Good selection, clean and well organized.. customer service needs improvement. The cashier was probably having a bad day but that's not a good reason to snub the next customer, who could shop elsewhere.

Usually the customer service is great. The cashier was talking about an accident that she came upon. I realize that it was important to her. She did hello me right away. But the service was less than satisfying.

I was helped by a delightful young man, however the older lady behind the counter was engaged in a political conversation with two other people, the whole time I was there. They were loud enough that I heard everything. It so happens that the views discussed were in direct opposition to what I believe. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but the derogatory digs made me uncomfortable and had there been another store where I could have found what I needed, I would certainly have left without purchasing. That type of rhetoric risks insulting half of your customers. True Value stores have always been so helpful but political discussions have no place where customers can hear.

I've always loved this little family owned Store since 1982 they have everything there for my house don't care about about saving a dime I want name brand things very helpful staff n very clean store as well, will always respect n come back over n over to spend my money there

They know their inventory and the typical (and atypical) uses of it! Friendly, helpful without hovering, friendly, good sence of humor, I haven't stumped them yet with a search or need! Good prices, still on regular hours!
