TL;DR: Extremely helpful and friendly service, showed and sold me exactly what I needed, and I was in my way.They helped me find the right case for my new phone. I was quite concerned about my new Moto One 5G ACE, because it's my first more 'premium' phone, and I really don't want it getting cracked. They took me over to the cases, popped a few cases out of the box and let me look at them to see what I liked. When I picked the one I liked, she said I could put it on my phone and pay, and it was all done. Fast, helpful service. The gear4 case is nice, clear, flexible and still thick enough to provide protection, as shown in the images below. They also had a hard thick black case, which was another great option for more protection, but I wanted to see the silver back of my phone, and won't be using it in a rough environment. They were also able to immediately give me a quote for Verizon's pricing when I inquired about both capped and unlimited plans. Starts at $30/5GB with $10 per additional 5GB, $25 line access fee for capped plans, as I was interested in cheaper options for my other phone issued by my workplace. They do sell the Moto One 5G ACE on contract if anyone wants to pick up a nice new phone in person, I really like mine, and the camera is great too.

I went in to see if I could lower my bill. The staff was very helpful and understanding. I ended up saving over $30 a month! Very happy!Update: I stopped in to get help setting up a new phone. There were 5 people in the store ahead of me (2 groups). The single employee did not acknowledge my presence. Not a glance, not a nod, no smile. I waited a half hour. Still not a word from the employee. I left and so did 2 ladies that came in after me. My time is valuable too. I am a business owner and would never treat a customer like this!
