Many visits to the Chicken Grill. Shaylee was an excellent server. She was attentive and took great care of us. Tonight I had the best fajitas yet. We always enjoy the visit and will return again.Parking: Wide open.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of food for kids to select from.

Fox Valley area friends: Mexican restaurant we stumbled across today and went on a whim! Whoa! Described as authentic Southern Mexican. The homemade chips, menu selections, food quality, serving sizes, prices, and service were phenomenal to say the least. Plus they have a drive thru! They also have many super unique homemade drinks, and I think our waitress said, they have 32 homemade ice creams. We will definitely be back! We think it was the best Mexican food we've ever had! #supportlocalbusinesses

Well at first for us 'non locals' the place appears quirky... but then it all comes together. I was seated and saw all the cocktails are made with fresh fruit...lime margarita had crushed lime and then I had the pineapple Mojito..wow..new fave. crushed pineapple and mint leaves.. I could have had many many of those. however, I was waaayyyyy to full from the Mini Monster burrito. This thing is STUFFED with meat. shrimp, ground beef, steak, chicken and sauces... there is no rice or beans in this as there just isn't room. But wow!!! this had to be the best tasting dish I've had in a very long time. Then I ponied up to the ice cream counter. gotta be at least 20 homemade flavours. whole visit was awesome 👍

Excellent Mexican restaurant. Keep your expectations in line. This still might be the best Mexican Restaurant in the area. Mojitos too! Excellent chips and beans. Excellent chicken quesadilla.Kid-friendliness: The kids would love to see all the ice cream

INCREDIBLE! Best bean dip I’ve ever had! It had seasoning in it that gave it so much flavor. I love Mexican food because it never upsets my sensitive stomach and this takes the cake for me.These are the best Mexican tacos I’ve had. I ordered two steak and two chicken. I am usually disappointed when I order chicken tacos but not here these were were delish! And they had so much flavor in the meat with a tad bit of spice.The chocolate shake I got was amazing too. It was definitely worth the price.Me and my partner were so impressed and happy we found this place. We were already talking about coming back soon before we finished our meal!!Friendly service, and amazing food. There is so much here that they have to offer with food, drinks, and fun cocktails. I feel like I would always have another reason to come back. Honestly, this is the Mexican place I would recommend visiting the most—as of right now—in the area!

The food was delicious and the salsa so fresh and amazing! The service was excellent, very friendly and efficient. I had the enchilada/Chile relleno combo and it was enough for 2 meals! The burrito was also great. We brought the "mini" monster burrito home although why it's called mini is beyond me! That pan it's in is a 9"×11" and it fills it! AND it is scrumptious! Fried ice cream and tres leches MUY BUENO! Highly recommend!

Excellent food with fast and friendly service. The food is authentic and homemade and is freshly served. Everything was delicious. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable about there product. They have amazing homemade desserts made in-house such as ice-cream and sherbert, we recommend the Oreo ice cream and Cucumber sherbert. Absolutely delicious!

We used to go to the one on College Ave in Appleton until it colsed and were happy to find this one. It is bigger inside and even has a drive thru. We have not tried food here yet, but hope it is as good as the old one.We usually get drinks and frozen treats from here and always enjoy them. We were recently given samples of several different agua frescas and they were all delicious. We now have a goal of coming back to get them all! A must visit place in the summer after spending time outdoors or on the water and looking for a refreshing way to cool off.

The food was quick and the portions were large. Pleasantly surprised as the food was also quite good. They have an extensive fruit and ice cream menu but we didn't have any room left after the meal. Definitely didn't skimp on the shrimp.

Its ok. The price was a bit on the pricey side for a taco since I've had tacos that are bigger for less in green Bay. I will say though that its cool that they have an ice cream and fresh water variety section inside as well as the salsa bar was a nice touch.

Excellent food. Traditional mexican style food and atmosphere. Icecream desert bar. Love the place. Prices are great for what you get. Looking forward to going back. Not high end. Home style feel. Everyone was really nice but my waiter did forget about me.

So I give it a 3 stars due to the flavor I was expecting to the flavor I got. I had ordered the carnitas enchiladas w el pastor taco and posole to go....the carnitas I expected was not the flavor I got. Their carnitas have this kind of smokey BBQ flavor that you don't expect from your typical carnitas...not so much a fan..good..but not my thing.. as for the el pastors tacos ....they are good if you like pineapple and that extra sweet flavor in your pork. I prefer a hint of that sweet but also bring the heat along w flavor! ... finally as for the pozole!... now this is an item I will return for! I love my pozole and this one had EVERYTHING YOU WANT! I give that at least a 5 star!!!!! Service was slow...I had to get up several times to ask for the check a box napkins....it's a good place and they also seve ice cream! Which I didn't have....but if your into that kind of thing....

I always stop in here when I'm visiting Appleton. The tamales, pollo asado, empanads, all delicious. The store is brightly colored so be prepared. They also have lots of fresh ice cream and popsicle treats that are all delicious.If you want real Mexican food, stop here and ignore all the other places in town, this is all you need!

this place has a lot to offer and can be a little confusing. their menu items are pricey compared to other places i have been. i got a Jarriloco (pictured) it was very pretty to look at but wasn’t much flavor wise. just a soda with ice but that was on me for expecting something different.
