Avoid at all cost. Prices at this piggly wiggly are double or more than at other grocery stores. I walked out of this store almost 7 dollars for a little bag of cereal same bag at pick n save is 4.50. Do not recommend. This store is a disgrace with their prices!! Stay away from piggly wiggly on midway in menasha. Go down the road 2 miles and get friendly prices At pick n save.

I came into the piggly wiggly in Menasaha tonight and walked up to deli and asked the young lady if I could get a pound of pit ham. I was very rudely told that she was done cutting meat and hand slicer cleaned for the night. I looked around did not see any sign saying deli closed. I kindly asked her if I could please get some sliced. I have never been in this store after work, when I do most my shopping and been told that I could not get anything at deli. After me asking her kindly 2 times the young lady stomped to the back room and found the slicer parts and slammed them down and put slicer together. She then turned and Rudely asked me how much do you want. I again said 2 pounds. She then slammed open deli case door and was throwing the meat around till she found the ham. She then slammed the meat on the slicer and turned to me and said I can close deli any time I want. I said well a sign should be added to counter then. She rudely said I don’t get paid enough for this. I told her thank you for doing this and she had some choice words to comment and at that point I told her that her attitude was not acceptable and asked to speak to manager only to be told she was only one there. I said I will talk with store manager on way out. She then turned and slammed meat on scale, bagged it and basically throws at me. I have never in my life been treated so Rudely. This young lady should not be in customer service. Sad to say I did talk with store manager and expressed this young lady should be let go. Nobody should be treated this way.

I run a non profit and the mgr and assistant manager have no clue. Took a deposit for the Brat Barn then couldn't find the key, had no power couldn't find the keys to the emergency door, then got an attitude when I asked for a different day. Now no one knows how to return a phone call. I even have the managers direct phone number and he won't return calls. Stay away, they don't care about the community.

My experience at this store was amazing, with the help of Scott that was managing the store. I believe he delivers the best customer service and should be recognized for all his great deeds, and as a person as a whole. Thank you so much Scott for this wonderful experience.

Multiple parts in the parking lot where if you have one of the smaller carts they will absolutely flip over and break any jars and eggs you have, shameful.

As an out of stater visting relatives, I needed to stop in and geta few items. From the outside it doesn't look too pretty but the inside of the store is clean. The lay out was fairly straightforward only a few hiccups. The produce looked healthy (few signs of rot or bad fruit or vegetables). At 8 am on a Sunday it was largely empty and I had to do self checkout as there were no cashiers.

Ad said "farm fresh corn". Corn looks like it had been laying there for days and it was. One of the people told us they get corn on Monday, Wednesday and Friday this was Monday morning and they don't get corn until 4:00 in the afternoon what was laying there was obviously from friday.

I love our local small Piggly Wiggly. It really isn't that small. You can get almost anything there. The store is organized and clean. The staff is very nice. They will bring your groceries to the car. It is a little expensive but that is going to happen with a local grocery store. I heard their meat sale is amazing. The Dollar Tree is next door. There is also a PDQ car wash, Kwik Trip, and another gas station nearby.

This is the closest grocery store to my house .I only shop here when I don't feel like driving all the way to pick 'n save . Prices are higher than pick 'n save but all in all it's a nice little store.

If this wasn't one of the only stores in my area..I would go just about anywhere else. It looks better since they "remodeled" (if you can call it that)..but not much has changed. Still the same smelly store it's always been. Tons of expired product on the shelves, and they are not at all nice when you mention it at the service counter on your next visit. The employees couldn't be any more cold or unfriendly, none of them come off as if they actually want to be here. The kids who work as cashiers dont even say hi when they start ringing you up..very awkward.They never have more than 1-2 cashiers working, even when very busy - at which point one of the workers standing there not doing anything at all will pretty much force you to use the self checkout (despite being a millennial, I hate self checkouts with a passion). What a job, standing there all day just to repeatedly fix the faulty self checkouts (they think people just dont know how to use them..not the case, their self checks are terrible..faulty as faulty can be, slow and at times inaccurate in weight and pricing...watch the prices closely as you ring things up (you'll have plenty of time to check using these things lol).Even the owner's rude (and takes pride in it..the "grumpy grocer" needs to retire). Stores usually dirty, bad selection, cart guy awkwardly waits for you to finish loading your car...just a no all the way around from me.Edit: Offically done going here..they corral people to their after market, previously used cruddy old self checks...I've never seen a store try so hard to save a buck wherever it can on labor. I can't imagine how poorly the workers here are paid, no wonder no ones friendly (at all). Sale signs don't match what's in the flyer, when you mention it you get a snotty "well its in the flyerrr" - we don't read your flyer because we (typically..definitely from now on) go out of our way to avoid going to this smelly dump...sale terms should be clearly listed on sale signs - blatant false representation, not surprised. You can treat the workers here like gold and get zilch in return, just one of those local "yuck..wish they'd just shut down" kinds of places.

Terrible experience. This older woman with pure white hair was extremely sarcastic and had an attitude with me because I spaced on my cards number. The woman that took over at the customer service check out was rude and interrupted me when I was wondering why my card continued to decline even after I changed my code. Will not be coming back. Happened at about 3:40 pm -3:45pm ish.

I shop here at least once a week for my groceries and its my favorite grocery store. They always have the shelves fully stocked with a wide range of products and the employees are rather helpful as well. Deli is nice with friendly people as is the bakery. Their frozen section always has my favorite ice creams and the liquor section is adequate. Good place.

Tuesday's you get $5.00 off if you spend $50.00 is the ONLY good thing about this store!! Those things behind the courtesy counter are the rudest, crabbiest, most unfriendly and uncaring women I've seen in my whole life and they dress like slobs! They laugh when you have an issue! All the employees are disgruntled and not one will say hi except the owners son!! Never crowded because nobody goes there!!

Nice full service grocery store. Prices are comparable with other local stores. They are Wisconsin owned and operated as well. Store is clean and stocked well. Staff is friendly and helpful. Stores seem to be disappearing though so the company may not be around forever.

incident happened 2/28/22 @ 5:59pm the cashier was kind of nice his name was kean but whoever the older guy was who bagging our groceries had an attitude and was very rude to me and my mom. All I asked was to double our bags my mom is older so I don't want them to bust. I asked him if he would like me to bag them instead when I saw his attitude he said no and continued throwing things over stuffing our bags I got home and our eggs was broke. Not sure why he treated us like that but he needs to be trained on customer service
