This place is a joke. Easily one of the worst pharmacies in Madison. Waited 45 minutes for a flu shot after I had reserved a time online and filled out all the paperwork beforehand.

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever used. The wait times (drive through and in store), fill times, and checkout times. Very inconvenient seeing as I live only a 2 min drive from the location. They have also gave me the someone else's prescription one time! Some of the individuals I have encountered are borderline rude as well. Unsure if it's due to staffing, but it's just terrible. Sadly, I'd rather drive 15 min out of my way to use another pharmacy.

This is has been THE WORST job I have ever had!! DO NOT WORK HERE. All the coworkers are tremendously rude and love to talk behind other peoples backs while in front of customers and even in front of the person in question. I followed up with the boss about this predicament and there was nothing done about it. Many times I would be standing behind register with nothing to do because task lists were routinely not filled out. Many times it was unorganized and understaffed yet my hours were cut severely after me working there for some time. I wish anyone good luck when they apply.

I stopped at the walgreens in McFarland this evening to purchase a sympathy card for a coworker. I was not offered a receipt, and when the less than helpful manager rolled his eyes and called over another manager, no one could figure out how to print a receipt so I can get reimbursed for the purchase. I was told it would be in my email, but it was not. I checked my spam. The worst thing wasn’t even the fact that I couldn’t get a printed receipt, it was the attitude of the male manager. I won’t shop at this Walgreens again. I cannot understand why there isn’t an option to have a receipt.

Had appointment at 10:15 for a flu shot. Checked in on time, was told where to sit and wait. 30 minutes later was handed paperwork to fill out (which was the same form I filled out on-line when I made the appointment, but I guess that doesn't count). Once I completed the paper I was called for the shot almost immediately. I don't know why there was such a delay getting the paperwork to me, or why it wasn't handed to me when I checked in. Will not be going back for any other vaccines.

My cashier took a personal call while the customer she was servicing was struggling to apply a discount to her purchase. Eventually got checked out in makeup.

Consistently have issues with photo orders. Place order online, drive all the way down to pick them up, "Oh I don't see your order, it's a glitch in the computer, just resend them." No apology, just shrugged shoulders. Then when finally do get prints, lines through all of them, go back down for reprints, all have lines in them, again "Huh machine must be messed up..." Got a refund for those at least but still don't have any usable prints. Going to use a competitor now, too many issues and I'm sick of dealing with it.Plus every time you stand there for 10 minutes minimum waiting for assistance while cashiers and stockers just stare at you. Like, why the hell would I be standing there if I didn't have photos to pick up? Is nobody qualified to go into a freaking bin and hand me an envelope with a name on it? Good grief...

Worst pharmacy. Consistently understaffed, long lines at all.times of the day. I brought in a script to be filled and they practically tossed it back at me and said I had to go to the 24 hour Walgreens about 15 minutes North of here to get it filled. I call the pharmacy they told me to go to and the staff asked why McFarland didn't fax it over? I said they didn't offer to and just tossed the script back at me. Going to finally transfer all my prescriptions elsewhere since this place has not improved in the last 2 years I have been coming here.

One pharmacist says a medication will be in Monday. Go back Monday and they say they don't have it and have an attitude like I was an inconvenience. I went to East Wash so my son wouldn't be without his medication. This location is convenient but the service is anything but convenient.

I enjoy majority of the product Walgreens offers, but the restrooms at this, and most locations are terrible! It shouldn't be so hard for businesses to maintain a restroom. Especially when their former slogan was "On the corner of happy and healthy" lol

I was waiting in line at the drive thru pharmacy and yes it was quarter to nine I already felt bad being there late but I had two cars in front of my and I really needed my prescription filled. When I got to the window an older lady with dark hair and glasses was very rude and said "are ou here to drop off" I told her no that I needed a fill and she said it was so rude and said well you came right before we closed and we close in less than a minute and to go to e wash Walgreens then hung up the phone and didn't pick it back up. What's the point of being open until 9 if you're not going to consider those who were online waiting to be help and were there before closing hours AND when I get to the window they still ARE NOT closed. Sorry but they have horrible customer service.. I'd rather to go E wash where they are happy to help.

Although they may be understaffed during peak periods they do their very best to accommodate their customers. We're generally pleased with the service at the Larson Beach Walgreens.

I think it's because they are always understaffed. But If I wasn't checking my husband's Rx would have been wrong more times than not! Cottage Grove road use to mess up my parents even sent the wrong medicine, it could have killed my father!! I think it's a company problem. Double-check your RX!!!

Bosses were always annoyed when I asked for help, and after months of being there I still wasn't taught all the procedures and was scolded for such. Many times it was unorganized and understaffed yet my hours were cut severely after me working there for some time, I wish anyone good luck when they apply.

Possibly the slowest service known to man. If you know the movie Zootopia- it’s like the sloth working at the DMV. that’s funny because the DMV is SUPPOSED to be slow. Walgreens just in fact is not. Lord Jesus please help me. I might die here before I get to check out.

I check to see if things are in stock before I go. Even though things say they are in stock for days. Everytime I go, the shelf is empty. It's getting to be frustrating. How hard is it to stock shelves. I always see employees standing around. So there is no excuse for it.

Always issues. Employees don't care about their jobs or even trying. Make excuses computers suck almost every time and frequently offer "I don't know" as a conclusive response to most questions.
