I was having a bad day and ordered via drive thru. Then, as I was preparing to pay had realized I didn't have my wallet. I asked to hold my order to run home and get my wallet. The person working it, Sage, was incredibly kind offered me my sandwich in good faith that I'd come back to pay. It genuinely meant so much to me, but even more so when I came back to pay and get my drink to find a note on my drink that has me in tears.If you're reading this Sage. I am always impressed by the service provided by the staff at this specific location.Today around 3PM, I was made aware that my family would be putting our dog down later this week, my best buddy. Naturally, I made a plan to visit my parents to spend time with our good boy this afternoon. I decided to stop by this Starbucks to pick up a chai and a treat (pup cups), so that Petey could feel a little extra special. As I ordered, it was difficult for me to get my order out, as I was holding back tears with a cracked voice. When I got to the window, the barista asked me how I was doing (totally normal). I said I was fine, but you know, when you’re asked and you’re not fine, and trying to be fine, you can’t hold emotions back that are this strong. I couldn’t hold back tears, and even before I could explain anything, they decided to have either them or the house take care of my coffee and two pup cups. I tried to hand the cash that I would have paid for the order as a tip for their kindness. When I had asked, “Well, can I at least tip you with what I would have paid?”.. I was responded with, “Absolutely not!”The empathy and kindness was very much appreciated and the employee went above and beyond to add a little sparkle to my not-so-fortunate, dark day. It wasn’t necessary, but many times it’s the little things that make a huge impact.Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for that extra care today! Decided to order ahead for a trenta cold brew with extra salted cold foam and no ice. Upon entering this very tidy location, my drink was being made to perfection. This location boasts a very cozy atmosphere with knowledgeable and friendly staff. For the most part there is never a long wait and turnaround is quite quick. This is my go to location in the Fox Valley. Highly recommended.

Today around 8:15 am I was having a bad morning. I placed my order and when I got to the window the woman greeted me with the most pleasant "Hello!" It kind of shocked me out if my funk and really turned my day around! I told her thank you for making my day! I didn't get her name but she had short brown hair and a lovely smile. Everytime I go to that location I have a great experience. Everyone is very friendly and efficient. Thank you to that young lady for helping me start my day off right! And to all at this location!😊

First, I didn’t get the name of the person at the drive-thru window today (about 10am on 5/4/22) but they were so friendly and had this peaceful, calm vibe. Honestly, they felt like an actual ray of sunshine. I hope this review gets the person some kind of reward because they 1000% deserve it.Additionally, service was very fast. Granted, there were only three cars ahead of me, but still.I have never before felt so compelled to write a review. I was thoroughly impressed by my whole experience and I will be back to this location, regardless of the length of cars in line (as that usually repels me from Starbucks).

If you want a large cup of ice with a splash of coffee this is your place. You pay for large coffee your luck to get a small coffee more like a half cup for $6 something. Also, they must have been out of oat milk so they used the cinnamon dolce instead. No Thanks

Need better service... everytime we ace an order it has to be remade because they didn't listen and made the wrong drink or made hot instead of iced. And need to be better stocked always out of items or milks or flavors

Please make sure you guys make the drinks correctly as requested. Especially if you repeat the order back as requested by the customer. Happened 5 times out of handful times I went. Majority of the times its done as ordered. But if you got 4 girls just standing around and the order isn't still correct, something is wrong. I like going here. It's close to home. But its annoying. Just asking for the drinks to be done as ordered. I'm giving 4 stars because the staff is nice and friendly.

I don’t usually post reviews, but Sierra at the window has exceptional customer service. She is friendly and interactive. Many drive throughs offer the same thing, get your food and quickly leave. Sierra provides a nice break from the norm, just wanted to recognize her service excellence.

I stopped by today around 10:00 to grab some coffee, and if course the drive through is pretty full as usual (no biggie). After waiting for about 10 minutes I’m the next car up to put my order in and I realize I forgot my wallet! So I pull up and let them know I didn’t have it with me and I’d have to come back unfortunately. Well Benjamin didn’t even hesitate to take my order and give me a small drink anyway. “It happens.” He made my day and I didn’t want his act if kindness to go unnoticed. Very friendly staff! If you drive through any Starbucks you take the chance on a wait, however if you go inside and order they are very speedy. Today the lady at the drive through window was the sweetest. Told me she remembered me from previous visits and wanted to tell me how pretty I was. I didn't catch her name but her daughter has the same name as me. Literally made my day, and my coffee was great too. Thank you!

Location is always busy, crowded and parking is very difficult.Parking: It's always crowded, hard to get into the line, hard to even park and get out of the car most of the time. Definitely recommend going to the little chute one if you're in Kimberly.

Newer place. Love that it's close, but service is so slow and doesn't get orders accurate. Tonight I ordered a vanilla bean Frappuccino and asked to have pumpkin sauce added to it (paid the extra fee). Received in drive through and didn't realize until too late that there was no pumpkin in the drink. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, I wasn't about to go back to wait for them to fix it. Just disappointed.
