Watch your slips - I was charged 3 times for one item. As if Walmart's not making enough money. This is sickening - paying for one item several times - happens almost every time I shop, being overcharged. I don't know what their training protocol is, but obviously people don't know how to scan properly. Either train your people correctly or get an IT manager who knows how to program the checkout machines correctly. Guess I'm switching to self checkout because no one knows what they are doing. Also, good luck trying to get in contact with anyone if you call the store - no answer at the service desk. Can't wait until Woodman's opens in the Wausau area. I am driving there when it opens and skipping Walmart.

Great staff, always friendly and the employees are always busy at night! I love how efficient and speedy they are to get everything stocked. Keep up the great work everyone. Also I wanted to add, for the people who complain about things not being in stock and you have to go from this store to another, you could always use the Wal-Mart app on your phone to check if the item you want/need is available at the location 😉

Produce is often old, and berries often with mold. Checkouts often full and you can see multiple “department managers” just standing around talking to each other. Very frustrating to say the least.

Very small if any selection. One brand of cream cheese, one brand of tater tots, smallest ever seafood department, understock of paint, understocked on so many items.

Their photo kiosk prints 5x7 pictures as 6x7 with a white line. For $2 a print it should at least be the correct size.

I don't normally shop at Walmart. Except for paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, personal health aids. I've been using Walmart to send money to my child, it's convenient. Today I got everything I was shopping for always a plesent experience. I went today for charcoal, and bird food, and got 2 new shirts. Well the hummingbirds are gone, so I needed food for the local birds. Always shop locally when possible. I went to Walmart for supplies foe a sinus infection, and found what I needed, got a pair of pants also.

It's a smaller Walmart, but it's clean and well stocked. It's had a credit card issue and the lady was so patient with the whole situation.We just moved so getting needed items being topped 0ff with your credit card thinks it's stolen can be frustrating. Thank you to the amazing cashier who helped us out.Customer service goes a long long way. I will definitely be back for all future purchases.

Walmart could do a lot better on having more people at the check out lanes there is always people waiting in line. Most of the time the shelves are full but there is alot of times there not. There don't carry alot of variety of things. Seems to me that the bakery people are not keeping a better eye on the hot food it looks like it's been sitting there longer then it should. Also the produce could get looked at better.

This Walmart seems a cut above the standard ones that come to mind. It's cleaner, the staff is visible & helpful and it always seems well-stocked. Probably the best Walmart we've ever visited

One of the Worst Walmarts in the State of Wiscosion. They do not carry 40% of what EVERY other Walmart does and therefore I have to drive an additional two hours round trip to get the items I need.Calling it a Supercenter is Laughable. The employees are the only enjoyable thing inside the store.Walmart Supercenter Medford..... DO BETTER

Standing at customer service desk for 15 mins and don’t get acknowledgment. Came 45 miles for a return to be told systems are down and they can’t do anything. He shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Asked if he was a manager and he said no. I said well can I get one? He walked away and never acknowledged my question. Not a great customer service place.

They failed to have the adequate number of motorized carts for the disabled. One cart they had was "out of order", another cart had a signed that read "chart battery only holds a 30 minute charge" These 2 situations need to be fixed and addition assistance needs to be made for the disabled that frequent the establishment.

We walked into the store and we were greeted by a friendly face, we first went to electronics to browse the selection of TVs. We had noone come ask if we needed help. I was slightly perturbed. We then got our food items and left with a farewell from the nice man at the front.

I used to love shopping here. A quick trip in, grab my things and go. Nowadays, the service is horrible. There are never enough checkouts open, including self checkouts! When I have $150 worth of groceries, I am not going to use the self checkout and I shouldn't have a 20 minute wait either.The products and selection are adequate.

I wish they had Power ranger stuff and more toys and games. Not a very interactive environment So don't expect to make a joke and hear laughs.Now i just wish they wouldn't have A BILLION EXPENSIVE things but i still love the customer service from some of them NOT THE CASHIERS the cashiers are like NPCS in a videogame They dont Respond to a word you say but i'll always get toys here when i can
