If I could have, I would have left a 0 star review. I took my small Shih Schon in to be groomed, letting the groomer know she had a little matting in her bum area, and was told that this may mean a shorter haircut than usual. I was charged $80, and MY PUP CAME OUT COMPLETELY SHAVED!! Despite being given a cookie on her way home, she went into our bathroom and HID IN THE DARK, SHAKING for almost 2 hours! I would suggest NEVER taking your pet to this place!

Needless to say, we love this tailwaggers location. Our pups are a huge indicator on wether or not they enjoy a place and they love going to daycare. I don't mind if any of the workers ever know my name, because they know our pups by heart and that's all that matters to me. Can't say enough about this place. We're very thankful for everything they do.

I have been a customer for over a year. Recently had surgery on my leg and couldn't drive. I called Tail Waggers and asked if they could pick up my dog and drop him off due to my circumstances. The manager Sarah came and picked up Bane and dropped him off in the evening. I cannot thank the Tail Waggers team enough. The little things really do matter. Thank you, Sarah and the TW team.

My dog came out happy. Not scared or timid. It was easy to see he had a good time and felt safe. This says a lot because he had some nasty matts. She had to cut those areas close and she blended it so well you can't tell at all. Sweet staff. Thank you ladies!

Rusty went to Tailwaggers Menasha for 6 years, weekly. He loved being there. We tried other places but his 2nd visit we had to pull him in. Only at this Tailwaggers did he pull us in. He loved the staff! They truly care. When we had to say goodbye this year, all employees came in to say goodbye and take photos with him, even those who were off that day. I will forever be grateful for the love and care they provide Rusty.

We had been taking our dog here for years and always bought a package of daycare visits to save a little money and so we don't have to pay on every visit. When COVID hit, like most, we kept our dog at home because we were working from home.When we finally went back I was told our visits that we prepaid for had expired. So hundreds of dollars down the drain. After going there for years. I asked to talk to the manager, which I did. She told me that's their policy and there's nothing they can do about it. I said that is very disappointing and unreasonable given the circumstances.I told the manager out of principal we will never bring our dog here ever again if we can't use the visits we paid for. And us not taking him there EVERY week will result in a lot more lost revenue than if she just allowed us to use the visits we already paid for. She wouldn't budge and we haven't been back, nor will we.

I’m not sure who loves Tailwaggers in Menasha more - me or my dog, Salsa. Salsa can’t wait to go there in the morning and always comes home tired after a day of play with her friends. She has made so many doggy friends there! The staff are absolutely awesome and know how to handle Salsa’s anxiety issues. The groomers are phenomenal and always give the Salsa the perfect paw-ti cure. Every person I work with there is so friendly and helpful. They even let me put on a photo shoot for all the doggy daycare dogs for Salsa’s birthday! It is such a wonderful feeling to know that my precious fur-baby is so well taken care of while I am at work! Thank you for being an awesome doggy daycare!!!

We were frequent daycare/boarding customers till we moved out-of-state. Came to visit family and boarded our lab and he knew exactly where he was going! Always a pleasure! They were also able to accommodate last minute nail trim, thank you again! Zeke is looking forward to his long stay later this year.

Been bringing my boys here for around 12 years. They treat my boys as if they are theirs. When my oldest passed you could see the sadness in their hearts as they loved him as much as I did. Will continue to bring my boys here until I can't any more.

My former Rottie loved going to Tailwaggers! Even if he wasn't in for a while, everyone always remembered him and was happy to see him. He was excited/happy when we got near, because he knew where he was going. Even though Copper passed a year ago, everyone still remembered him when i brought my new pup in. I love that i can watch how the dogs act. It helps me to see they are having fun as part of the "pack." It's great to be able to relax on vacation and know my dog is in great care❤️

We brought our pup here for the first time this past weekend, and Sarah was very accommodating and kind. We had access on-line to the cameras to check in during the day, which wasn't necessary, but was nice.While there, they also fit her in for a nail clipping and did a fine job.We have no complaints and we seem to have 1 tired out, happy puppy after visiting Tailwaggers!

Me and my family have been taking our dogs here for a while and they absolutely love it here, and anytime we take them to get groomed or bathed the groomers do and excellent job even though one of our dogs is not a fan of getting wet and likes to struggle at the sight of water. Not only do the groomers do a good job but the rest of the employees there as well do some good work. I have personally met quite a few of the employees since we had been taking our dogs there and they are all great people who know what they are doing. There might be some new people there now but i know that the people that will train them know what they are doing. I highly recommend bringing your dog(s) here, wether it is for a short period of time, a grooming, or a long stay.

I have two dogs who go to Tailwaggers Menasha once or twice a week. They have cameras where you can check in on your pups to see how their day is going. The Pack Leaders are very professional, always walking around (NEVER SITTING) making sure the dogs are safe and having fun. They are kind, compassionate and loving to both of my dogs. One of my dogs struggled with being overwhelmed playing with the big dogs, but they worked with me for months to help him feel comfortable and now he plays with all his small friends! When you start using training techniques with your dog, you can let the staff know what you’re working on and they follow your directions. They know that they need to get to know your dogs and learn about their behaviors. I’ve also had my dogs nails trimmed every 2 weeks for the last year and a half and have always been satisfied. I can’t say enough great things about the owner and all of her staff. They absolutely LOVE my dogs.

My dog Gracie loves it here, she goes once a week, she's always tired out after. We have been going for years and have never once had any trouble. The girls there running the place take care of my dog as if she were their own! Highly recommend this place.

Our boys love going to Tailwaggers Doggy Daycare! They get boarded here when we’re on vacation and our minds are always at ease that they are well taken care of. They’re groomed here and always come back smelling and looking as fresh as ever. When we take them into daycare, they are like celebrities as all the workers know their names so I know they are well taken care of and always come home exhausted from playing all day. Definitely recommend taking your dogs here!

I wouldn’t even give them a one star review. I had a bad feeling about this place after reading reviews and hearing personal stories and luckily did not bring our 2 dogs here for boarding. Unfortunately a close friend of mine did not have the luck of this. She brought her dog to get groomed and was notified halfway through that her dog was “bleeding pretty badly” and she could decide to bring him to the vet or not. Her dog has MULTIPLE cuts and abrasions from poor care and unqualified grooming. They were not notified they would be maxxing out her CC due to “damage of property” which they were also not notified until the charges went through. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE.

We’ve brought our dog in here and was not satisfied at all. He’s a long hair dachshund and his under coat grows out. They didn’t touch it up, didn’t clean his potty areas. Maybe they gave him a bath all for $65. Then our friend brings her dog and they pick the dog up and he’s all bloody, injured and they botched his entire haircut. Avoid at all costs.

Never bring your dog here. They are not careful with your dogs while grooming or even when your dog is under there care. My friends dog had a grooming here and in numerous spots on his body there was chunks of hair missing and also skin missing. They are horrible with dogs and should be shut down for animal cruelty. I've also heard many instances where dogs got hurt under tail waggers menasha care. Please go somewhere else

What an amazing place to take my dog while I'm at work. She gets exercise and love and attention that she would otherwise be without while I'm gone. What better way to care for your pet than by giving them the next best thing to you being with them and take them to Tailwaggers!

Decent doggy day care for what I observed. Make sure if you buy a package for services you use it up. They do not tell you up front that they expire and the management refused to extend the package worth over $500 in services.

I would give zero stars if I could. Groomer shaved my dog down to the skin and cut off all his facial hair(beard, whiskers, eyelashes). When I asked why she said he wasn’t cooperative! I said then you should have called me so I could pick him up. He is now freezing in the house and anxious. I’ve never been more upset. I sent a message to the Tailwaggers account and no one has reached out to discuss. Don’t go there for grooming!

My Girlfriend recently brought her dog here and he was bleeding in 3 different spots and said he was in kennel dryer when they advertise online “cage free grooming” either way I paid the full amount for the horrible grooming they never said sorry or discounted it. Then they proceeded to max my credit card out later that day… trying 3 different times in various amounts to do so.

My review is on their grooming service. Our pup was taken to Petco for a grooming last summer and one of the techs went to pet him. Being a dog he wanted to sniff her hand first. They said it was an aggressive move and that he tried to bite her. I saw the whole thing happen and he simply went to smell the hand that is about to touch him. They said they wont groom him and recommended TailWaggers because they can use a muzzle. I took him in, mentioned the muzzle, and they worked with him. I've been back a number of times and they no longer need to use a muzzle. They know how to work with dogs!! I'm SO happy with the service I've received through TailWaggers. I can easily get my dog in and out during my lunch break and they treat him VERY good! The staff is just amazing! This will be my first stop if I need anything for my pooch. Best advice I've ever received from a competing company!!

We have been bringing out dog there since she was about 8 weeks old. We/she loves it there. She gets to run and play all day while we are at work. She comes home as one tired puppy! We also get her groomed there and are very happy with the communication we have with the groomer. Very happy overall with the place!

If I could give zero stars I would. I always choose business by word of mouth and literally could not find a single person who has used this place and had even one good thing to say about their experience with grooming services. Some had severe injury to their dogs and were met with hostility from management. Customer service was less then desired when I called before asking around.

Mixed experiences. Love that my dogs play, get great exercise and can monitor them with doggy cam so I know what the facility looks like and what they are doing. They clearly DO NOT take financial responsibility for anything that happens in their facility - it's on the release you must sign to bring your dog there. I agree that owners need to be responsible for vet bills. Accidents do happen... I agree that it would be very difficult for a facility to anticipate future behavior by evaluating a specific dog's temperament beforehand. Not all owners invest the time needed to train their dog, no matter the breed. However, saw an owner pick up her injured dog to take to the vet for ER surgery because of a torn ear. Before her dog was released to her, the owner of the Menasha facility insisted the day's care be paid for - callous for the owner to have to deal with that too. My biggest concern is high turnover in groomers – have 2 Scottie Terriers groomed every 8 weeks. They say they fire the groomers because of abuse to the dogs (this happened 3 times and I found out it wasn't true - they quit). Did not call me to schedule with groomer of my choice. One time picked up my dog after grooming and he was bleeding noticeably on the car seat. One of his nails had been clipped into the quick, which happens. The groomer did not mention or treat it and he was there for 6 hours. Took him back inside and asked for styptic powder to be placed on the nail. Now that more facilities like this are open, like the RUFF HOUSE, I prefer to take my dogs there. Chad is an excellent groomer. They have a pet nutritionist on staff, which is helpful because I have a dog with allergies. They are the Best of the Valley's Choice and fees are the same. A few years ago I would have given Tailwaggers FIVE STARS. Am disappointed to see the standard of care has changed. They are a good facility IF you don’t ever have problems with them.
