This was our first time at Pet Supplies Plus.My wife and I are very happy with their large selection of dog toys. The prices were not out of line with other pet stores by any means. Perhaps even a bit cheaper.We took our dogs in the store and all,, I do mean all the employees were very nice to both our dogs.If your looking for a place to socialize your puppy or dog, I highly recommend this store.There were a lot of other dogs and people while we were in the store. Many of whom socialized with our dogs.☆☆☆☆☆Pat

Prices can be kinda high compared to online shops, but if you need something now it's good to have around. Customer service has been great. If someone from the store sees this please start carrying RAWZ dry cat food! That would be awesome to have it in town when I've forgotten to order ahead. Very healthy cat food BTW, would recommend.

I love this place. The employees are so friendly and helpful, they have the best variety of pet items and food in town, AND they have a rewards program. I'm so glad that this place came to town because now there's finally canned kitten food, replacer, multiple varieties of fish food, and some other hard-to-find items in this area. Highly recommend this place.

I ordered curbside, online for Cat food. They actually had the Cat food in stock that we wanted! That's a plus because the place I normally order from was out of it. Service was fast and friendly. From the time we pulled into parking lot, called to let them know we are there, got our order, less then 5 minutes. The Store Associate didn't just hand the Cat Food to us, she asked if we want it in the back seat. Couldn't ask for better service then that!

Great staff! OMG the variety they have was great as well I love that they have a true bakery section with human grade treats! Our dogs love them and the fresh chicken bites they have in the refrigerated section.Love the huge selection they have of collars and leashes!! Oh the choices!

Staff is very friendly and attentive, willing to please. The only drawback is that the workers lack experience. They have a good selection of pet fish but none of the workers seem to be experienced enough to give advice on them. That being said, it's a decent establishment with plenty of room to grow.

Great place! Had a hairless guinea pig that I SWORE was deceased because I couldn't see respiration, but the staff assured us, and SHOWED us that he was in fact just asleep! They have a pretty ringneck there who has a story behind her, selection was decent, staff was nice, and the kittens that were there, oh they were adorable!

Pet Supplies Plus is exactly what our community needed. They have such a diverse and comprehensive range of products for all types of pets, with a simple layout that makes for easy navigation. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and they're more than happy to help. On my first visit, I actually had an unpleasant experience with my cashier. The cashier was rude and it really affected my opinion on the establishment. However, I talked to a manager, and she was very eager to listen to my issue. She was very sorry to hear about my experience, and the wonderful thing is that she actually took action to resolve my complaint! Zoe Hale actually cared about my concerns and took the initiative to ensure that other customers wouldn't have a similar experience. Overall, I think Pet Supplies Plus will flourish and become a significant and cherished part of our community should they continue to have such good administration.

Very impressed with the selection and customer service! I called to see if they had a specific rabbit feed and they luckily did! It saved me a trip to Wausau. They even held the last 2 bags until I could get across town. When I got there, all employees were so nice and helpful. Huge shout out to Brooke, Zoe, and Ron who made my experience so amazing. I am very impressed, grateful, and will definitely be coming back! Pet Supplies Plus is a great addition to the Marshfield community!
