I am so happy that we have the Mayville Animal Clinic for our veterinary needs! The people at the clinic truly care about my animals and are very compassionate. I recently had to take one of my dogs in for an urgent visit. We both (me and my dog) left feeling better. They gave my dog the care he needed and went overy everything in detail about his at home care after the visit. Thank you to all!

Everyone involved in my pets care, from the receptionist to the veterinarian, are amazing. They work within my budget, when applicable. They are almost as passionate about my pets as I am. They take the time to explain all care options, immediate and preventive. The facility is always clean and welcoming.Recently we had to euthanize our 12.5 year old family dog who had been seen exclusively by veterinarians at Mayville Animal Clinic for the last 2.5 years of her life. The receptionist (Jodi), technician (unfortunately I did not catch her name, but I wish I did), and veterinarian (Dr. Megan) were all extremely respectful, patient, and delicate with us during the euthanization process of our loved one. They allowed us as much time as we needed before and after the process to say goodbye and start our grieving process. They even allowed us to park in the back of the facility so that we could exit privately afterwards. After the euthanization they took care of getting our pets remains to the cremation services. They made me feel like they would take care of her the same way I would, and that made it easier for me to allow that. During a time where I did not want to leave my beloved pet, I felt safe enough to leave her with them. That's a huge deal. Once our pet was cremated and returned to the clinic, I came to collect her and was once again greeted with empathy and respect. I was shocked to find that in addition to her remains and certificate of cremation, I received a plaster paw print with my pets name stamped into it and two pink jewel hearts. I am not sure if this was done by the clinic or the cremation service, but either way it is a surprise gift that I will always cherish.My family's experience at this clinic has ensured that we will continue to use Mayville Animal Clinic and we recommend them to any pet owners.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. They have always been extremely rude & only concerned about money, but we’ve dealt with it because of the location being so convenient.Not anymore. I’ve continuously argued with them about getting my dog the antibiotic he needs and now they want him to suffer for 3 weeks until they can squeeze him into the schedule, only so they can get us in the door and run a slew of tests he doesn’t need vs giving me the antibiotic now that will actually help him. Shame on them, they are only concerned about money and nothing else.We’re finally taking our 3 dogs and the $1,000’s we spend every year to a clinic that actually cares. Good riddance, I hope they go out of business.

On both urgent occasions with each of our dogs that were never before seen at Mayville Animal Clinic, they were able to get us in within 24 hours! The clinic is super busy but yet they made time for us without even having an established relationship with our dogs and it really showed how much they care! Dr. Tyler and his tech (Kayla?) showed a true concern for each one of the dogs and thoroughly checked them out for their unique situations, one of them being very mysterious. Jodi is a true pleasure to work with on the phone and in person - as busy as she is, she took the time to triage the medical situation with our little guy. I am so glad we found Mayville Animal Clinic to care for our pups now that we moved to this area! Highly recommend! Thank you for the great care!

The vets and staff here are top-notch! My dog was diagnosed with heartworm and the care and treatment she received from Dr. Tyler made me feel she was in the best hands, knowledgeable, effective, and caring. I love the added touch that they write the names of the pets who have visits that day on the chalkboard. It's a nice personal touch! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for vet!

Our dog had a couple occasions that required a quick response, like getting an appointment or a medication refilled on short notice. Mayville animal clinic took us quickly, and made sure our dog got the care she needed.

I'm shocked at the ratings for this place. Almost all the Mayville groups posts on Facebook say to stay away. They are extremely overpriced and have no interest in listening to you. They want to run your animal through every test to increase the charge, your experience and or thoughts are not valid. You can find everything you need in the surrounding vets for up to 28% cheaper or more. It's to bad cause the facility is nice, staff if hit or miss.

I recently moved into the area and my dog Stella had developed a heart issue. Mayville AC made sure I was able to bring Stella in for follow up even though this was her first visit with them. Terry was fantastic getting the necessary info and scheduling an appointment. Dr Danielle was caring and concerned and very thorough.Was able to update Stella’s shots etc. at the same visit. Couldn’t have asked for a better visit.

I tried a different vet for 5 years with the same answer.. Mayville Animal Clinic has answers, explanations, and solutions. Dr. Tyler and staff has been great explaining one of my cats condition step by step and the plan we have is working thus far. Everyone there is so kind. I am so grateful I found a place that cares and can accommodate us! I would give more stars if I could!

I highly recommend this Mayville Animal Clinic. We are new to the area and I needed to get my siamese, Sapphire, in to a vet as she was not herself for over a week. They got me in the same day, were very caring, and we right on time with the appointment. They examined her and x-rayed her and gave us the choice if we wanted blood tests or not or if we wanted to see if she would recover with the antibiotics and she did. They explained everything they found in layman's terms and provided prices before hand of any work that would be done. Dr. Megan is very knowledgeable and the entire experience was excellent. It is a very clean facility with very caring personnel. Thank you for the excellent care!

My dog was in need of medical assistance... not emergent, however in need. The receptionist was less than happy to take my call. We had used this vet service in the past and found them to be rude, as if to make you feel guilty if your pet is not up to date with shots or their srvcs. Instead of getting me an appt, she insisted I have my dogs medical record faxed to them prior to him being seen or scheduling an appt. While I understand the importance of medical records, I also understand that sometimes the clinic can help out with that process. Instead of waiting for those records, I was able to get my dog seen by another vet, no questions asked. What's funny is that it's not the first time we had this issue and had left their clinic for that reason. Live and learn...to bad, it's at the cost of my pet's health.

The vet techs & office staff also go above and beyond their duties to help in any way they can. Doctors, techs, and staff have done more for us than we could ever thank them for.

If I can, I would like to give this clinic a zero. Dr Megan Riccardo told me that my dog may have acid reflux, so she described Prilosec, and after the third day of taking it, my dog ended up having all the side effects. I asked her several times if there was any side effects to this medicine and she told me no.Because of the bad side effects, I had to put my dog to sleep. If my dog wasn't prescribe that medicine, he will still be with me. I won't recommend this clinic.

Lady who took our intake call was extremely rude to us as we were trying to get our sick cat into the Clinic. After being put on hold multiple time and treated disrespectfully, I finally just hung up and decided to go to Waupun. Won't be getting my business.

I love our vet! Have always been able to get appointments when needed. Fees are reasonable and affordable! They also take excellent care of our pet (cat). Everyone in the clinic is very friendly and efficient, never have to wait more then a min to start my appointment.

Mayville Animal Clinic is the best veterinarian clinic!!!!! They treated our dog, Annie, amazing! They were so easy to work, super kind, and they squeezed Annie in when she needed to be seen! They are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone! Keep up the great work!

Excellent care from the staff and Doctors. I love the drive up where they come out and take your pet instead of going in.Because my dogs act up worst with me there. Also they have a pet portal like a human MY Chart. It's so wonderful how it is set up. Everything about your pet history is in it. I JUST LOVE IT. You can Make appointments, med refills, etc. Both my dogs are under great care. I'm very happy with Mayville Animal Clinic.

On Friday evening my cat showed signs of a UTI and I was worried about finding somewhere for him on a weekend. I called right away Saturday morning and they were able to see him. The vet was so friendly and she was very good with him! It's hard to find places for cats as it seems a lot of vets don't take the time to let them get a little bit comfortable with their surrounds but this one did! I highly recommend Mayville Animal Clinic!

I called to ask if they had available openings for teeth cleanings and tried to explain that my dog has jaw complications due to being a rescue who was hit by a car. The lady who answered the phone cut me off and told me they are fully booked today and can't see me (before I even mentioned it was a teeth cleaning). I told her that I wasn't looking for today, I just wanted to see if they are even booking dentals at this time. The lady seemed to have an adittude and told me I need to book an appointment. I told her the reason I was calling was to see if they even had openings as some places are not taking new clients, AND to see of they would even be willing to see a dog as complex as mine. The fact that she cut me off and had an additude was not very impressive to someone who has not had any prior experience with this vet. Sadly, I will be looking some place else now.

My cat had an onset of respiratory distress and needed to be seen right away. I wasn't able to get in to my primary vet in Fond du Lac or any of the surrounding pet hospitals FOR DAYS. Thank goodness I called Mayville Animal Clinic. Although they were completely booked for the entire day, they told me to bring him and that they would make time for him. When I arrived, they took him in immediately to take X-rays. My cat had advanced cancer of the lungs and needed to be put down that day. The staff at Mayville Animal Clinic were very kind and patient with me during this difficult time. Although they were very busy, they never once made me feel rushed when I was saying my goodbyes to my cat. They told me to take as much time as I needed. They were kind and comforting. The staff is wonderful. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

Vets are great and staff is helpful and always nice. However I was left outside for 25 minutes freezing in my truck with no heat while they worked on my cat. Would be nice if we could wait inside.

Took my sick cat here only because my vet couldn’t get us in until wks later. Went in on a Friday, had a UTI, was supposed to bring him back for a re-check that following Monday morning which I did, except at 5am I found him dead at the bottom of my stairs with my dog laying next to him. I will never bring another one of my animals to this clinic, Nor will I ever recommend them. A co-worker told me this clinic killed her bengal cat a month prior. If I could click more than once, Mayville Clinic would get nothing more than 0’s from me!!!!! Worst experience I have ever had with an animal hospital not too mention they charged me over $800.00 total for less than an hour visit just for me to bury him 3 days later 😭😭

Not happy with them. My elderly sick baby girl needed to be put down to go to Rainbow Bridge where she could be pain free with dignity. They would NOT allow us in with her. So we said no. We will not let her go alone. (My Gosh even hospitals allow visators!!!)(remind you... we just spent $400+ in there the day before. )So they came back out with a paper of a vet to come to your home. We called them no answer. So my son called a different vet (that we've never went to by the way. But will be from now on!) They welcomed us with open arms. Treated us and our baby with such compassion 💕. Can NOT say this about Mayville..... they haven't called to check if we ever did find a place or anything. The person they gave us NEVER called back. It's been 48 hours. Makes you wonder what's going on behind those closed doors. I DO NOT recommend this place. Zero compassion.(Reply to your reply...... we asked to be with her til the end. That is a normal request. That any caring pet parent would want. You wouldn't allow it. You gave us a paper for someone to come to our home. Over a week. They never called back. You never checked back. Not to be rude.... but condolences over a week later because of my review mean nothing. ) my sons that never say anything about places couldn't get over that either. It's really a shame. Lesson learned.

I'm sure they're a great vet clinic, but my first impression wasn't that good. I took the family's pup for his neutering and just turning him over to them was a mess. First, I made the appointment over a week ago, which was fine. Time, date, instructions, all clear. Npo after 10p the night before, check. I crated him at 10p because he's a Lab so just locking him in my room wasn't an option.When I get there I take my anxiety suffering Lab, and I suffer from Lupus btw, have a bad back and also painful hands and arms, so handling a very muscular 11 mo old pup isn't easy, even with my last pain med on board. I get him out of his crate and get him to the front door. There's a notice there that tells me to put pet(s) back in your car and drive up to the carport so assistants can take them from your car. REALLY?! They can't tell you that over the phone? So, I guess I'm SOOL, right? I gotta put this genie back in the bottle because there's a reason my son did it for me before going to work at 5a, and not leaving it for me to do before I left for his appt at 8a.Thank you to the asst who came out to rescue me. I'd kiss her if I could.
