I tried to make a grooming appointment for my elderly dog. She is unable to stand for long periods of time due to her age and having bad knees. I wanted to be sure that she could be accommodated. We have had her groomed here since she was young.I was told that because she hasn’t been there in almost 2 years they would not take her because she would considered a new client. They apparently are not taking new clients.Was also told that they were understaffed and that they spend too much money replacing equipment because of all the sand and dirt that clogs and ruins their equipment. While it is true that my pet hasn’t been to the groomers in a long while we have washed and groomed her ourselves so she isn’t full of sand and ruining the equipment. Was also told it wouldn’t be fair to the new clients if they groomed my dog. Seems to me that I’m the one being treated unfairly. My dog is 12 years old, in addition to her we also brought our previous pet to them for years. I never had a complaint about the service received. As a matter of fact I recommended them to several people. So after being rudely told they would no longer take care of my pet she wished me luck in finding someone who would. I will never patronize this business again, in addition I will not recommend them to anyone again.

I absolutely love the people here! They take such good care of my baby girl! She always comes out looking so pretty and smelling so good! I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a groomer! You can tell they truly care about the animals!

The staff at Waggin Tails were wonderful with our 17 year old English Setter, Tucker. He can not stand for long periods of time and they were so patient with him even though they were extremely busy. Thank you treating our old man so good!

Our rescue dog had split a nail. He is a CoVId rescue pup and is not very social. Waggin’ Tails got him in immediately and was very patient with him. Looking forward to their great service!

When looking for a great place to have our cat groomed, Waggin’ Tails came highly recommended. We were able to schedule in a reasonable time frame and the staff was very friendly. They did a professional job with our finicky kitty. We are so pleased that we’re scheduling our dog next.

My dog's love Waggin' Tails and I love the care they've given my boys over the years. I can't imagine bringing them anywhere else. If you want to have your dogs groomed by people who care as much about them as you do, Waggin Tails is that place. Denise and her son have been taking care of my dog's nails and coats for 20 years now. I won't bring them anywhere else... 11-30-22 Love the new place on Pierce & Carney. Same excellent care. Didnt even realise what a great job they did tell I got home. My dog Pickles is very sensitive. He isnt the same after a groom for sometimes a week. After bringing him home from waggin tails he has been the happiest guy!

My Golden Retriever came out happier than he went in. He was fluffy and clean and ready in 2.5 hours. His teeth were brushed, nails clipped... I was happy for only $24 plus a tip from me. Nice, friendly, helpful and wtg Waggin Tails!

Our Aussiedoodle has been to 3 groomers and Wagging Tails is the best! We have found our furever groomer❤️ They are so knowledgeable and caring and our fur baby looks the best he has ever looked! I would highly recommend these ladies! Oliver is a happy, beautiful dog and even has a brite white smile as they even brush their teeth ❤️

Took 8 hours to get my dog back, missed spots everywere shaved to low on other spots and charged way to much for the poor quality job. Dropped him off for a 8am appt and they didn't get around till 4pm

I decided I'd give them a 2nd chance.. after a horrible experience the last time a year and a half ago... she blamed me for being short handed because her last employee quit after I gave a bad review.. saying she had just found out she had cancer..I said that is horrible.. but how was I suppose to know.. and after then telling me to pick up my animal.. he was wet and only half groomed.. do not go here..ps.. she wouldn't even schedule me!
