I was in town for a few days and wanted to get the new Magic Set. Called this shop to see what they had in stock, and they were really helpful and told me all they had. Really good customer service.This store has a large section of D&D and board games as well. If you are looking for a game or game pieces, they might have it. There are also a couple of gaming tables to sit down and play.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. My son loves going to the store for Pokémon cards. We had his birthday party here and it was a great time. The kids all had a blast and the staff was very attentive and made sure that the party was a success! I would definitely recommend. They have a huge selection of items in store!

We had our son's birthday party here....it was amazing! All the kids had so much fun playing games together. The staff was fun and made the experience fantastic for everyone. Will definitely will be shopping here more often.

Stopped by while on vacation in the area. Was shocked when I stepped foot in this store. Amazing store for a smaller town. ALOT of selection and decently priced. Only bummer is PS1 and older games are not out on the floor and accessed through a touch screen which kills the stumbling onto a random game factor for those systems. Definitely will be stopping back again next time I'm up that way.

Big, clean store, with many helpful and friendly staff. Whether you're browsing around for a hidden gem video game, or need someone to help you find something gamewise to scratch that itch, this is the place to go to.They have a big private room available for parties, which is quite accommodating. I'm tempted to make up some kind of event of my own, solely to be able to book it.10/10

My only flaw is the hours don't correlate with my schedule, but it's a great place for buying new/used products. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They have community events too which is great, especially when you compare them to other competition such as Gamestop.

Very friendly and helpful. Store is great with a wide selection of products. While they might not have everything, they are a small business and they have a lot. With products from video games to board games, card games, and movies you can't expect to have every single product from each company in each category. Honetly I prefer Games For Us over Gamestop, support our local businesses!

Terrific experience. Came in for some boxes to sort common cards and a little insight on Magic as I'm trying to take the game up. Service was super friendly and informative, even gave me and thd girlfriend a few starter decks to try the game out.Their stock covers most hobby obsessions, from used games and some DVDs, to tcgs (mostly wizards products, sadly no Yu-Gi-Oh) and tabletop rpgs. Their prices are fair, hovering around market average with a few steals tucked away here and there. All in all one of the better hobby shops I've visited in a while.

Good game store! Nice staff, a great selection of new and old games (including some of the more obscure titles,) and even has movie rentals! All in all I had a great experience. If you're a gamer in the Mauston area, I suggest you stop by.

What an absolute gem of a game store. I am a collector and I love hunting for games. I frequent Mom & Pop used games stores and have been in many across multiple states through my time. I stumbled on this store driving through Mauston. My wife and I decided to take a spontaneous road trip with no set destination and had driven up from Iowa. I was quite happy when I saw the store front from the street and quickly parked so I could go inside.This store is huge. They offer everything. Console games for just about everything dating back to Atari, card games like Magic, collectibles, and even an area for people to play games, including a few arcade cabinets.Newer games from PS2 era on up are out displayed on shelves for you to browse through. Older games are catalogged on a touch screen setup which you can browse through by console and are in alphabetical order. Clicking these games brings up a box art, and information about the game. Additionally it informs you if the game is Loose, CIB (Complete), or New and you are able to see information from Pricecharting directly to see the current values for each game on the market.My only gripe (and this is just being a total nitpicker) would be the convenience fee charged on top of the going market rate for a game. For example I purchased Metroid Zero Mission loose for the GBA. Going rate on pricecharting is $43, they charge an additional $4.00 on top of that. That is a very minor gripe though, because this is a small locally operated/owned business and I understand that having such a convenient system has it's costs, so ultimately I was more than willing to pay the fee because of that fact. Ideally you want to get the game right at market value from a customer's perspective but I am more than happy to pay for the convenience to help out a small business. Also, by the time you'd pay for shipping online from somewhere like Ebay you're paying more anyways... so the convenience of getting it in store is worth it in my honest opinion.I wholeheartedly recommend this store. The owner lady (sorry I forgot your name!) is extremely nice and very helpful. I think you guys have an awesome little store and truly wish you all the best! I was very happy to find a game that has evaded me for quite some time and it was a pleasure to support a small business!

A very awesome local gamestore. They have a great selection of video games, board games, cards. They also have a great movie selection as well. Super friendly staff that go above and beyond to help their customers. Will definitely be back.

They have a good selection of games for a reasonable price. The staff are very kind and are also very helpful if you have questions about a console or games. They also sell card games like Magic The Gathering and Pokémon.
