdays - football parties they got you covered. The staff there are very polite and friendly. The store was well organized and stocked. Prices are reasonable.

Very unsatisfactory customer service. Paid an extra fee per balloon to last 2-3 days and they stopped floating after about 15 hours of purchase, didn’t even last for our event. Called to let the store know and was not treated kindly nor offered any resolution. They just lost a customer for life.

Went here the day after thanksgiving and they were super attentive and answered all my questions. I was able to quick get a personalized balloon bouquet when I was in a hurry by a very nice gentleman. I would def come back!

This is an odd place, weird section in the back that doesn't seem to have anything to do with party supplies. Its run down, needs updating. Prices seemed decent though and they had a variety of party stuff.
