There was a young lady there. She was excellent. I had my two year old granddaughter with me. Was looking for a helmet for her to go riding with. She took the time and had the patience with the two year old. Got what I needed for my granddaughter. And my granddaughter got a balloon. So she was happy also. Lol

Good people, very helpful and they go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want. Only down side is that I got a 2024 bike and they didn't really brake down the factory stuff. Past that great place!

I just picked up the mower blades that were supposed to be sharpened and computer ballanced. It looked like they were sharpened by hand, and I checked the balance. I don't think that was done either.I sharpened and ballanced them myself. This is what I was trying to avoid.Ron

Megan is fantastic. Helped alot over the phone. Purchased a 125cc kayo for my son. Great service highly recommend. Saved alot of money worth the 4hr drive.

I bought my four wheeler here last summer and the salesmen was very unfriendly and didn’t seem to care about the sale. I bought it anyway because this is the four wheeler I wanted. Today I took it in to get serviced and a winch and a skid plate installed and the guy I talked to didn’t seem to care to be there. Then after I dropped it off I decided to walk around and look at stuff there and as I was leaving he was talking to the greeter and I heard him making a very rude comment about me. This was very unprofessional. I just continued to walk out. It seems like the employees here need an attitude adjustment. After they get my four wheeler done I’m most likely never going to return for anything. I do not recommend this place if you value customer service.

Purchased a new Deere lawn tractor from Power Pac a couple weeks ago. I had never been to Power Pac before, but stopped in as I was passing through Marshfield. Everyone I worked with was friendly and helpful. Nick did a fantastic job working with me on my trade-in and putting together a package of the options I wanted. They are 2 hours from me, but I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Had my 4 wheeler sportsman 1000 here back in May 5th was told June 30th finally fixed its Saturday at 130 pm to pick up and drove 65 miles to get for weekend and no person around. Almost $8000 dollars in repair. Do not trust this place stay away

I had taken my 2019 Kawasaki Voyager to get some warranty work done along with a tune up. The job took longer than expected and I was initially disappointed in the time it took, and the quality of the work performed. The owner himself took the time to sit down with me and discuss my concerns and complaints. He was very thoughtful and apologetic and made it clear that customer satisfaction was something PowerPac took very seriously. We resolved the problem right away and once again proved what a dependable and reliable service they provide. Very few businesses actually care about their customers, but I guarantee that PowerPac cares and will make sure that you are satisfied . I highly recommend this establishment.Doug

Outstanding experience!! This is the first 4-wheeler we bought new. We decided on one, did all paperwork and went home, decided that night that we wanted to upgrade to a touring model instead. I called the following day and asked if I could switch models and they said they would do everything they could to get me the touring model, but they were in short supply throughout the state due to high demand. They called the next day and said they found me one. They definitely went out of their way to find one. They went and picked it up, added the accessories we requested, and had it complete all in less than a week. Kyle and Dustin went above and beyond to get us the model we wanted. There replacement parts decision is a little lax. /. I hate driving an extra hour just to get a $5.00 dollar part, parts are a real problem. A part in the hand is worth more than the wrong part in the mail. 🙏

Actual real friendly customer service, took the time to look up everything I needed, one thing at a time gave me a price and if he had it or would have to order it, actually talked about and discussed each part, never once tried upselling me or rushing me to get me out, and there was easily 6+ people waiting at the parts desk. I can see why they have such good reviews, thanks for everything Michael, will definitely be back. So why only 4 out of 5 stars, only because of the selection of parts and accessories they keep on hand in the store like riding gear, that could be a little better but other than... a great experience with power pac.

Hey you got this? "Sure we can order that"... what about this? "Yep we can order that too" dude...I can order things too and at 60 percent less price. If you need something ordered... they got you I guess... if you're looking for a place that might have something like shelves with what you're looking for... like a store... don't bother

I had these guys service my kawasaki brute force along with some other changes like tires, winch, etc. I got a call that it was done and went to pick it up. When I got home my four wheeler still had carburetor issues(I was a little flustered when this happened) so I called them right away. They were able to pick it up for me, and within a couple days that had it running to full par. And they are even delivering it back to me. I would definitely recommend them 100 percent on there customer service and the knowledge they have on machines. I own a tree service and they are a srihl dealership so I will definitely be bringing more buisness when I need some new saws. Thank you guys for the experience you have provided.

Nice place. Almost always have everything I need in stock. I like to look around and wish I could buy everything in the showroom. They have tons of clothing. Usually the same price or better than the sale prices on the internet.

Dustin , Tracy, Andrew and the rest at power pac have been awesome to work with especially since I've gotten a little impatient at times. Have been a customer since 2005 . Bought polaris, yamaha and John Deere products and plenty of great service. I recommend stopping by to see for yourself.

I shop at PowerPac for every John Deere and snowmobile item I need. Parts guys are very knowledgable, fast, and honest on pricing. Sales guys are knowledgeable, honest, and prompt. I highly recommend for all your sporting and John Deere needs!!

Totally over priced place. Quoted me $303 for a part then told me it was a 4 hour job to change it i left and called the john deere dealership in Stratford same part $78. O and when I got home I did it my self it took me 20 minutes. In other words they would have soaked me $400 in labor for a 20 minute job and over charged me over $200 for the part. Unless you have lots of money to throw away I suggest stay away go to the dealership in Stratford they are there to help you not Robb you.

Always love to stop in and see what they have but like everybody they're short on certain machines but they have lots of John Deere Green tractors and lots of lawn mowers just not lots of Kawasakis do have a Suzuki sv650 2019 for $2,500 off brand new 4 miles on it beautiful bike just not time for me to buy a bike or I'd be all over it

Revised Feb 24,2019. - - Devyn quoted me an out the door price on a mower, on his business card. Went to purchase the mower, he wouldn't stand behind his quoted price. He also wanted to charge me an additional $50 environmental fee on top of the price. Devyn wasted over 2 hours of my time, traveling back and fourth to Marshfield. I was figuring on purchasing the mower. After my negative experience with Devyn, Josh Witt reached out to hear about my negative experience . He decide to sell me the mower I was looking at for the price Devyn quoted me. I wish all owners are customer driven as Josh and Mandy Witt. I hope it leads to many more satisfied customers in the years to come...
