went into this store only a few time since they opened the doors, at first it was a warm feeling the employees said hello, thank you , ect. since then they have changed employees and OMG they are so rude , disrespectful, I was in line the store manager got a call yes she happen to be the one running the register, guess an employee was calling off , she finally hangs up and say's " hear we go again " really couldn't have kept your comments to yourself ? I was a Store manager for a finance company , yes had employees call off, quit, but I never showed any kind of disrespect for that employee, humm maybe the schooling the company sent me to taught me how to treat those situations in a better way then these employees are taught. I'm thinking if they keep going this way treating the community so disrespectful, and acting like they don't want to be there, new employees are looking good that respect their jobs , or maybe they will end up just like the other store in this area closing down. to bad. Funny thing is these reviews, the company doesn't care about what a shame.

Let me begin with I’ve worked at dollar stores before. Worst dollar tree ever.. it is now 9:05am, website says it opens at 8am doors are locked and no employee in site. Call they ANSWER THE PHONE and say they can’t open the store until they get the shipment in. Ridiculous. I thought customers come first always but I suppose not here.

I really love spending time there because there always helpful n have a great Smile the Staff there are always very nice n I will always keep coming back to spend my money there, check it out sometime when you're out n about you won't go wrong, I been to bigger stores like Walmart n not very happy with there service anymore so I have decided to stay away from them stores n shop the little ones that care about you the most 😄😄😄😄😄🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

Staff was not particularly friendly & no one asked if I needed help. But the store was clean & well stocked. However, I tried calling after I got home to ask a question, and no one wd answer the phone.

Aisles are kind of small. The place was a little messy. The lady at the counter was friendly and polite. It is usually some young kid that seems irritated that he has to work.

Since I have been going to this Dollar Tree here in Mauston, there was only one time that an employee did not say "Welcome to Dollar Tree". They usually say "Hi" to me if they don't say 'welcome'. Sometimes they even have things that the store next door doesn't.

You're using all the big baskets for your merchandise for people that need help walking can't use anything and I don't think that's really right

I get in the store and whoever goes with me has a very hard time getting me out. I could spend a small fortune in Dollar Tree. 💯

Love Dollar Tree especially seasonal products ,plates, cups etc for grilling household products bathroom products etc.
