Very friendly staff including the parrot. Has a great selection of fish, turtles, spiders and snakes. Also offers feed and accessories for all types of the fish and reptiles they offer. Great to have a place like this in Medford. Kids love to go their to see the parrot and crocodile.

Never ever in my entire life have I ever seen such disregard for animals. There was not one animal in that nasty disgusting place with clean water or water at all. I've never seen anything like that in my life ever I hope to God they shut that place down. I have reported that place and I will not stop I will not let this go I will not turn my eyes to this horrible situation

The condition of birds and cages there were aweful. The smell was even worse. There were no food or toys available for sale for the birds either the cage of the cockatoo was sad having it pieced together like it was. I won’t even mention where and how the breeder birds were - a very sad situation for sure!

This store is phenomenal. They have a huge selection of not only pets, but food, decorations, terrariums, you name it. Many types of animals and all very well kept. Customer service was also really nice, and helped as much as they could with advice and answering questions. I'd definitely go back!

Love this pet store so much I'm willing to drive over one hour to shop there! I have gone to another pet store in Rice Lake and most of the fish died within days of purchase 😫. I have not lost one fish I've bought from this pet store 🙂! Prices are very comparable. Owners are informative and knowledgeable. They have been very helpful about any questions I've asked. And my grandkids love to go look at the variety of animals they have. It's like a mini zoo to them.

I had given Miranda an Angora rabbit named Prince for a personnel rabbit with the agreement that if she did not want him anymore she would return him to me I was in a couple days ago and she had told me that she sold him. He was not her inventory he was supposed to be her pet. I will not be doing business with her anymore.

Not open when hours are posted that it would be open. Waited in the parking lot for 25 minutes after it was supposed to open. We were the third car to leave after waiting forso long. Obviously doesn't need the business. Will never go back, will never recommend this store to anyone.

Great store!! Although it recently moved to 8th street. I'm looking forward to checking out the new location!! Featuring animals like rabbits, mice, fish, and birds. Includes other friendly creatures like bearded dragons and snakes. Lastly, you'll find other products for your pet: cages, toys, tanks, and foods

It was wonderful there. You won't find puppies and kittens here. But you'll see mostly fish and reptiles that want to be your friend. There's also bunnies, guinea pugs, degus, hedgehogs, rats, mice, hamsters, and some birds too. There is a parrot behind the counter but she doesn't talk much and you aren't allowed to pet her because she bites. She's really pretty though.

It's so nice to have a place like this with such a great selection in a small town. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. There's also a really good selection of crystals and jewelry.

Went to see guppies notice mites on some of the small animals but this is a problem any store can get.Other than that store was clean staff helpful and friendly
