Klingbeils is a very inviting environment. All of the employees are very kind and helpful. A lot of times the Traeger guy is handing out freshly smoked snacks! All of my home projects we get the Valspar paint and and other building supplies needed! Even rented a few things for various projects!!!

Needed a shelf so genealogy binders could be stored on sides and less curling of individual pages. Great service, cut made for size needed and check out super fast. Home and put in bookshelf and shelved binders.

The guys in the power sports center really saved the day for me. Had a big snowmobile trip planned and found my sled had a dead/defective batter. Called and they said they have the correct one in stock. 20 minutes later, I was checking out. They even put the battery acid in it and through it on the trickle charger for a bit. Friendly guys who really now what the heck they are talking about. They stock what you need. They also have a great selection of helmets, gloves, and clothing for your winter ride.Thanks guys!

Had a problem starting my Ariens log splitter, after leaving it sit with untreated gas for too long. Dropped it off at Klingbeil's, and told them I was from out of town and that if they couldn't get to it right away, I wouldn't be back for two weeks. I hung around Medford on other errands, and it must have been less than an hour later when they called me to tell me they had the carburetor cleaned out and my logsplitter was running. That saved me another 80 mile round trip, and the price was reasonable. They even helped me get the beast on and off of my trailer. While I may never get that lucky with timing again, I wouldn't hesitate to use Klingbeil's small engine repair shop again.

Klingbeils had the filters that I needed. The 2 employees that I saw were masked as was I and another over 60 fellow. No one else was! There were at least another half dozen unmasked men there even though the sign on the door said masking was required. This is why I buy using mail order.
