This is by far the best Hardware store that I have ever been to. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. Cleanliness is an important to me no matter where I visit and I was surprised, everything is clean and well organized. Sure, the prices are slightly higher than other places but you can't expect everywhere to have the same prices as big chains and corporations. Honestly, I will most likely drive the extra 15 miles to come here rather than the stores that are closer to me.

Had a wonderful experience here. First time visit. As I entered I was greated and asked if I needed help finding anything. They have a wonderful selection of stuff and fair prices. Checking out was equally enjoyable as the lady was funny and upbeat. I look forward to supporting this business.

They were so friendly and helpful. I called ahead about getting wood cut. The lady was very nice and when I arrived it didn’t take long to fulfill my order. I also visited the garden center and the attendant was just as helpful. I was given free rocks for drainage of my new pants and she offered to help if I needed advice after planting my flowers. This store is warm and inviting. 🙂

Best hardware store in the area! The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a huge selection of goods and if they don't have what you need, they will order it for you. They also offer a decent range of equipment for rental at fair pricing. You can even drop off your UPS packages there or get your fishing and hunting license. From Spring until Fall, they have an amazing garden center. Did I mention the people are awesome?! This place is a local gem.

The absolute best hardware store on the planet, run by the best people. You will not encounter a kinder, ready to serve, group anywhere. They are great trouble shooters and all have a problem solving mentality.I know quite a few students that have worked here over the years, and they have had a great experience taking their careers to the next level.They also have funny Facebook videos. The store is located in the center of town on Hwy 14, and they are the shinning light of our community.

I called Mazo Hardware & Rental today to check if they had a pretty niche tool that I've been having trouble locating anywhere in the Madison area (a dribble bar) and they were super helpful. Unfortunately they didn't carry it either, but despite that they helped me locate where I could obtain one and were very friendly. Based on how helpful they were, I will definitely go out of my way to shop here in the future.

Love to be able to quickly get things in town but twice now I've had to leave go to kwik trip in black earth and come back because they don't allow for debit card sales under 5 or 10 bucks. It's super annoying and inconvenient!

Might have been the friendliest hardware store that I have visited. I needed some glass cut, they were on it right away, and the kids got to pet a puppy in the store while we waited and spoke to another worker.
