Lindsay at pet spa. Did an absolute amazing job on my fiance and I fur baby Jordan. We will most definitely be back. Out little peanut has anxiety so we were a bit worried on leaving him. Upon picking him up he was so calm we were definitely in shock. She offers the best service for a very reasonable price. There is clothes, food, snacks and other products in her furbaby spa she offers as well. I highly recommend Lindsay and her assistant for you're fur baby. We will definitely be back. I brought my two huskies here I came in before they were done and witnessed one of the workers grabbing my dog by the scruff of his neck and forcefully pulling him off a walking ramp. This groomer is also impossibly slow. I dropped off my dogs at 11:30 and came back at 2:11 to witness that. They then told me that 1 dog is sick and that the other tried to bite them. Originally when we got there they appeared friendly and caring and said they would call us when they were finished. We came back early due to the amount of time it was taking and wanted to see if they were almost done. Neither dog has shown any sign of sickness and the other has had no aggression issues whatsoever toward people. The reason they think one dog is sick is because he peed on the floor and they said it smelled terrible and they said the other again tried to bite her face. If either of these actually happened (which I don’t think it did) they are likely stress responses to inappropriate behavior and handling by this groomer. I have a vet appointment for tomorrow to see if he is sick or not now however since coming home both dogs are happy and are running around completely fine. This makes me Wonder what they were doing to my dogs for additional hour and half I was not around to watch.Editing and reposting this because they have my review hidden from public view.

Lindsey is very good with Lakota!!! My dog was very nervous going to other groomers but with Lindsey she is happy. She is very professional and shows she cares about your pet. I finally found a place where my dog is not afraid to go. Thanks Lindsey

I've taken my dog twice now to Fur Baby Pet Spa. The first time I went we had an appointment, and she told me it would take about an hour. I wanted to stay as my dog usually gets nervous at new places. She told me that it would take about an hour. I sat for 45 minutes, and she just then started with my dog. She was busy that day as it was a few days before the holidays, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I went to run a few errands figuring by the time I would be done, my dog would then be ready. Nope, it took two and a half hours total to get done.Fast forward to today where my wife dropped my dog off for a 12:30pm appointment. Fur Baby Pet Spa said they would text me when they were done with my dog as my wife was leaving town for the day. I arrived shortly after 2:30pm, thinking that I was going to be getting a text soon anyways that my dog was done. I walk in, and the woman walks out of another room finishing chewing something. She asks how I can help her, so I ask for my dog. She replies that she HAS NOT EVEN STARTED YET. My dog had been there for TWO HOURS, and all that had gone on is that she was given a bath. She then goes well I have a cat and two other dogs that I will be finishing which is why I haven't gotten to your dog yet. I guess a 12:30pm appointment really means she'll get started around 3 after she gets to some other animals.So she said it would be an entire next hour before my dog would be ready. Not knowing if this was going to be another hour or maybe two, I told her I'd like to take my dog home now. She goes to get my dog, and explains that all had done was given her a bath.She proceeded to cut my dogs nails, and then charge me $25 dollars for the bath. Ridiculous. Basically all I did was pay $25 for my dog to sit there for two hours and get bathed. I'll open my own dog washing business if that's the going rate.If you tell someone it takes two hours to properly bathe, and trim the dog, then it should only take two hours. I will not be taking my dog back there. Is the woman there nice? Sure. Does she love animals? Probably. Was I worried about her handling my dog? Not really. BUT the fact that twice now we have had appointments, and she doesn't even start for an hour or two, is absolutely ridiculous. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
