They have the best staff here!!!! So very friendly always helpful and give you the time of day! Laurie is the manager and she is so awesome! Love going here and I have three of them near me but this one is always the best!!!!

The manager was there. Laurie was so nice so sweet and helpful. If you go there and she is there make sure you talk with her. I wish every store I go to had a nice friendly atmosphere like the one she gave me

I went in to purchase a few items but when I parked I didn't see some yellow painted lines. The clerk called the police on me, as I was about to move it looking for my keys that fell out of my coat pocket that wasn't zippered close. They embarrassed me by calling the police because I accidentally parked on some faded yellow lines, all the while I was looking for my keys that fell out my pocket. Never will return to Family Dollar in Menasha again. Very rude!

One of the ladies that works there NEVER gives kids the correct change. I think she pockets the money she doesn't give them. A LOT of their food is expired and still sitting on the shelves.
